Outstanding, brilliant and exceptional and just a few adjectives to describe our stay. Dominik greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable while he checked us in. Upon arriving at the room he provided a in depth tour. The room (like the hotel) was clean and tidy with updated decor and superb linen. Being a Leaders loyalty club member we received complementary breakfast. This turned out to be a coveted benefit as the menu offers something for everyone. Dominik offered suggestions on sites to see making sure we were well situated. Adria is a hidden gem in, I give it 5 stars’

From the moment you arrive at the Adria, it is clear this is something quite apart from the ordinary. Beautifully designed, boutique in scale, and thoughtfully put together in every detail. The staff are a masterclass in discreet, considered service. Present when you need them, nowhere to be seen when you don't. That kind of attentiveness is genuinely rare, and it starts at the top. The General Manager is the kind of person you just don't come across very often anymore: warm, genuinely interested in his guests, and quietly going out of his way to make things special without any fuss. That tone filters through the whole team. The hotel is also immaculately kept. Every space, spotless. My own stay was in the Kensington Splendid Room and it more than lived up to its name. The bathroom alone is worth mentioning , a wow moment when you first walk in. A client of mine stayed in the Victoria Suite and was truly impressed. Spacious, stunningly appointed, and the kind of room that genuinely impresses even well-travelled guests. She left thoroughly captivated. The afternoon tea deserves special mention too. Delicate, beautifully presented, and among the finest I have come across in London. For anyone who appreciates real quality without the stuffiness, there is simply nowhere better.

What a superb hotel. Beats competitors' offerings hands down. What made the excellent location, delicious food & delightful rooms even more enjoyable was the truly astonishingly friendly, caring and professional staff. Every single staff member was memorable in their unique happy contribution to making our stay delightful. This is an award deserving very special hotel.

I stayed with my wife last weekend. The team were friendly and helpful throughout. We dopped our bag in on Saturday morning and had a coffee while we waited for a taxi. The team were helpful and knowledgeable on where to go and how to navigate around town. When we returned in the evening our bedroom was so comfortable but the highlight was probably the breakfast. We both had a smoothie and the best eggs benedict you could ever find. The ambiance is calm and welcoming. There is always a member of the team to help and the Adria team make your stay enjoyable and easy.

We much enjoyed our 3 day stay at The Adria. Having a double upgrade helped! We had one of suites on the top floor which gave us plenty of space and a magnificent bathroom, including one of the most comfortable baths I have come across. The staff were friendly and helpful. Curiously the hotel does not provide a front door key but asks you to ring the bell. Nevertheless even arriving back at midnight, the door was opened promptly. Breakfast is served in the small breakfast room. The food was freshly prepared, with plenty of choice (even for someone avoiding gluten). I would expect there might be some queueing for breakfast if the hotel were full as there were only about 6 or 7 tables but we had no problem in that regard. Would certainly stay at The Adria again if in London. It should be noted that the entrance is in Stanhope Gardens, just round the corner from Queen’s Gate.

From the moment lovely Jack welcomed us we felt like we were home from home. A little oasis of beautiful calm in a perfect location for the Albert Hall. Breakfast was excellent, the rooms were perfect both bright and spacious and the staff were perfect .

Location was perfect for our visit. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Little bits need attention to be a 5 star ( stains on sofa .. buttons missing .. toilet seat damaged ) but that having been said I would visit again.

Honestly think this is is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where I truly felt like I was a family member being welcomed in and not a "customer". From our reception from Jack - can not praise highly enough his manner, attention to service, genuine interest and going above and beyond for myself and my daughter to make sure we were relaxed to Nuria who was very gracious and accommodating also on our last day. No request was too big, no attention to detail too small. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfect base for shopping and generally visiting London. Will definitely be back :)
