Perfect situation. Very nice staff, except one waiter who brings the hot drinks during the breakfast, rude. The other ones are adorable. The rooms are very nice with a tasty decoration. Coffee machine missing in the room, weird for a five star hotel.
I requested a quiet room and was between a room under renovation (with hammer sounds) and the housekeeping room with its door slamming all the time. This was not a good experience, which is a pity taking my in consideration the other positive points.

The interior decoration is very special, radiating warmte and welcome. The jr suite is excellent. Nice materials, good comforting choice of colors and a wonderful bed and bath. Breakfast is sumptuous indeed. It is modestly and beautiful presented on one table, with more in the menu’s. We liked this way of presenting breakfast. It is contrary to an over-the-top display of premade foods in some 5star hotels. It illustrates the real nice atmosphere of this hotel: silent-luxury-comfort and real good service, food. Farid, the concierge, went out of his way to help us with reservations. Staying here is very nice indeed. Service is excellent. Food in the restaurant is very good. The huge swimming pool is amazing. One good think to be on a beach or something. Of course there is a wonderful lounge area, with a great private dining room. It is sooo much better than the Ritz in every way possible. We loved it. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

I was at Haymarket for a swim and dine session for 12 people (6 adults and 6 kids) and the whole experience from booking to leaving was seamless and well thought out. Staff were ultra friendly and accommodating. The pool area photos are accurate - if anything it's even nicer in person.

Thanks again for a great time.
(The location is really nice and central as well).

Perfect central location with easy walk to all the sights. Booked as a surprise & all the staff helped make the it very special indeed. The bedroom was immaculate & we very much enjoyed the swimming pool.
Breakfast was delicious every morning with very attentive service.

We stopped into the bar to the hotel for a pre-show coffee and for somewhere my partner could wait; because like the idiot I am, I forgot to pack cufflinks and needed some for my tux.

On asking the concierge he was able to provide me with some complimentary cufflinks to save me scouring London at 6pm for cufflinks.

This kind of service, for me is exceptional! The bar and restaurant is also beautifully laid out and the menus look delicious.

Apologies for the lack of photos, but we only stopped for a coffee and this was an unplanned visit.

Gone down since my last visit a year ago . Had to keep asking waiters for bread , water & my choice of main meal was replaced by chicken that was boring & no sauce came with it. Took waiters ages to come back to me by which time I had eaten it. Didn't get the offer of a mini sorbet at the end either despite seeing others with them.?

Our favorite hotel for vacation by far. We've stayed at 45 Park Lane, The Mayfair, Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. Haymarket stands apart as a boutique hotel that has staff better than the other hotels. Location ideal. We've been staying here for 9 years and looking forward to staying again next month.

My bed was too short. I never experienced this in my life. Really surprising as it's not a cheap hotel.
I'm not a fan of the breakfast. I do prefer to be able to select my products by myself. Like in Vienna, Palais Hansen Kempiski. 5 stars but a big space for all the products for the breakfast. Plus cookers preparing in front of you your eggs or anything you want.
