The hotel was really nice and vfm .
The location is perfect for someone who want trip London city centre and the stuff was really friendly and helpful .

They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels and sheets, which was great. However, even though the room was clean and nice, the bathroom door wouldn't close. I think they should fix it and inspect it.
Also, I had to go up the stairs even though I had large luggage. I was afraid it would roll when I put it down. I think there are many guests who come with large luggage, so I think they need someone to carry the luggage in addition to the reception staff.
Also, the reception staff's service was not very good. They said they would change my room, but they didn't. I stayed an extra day and told reception, but my card didn't work. I ended up having to go to reception multiple times.

The room had a leak from above, and the drain downstairs was blocked. The hallway was narrow, and the room itself was tiny and outdated. There's no elevator either. I booked this in a rush without properly comparing it to other hotels in the area, and afterward, I realized it was really poor value for money. It was at least 400 RMB more expensive than other nearby hotels. The only upside was that the breakfast was decent; the scrambled eggs were made from real eggs, not artificial ones. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here again.

Location was good! Easy to get to nearest train station at Golders Green via short bus ride. My main issue was on the dustiness of the room which triggered my asthma despite the daily cleaning that the hotel staff said was being done. Blower was also not operational. Asked front desk to replace or fix but wasn't done. Would still recommend this for those on a budget though! Hope the hotel addresses for their future customers :)

The soundproofing in the room was terrible; it was way too noisy. The room itself was very old and outdated, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it. Plus, it's not even that close to the subway station. I definitely won't be staying here again on my next visit.

The room is not very big overall but basically clean. It is not recommended for those with large luggage, and there is no elevator. The male receptionist was very helpful and helped me carry my luggage on the first day. However, the female receptionist who was on duty the next day refused to help. I was so frustrated that I almost cried, but luckily, a gentleman from England outside offered to help me, which was really kind of him.

The double bed was a bit narrow and too soft. The shower drain was very slow, so I had to stop showering frequently for the water to drain.
The front desk gave me a room on the first floor, right by the entrance hallway. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear guests walking by and dragging their luggage loudly in the mornings, and there was also noise from outside the window. This standard room was worse than the single or queen rooms I've stayed in before, and it felt more cramped. I figured it was just for the last two nights, so I made do.
The hotel's location is pretty good. There are other hotels nearby, and it would be great if they also partnered with Trip.com so there would be more options for booking.

The hotel was close to our tour's meeting point at Golders Green tube station, and easily accessible by subway. The lady at the front desk even upgraded us to a family room. The hotel also provided a kettle, coffee, and tea. There are many shops nearby, which was very convenient.

Great location, clean room, warm service at check in desk & when i called ahead to ask about parking was given a polite answer from receptionist.

I was surprised to see bad reviews about this hotel. The hotel has so many corridors but the hotel room was clean with functioning electronic appliances like TV and small fridge. Clean bedsheets and work space is available as well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly yet quality stay in the London area.

Excellent service. Large portions. Esp. recommend the ribs and the crispy duck with pancakes. The food is flavorful. Finish with the dark chocolate mousse. This is the kind of place best experienced in a large group so you can order a bunch of starters and dishes and share.

The sushi here is average,but good for the price. In our case the service was ok, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. We tried the all you can eat option and had a chance to try many dishes. The sushi was ok, considerably better than the rest of the food (the fried tofu was nothing special so I would recommend others to avoid that one).

Good service with wide variety of Asian food. When trying to split bill with friends one of waiters accused my friend of trying to leave without paying, even though he already had and had the receipt to prove it. But lots of tasty food and would definitely recommend.

One star for the service quality and one star for the entertainment value of the experience. Our first round of food was served after one hour, we never got the drinks menu and had to repeatedly beg for simple things like the dish for the soy sauce and plates. We got a frozen seaweed salad and after trying to send it back, were told by the manager to eat it. In the end, the manager said himself that he would never come again to this place! A very funny guy! Oh and one time we were served food that was not ours and it was taken away! I didn't know if I should laugh or cry but I think I cried a bit!

The food is always good (for the price) but the service is nearly always lacking but has been improving. One of the waitresses in particular can be quite difficult and has done some very unprofessional things (whispering about you, being stroppy, etc) but all the other servers are nice and helpful. Unfortunately she is experienced and had been there for a long time, so they need her.
A lot of reviews have said bad things I about the manager, but he is actually a nice man once you get to know him and he's calmed down a lot. At the end of the day he has a business to run so it's understandable that he's concerned about waste etc. But overall they need to think about getting repeat customers as sometimes you'll buy wine, beer, juice, and give them a good profit margin.
It would probably motivate the servers if the service charge were discretionary.
Bear in mind you can get a really good fine dining experience for £20, which is what this costs after service. Therefore this is not 'cheap'. But if you want to try a lot of things and don't mind the service then I'd recommend the food.
