The room was cozy and private. I arrived an hour early and was told there'd be a £10 charge for early check-in, so I decided to wait. However, the front desk attendant wouldn't even let me wait inside the lobby, insisting I wait outside in the cold, which felt a bit unreasonable. Also, if early check-in wasn't an option for me, why were a white mother and daughter able to check in right after me? Is this discrimination against Chinese people?

Was good. Nice and clean. Only booked a small room but received a large room with 5 beds.
Only downside is room was very cold. Heating was on in the evening but when I woke up it was off and I woke up shivering each morning. But was very cheap.
Windows were also very bad and can hear everything outside.

Edinburg House Hotel was a lovely place to stay,I visited Edinburg for the very first time as female solo traveler,

The rooms were terrible, even when the temperature was -4, they turned on heating for 4 hours in the evening. The rooms were cold.

The worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life the room was very smelly and the bathroom it even worse, someone didn't clean the toilet properly, seems like they just wipe the toilet simply, the toilet bowl has poop in it, and they didn't flash it down, the moment I open the toilet door, it's smell like the public toilet that I found it the park or station, it really disgusting, would never ever come back again, even if I desperately need a space, definitely on my black list.

Such a nice presentation of a historical hotel, felt like living in the castle. Fast check-in and close to the city centre. It’s a nice quite place to stay, me and my friends had an amazing time there.

Situated in the heart of the city but away from the noise of the centre so good location, overall. There is no lift which can be a pain if you're staying long or have big luggage to maneuver. It looks more BnB themed than a regular hotel.

This triple bed bedroom is facing the road, location is near the city. Very lucky to get to park right in front of the hotel at the road side parking. It's free until 8:30am
