Excellent service and a great location near the river.Affordable and very clean for stays
Good location. Nice view and good breakfast.
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly but the room was dated. Very small bathroom, with shower toilet and sink but very little room.
Cozy comfortable rooms that are newly renovated, was very useful to have laundry facilities on site.
Very good for the price on offer. Nice location and lovely staff.
Service was perfect. I enjoyed my night stay. Room was beautiful with an amazing view

Very basic but thats what you pay for (or no aptly dont), limited in room facilities no kettle, no hairdryers. It wqs quiet and being above a carpark makes for a handy stop if travelling through. Staff at front desk were freindly but the place is quite rough outside the rooms particularly downstairs is all under renovation and only one lift in service was quite frustrating. If you need cheap this was...
The hotel is within 30 minutes from city centre. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful!
Good and safe your money, easy to go everywhere, near subway just walk 10 mins
The room was freezing, the location just seemed so remote after a long day travelling. No plug sockets anywhere near the bed. Basic and cheap but the staff were lovely, it’s fine if all you want is a bed for the night
Quite good experience decent room cleaned easy access nearby restaurant and city centre
Hi have negotiated with hotel who have agreed a full refund due to there being no heating, they say I have to contact you as it was you that I paid and as soon as you contact them they will refund immediately.

Such a handy hotel for early hospital appointments. Staff are so lovely and welcoming too. Stayed a few times now and can’t praise the staff and food high enough. Especially George, Liam and James to name a few!
Have stayed at this place a few times now over many years. Great location, staff friendly. However comparing it to our other visits to (The Ponds) Leonardo we had a few niggles. Most of these concerned the bathroom. Firstly, when turning tap towards cold, the water came out like an explosion. We can only assume that it was some sort of air lock. The bathroom was very tired looking. The ceiling looked...
Traveller their for a business stay with two others and was perfect for the short stay!
We stayed at The Leonardo for medical appointments at Gartnaval General Hospital which was just 5 mins away. The hotel was clean but does need some upgrades within the rooms and lobbies. We only had an evening meal and breakfast on our 1st visit evening meal was fine, but we paid £16.99 each for breakfast which was not worth the £16.99. There was a lot of choice but the food from the hot plate was...
The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the price is still very reasonable.
Provided with friendly service. I had arrived very late as well due to the storm. Would recommend.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and really helpful ..I felt really welcomed and especially Fraser, Louise and David always acknowledged me and we're very personable, asking how my stay was. They made my stay comfortable and I appreciated their care. However, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel and I found it so disappointing that there was no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities...
Hotel had everything we needed, nice and clean and close to the centre, didn't do breakfast as had early train to catch
Service could’ve been smoother but everything else was great. Great location close to station
2nd time at this hotel great location great staff only negative no tea making facilities in room but for 1 night stay can live with that..and tea/coffe available at reception
Very welcoming staff from the second I walked in, friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean along with the bedding, towels and bathroom. Very useful for business - good Wi-Fi and set up facilities, with plenty of space eother in the room or the lounge area. Great connections with local restaurants too and provided great recommendations! After this visit I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else...
This hotel's location was one of its strongest points. It's acceptably central and well-positioned for accessing all the key attractions, restaurants, and transport options without needing long trips or taxis everywhere. For a short stay, it was exactly what I needed—convenient, practical, and saved a lot of time wandering around. No major complaints; it made the visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly...

Had a great 2 night weekend stay in Holiday Inn Express Theatreland over the Easter weekend. We had stayed before so knew it was central for everything.Hotel room was lovely, as were the staff downstairs. The breakfast was hectic on the Sunday morning, we sat in the overspill dining room across the corridor as the main dining room was packed. The weather wasn't great and woke up to snow on Easter Sunday...
The staffs were super friendly. Location was fabulous, closed to bus station, Queen street train station and shopping district. ❤️
Location is good, near Buchanan bus station. Toilet is difficult to flush.
Booked a room but no one checked me in, which was really bad. The room itself was decent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to the station. Definitely recommend staying here! You can absolutely consider this accommodation!!
Great place, excellent value for money. The room wasn't small either. Pretty good deal for the price.
Thank you that was very brilliant and comfortably nice room and nice shower and breakfast help self that’s good 5 star feedback the best one I will come back again have a great days 😊😎👍

This hotel is a little out of the way, but it was very clean, the bed was comfy and the room was nice. The reception staff were lovely. It was a little dark inside, but I quite liked that. We would've had breakfast but it was quite expensive so we ate out
The staff was very helpful, and the hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. The bar area was also quite attractive.
The Dakota is an absolutely gorgeous hotel and excellent location with ease of access from Queen St Station. The service was next level, with us going to get a taxi at one point outside the hotel and a staff member coming out to put an umbrella over us. Good central location with easy access to the city centre. Friendly staff and plenty of choices for breakfast.
It's a chain hotel, and the cleanliness was good. The only downside is its location across the river, making transportation a little inconvenient. The rooms are large, and for the price, it's considered good value for money in the UK.
A little distance out of the city centre, but a pleasant walk (as long as it's NOT raining). Room was incredibly clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would stay here again.
We had breakfast this morning and found the food very good and plentiful. We also had their all-day breastfast, which came with mushrooms and poached eggs, and the kids ate for free. They enjoyed their meal very much. We arrived in the early hours of the night before and needed an extra bed, which they had already arranged for us. Check-in went smoothly and was a great experience.
A newly refurbished Premier Inn. Nice basic rooms with good bed and shower. Location is decent, not as good as the city center shops of this chain, but a pleasant 10-15 minute walk into town. If you are traveling by car, this is a good option as the access and car parking facilities are good.
Best of 4 Premier Inn we stayed in last 10 days. If you can stay in Hotel with no or really bad wifi connection, this hotel is more than ok. Value for money, 10+

Great location Little dated in the rooms and could be cleaner stains on carpet mold in bathroom and wonkey tap in sink needs a refresh. Drainage smell in steam room
Good location. Approachable staffs especially in the reception Mateus was very helpful.
The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice, very clean & very comfortable. We chose the hotel because of location & that it had a pool. it's really uncomfortable, the room is so small and also smells mariyuana around the corridor, The first room we got smelled stingy , The second we got small and still smelly even though it didn't smell like the first one, however this room good for backpacker not for the family, Not recommended, no amenities at all only towel we got
No other facilities in the room. Room so tiny with no other drawers or cupboard
This hotel is perfect for a good budget trip but don't expect amenities like kettle and hairdryer in the rooms. Toilets are small but good enough for normal use. Would come again!
I can clearly hear noises from the corridors and from next door, but im not a light sleeper so that's fine for me. Nice bed, comfy, but very small, i booked a room with two beds eventually. Equipped with esculator Feel safe as a solo traveller

I got the no window double room for me and my boyfriend. We really enjoyed the stay!
The next door is so noisy. And the room is pretty small.
Great location and very helpful staff! They offered free wine and cheese in the evening the night we arrived, which was a lovely and welcome surprise after a long journey. The room is small and the bathroom has glass walls. It was a tight stay with a friend. Provide tea, coffee, an hot chocolate in the room with kettle.
Great room with modern amenities, comfortable bed, great breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean and tidy. Location is very good, very close to train station and bus station. Have some tea bags free to use. Good for short term stay.
Fantastic place in the centre of Glasgow . Staff were very friendly and helpful . They let me have a late check out and also upgraded my room on arrival . It was so reasonably priced too ! Loved the downstairs cafe it was always busy and had a great atmosphere . I’d recommend it for couples or single travelers.

1st stay in ibis styles George square would definitely book again, location is good as is the hotel it’s very clean and welcoming, staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of choice at breakfast, food overall is very good
A good hotel in a convenient location. Comfy bed, plenty of amenities in the room and a nice view from higher up floors. Easy check in and out and staff were friendly. Facilities at the bar were basic but acceptable. Would definitely consider staying again given the value for money for the city centre.
Excellent stay in a centrally located hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The hotel and the room were very nice. Comfortable spaces, clean and with everything needed for a short stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and options like water dispenser/board games were really appreciated, as well as the attention to recycling. Recommended!
My stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. My son and I have spent 4 nights at the GoGlasgow as a close base for us to attend the Rangers game with Hamburg. Having travelled 4 hours by train from Liverpool we had a concerning start to our stay when the member of the reception team was unable to find our booking, but we got there in the end. Brilliant check in. Staff were excellent, friendly and wanting the best for us all. Joy was exemplary at check in. Rooms are a little dated but perfectly functional and do the job. Good value.
Good location; in the Merchant Quarter with a handy car park round the back in Virginia Lane (£15 for 24hrs).  Reception staff were excellent. Room was small and pretty tired looking, and also a bit too warm. On the plus side,  our room had tea/coffee making facilities and nice fluffy towels. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was good value for money for what we paid.
Location was good as was very close to Queen Street Station. Breakfast was good and service was great. The bedroom needs updating and there is no fridge either. Overall the hotel is ok and the breakfast was the highlight for my stay.
The room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned in months unbelievable amount of dust and broken furniture also only like 2 Chanel’s work on the massively outdated tellys
Friendly staff, moved us to a disabled room when I advised that my husband would not be able to use the over bath shower. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good, and everything was prepared fresh.
