Liked the room liked the bartender who served us. The hot tub felt great and enjoyed that no one else was in the pool when we went down. Thought it odd that the indoor pool which is by main lobby is open longer then the outside pool is. And only real complaint is that there's not any trash bags. Call me weird but when it's that time of the month I don't want to put that in a trash can that someone's going to have to pick up with their hands gloves or not. Because now that trash can needs to be COMPLETELY sterilized. Not just wiped out. Come on that's another person's blood people. I will go back most definitely, I'll just remember to bring my own trash can liners with me.

Although am older building, the Hotels interiors and facades have all been updated nicely. The rooms are well appointed and they have indoor AND outdoor pools. Front desk staff was very easy to work with. This location is perfect for someone whose looking for easy access to the freeways and main roads, but also wishes to have the comfort and relative safety of having it's entrance and sign overtly noticeable. Seemed to mostly be guests who were in town on business, rather than vacationers or drive-thru stop off types.

The worst hotel experience. We made reservations months in advance for a large group. They gave us a group rate with an email confirmation, however at the time of check in they nearly doubled our rates...held us for 3 hours in the lobby until we finally had to call corporate managers for them to do something. Finally after checking in, with the new rate they gave us..not honoring the first confirmed rate..we had horrible rooms. We found a roach in the curtains..air conditioner didn't work, carpets we sticky.
If we wanted to be in a roach motel we wouldn't have had to pay over $200 per night.
The rooms didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave as mentioned in the amenities of the hotel description.
Needless to say..they stole money from us and the look and feel of the hotel was not to Sheraton expectations. Very disappointed and upset.

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates.
On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see.
I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will get a breakfast voucher or club access, but not at this property. Not really any special treatment or perks for loyalty, other than a thank you.

Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.

Good family hotel. Awesome indoor pool. The only down side to that is the entire inside of the hotel is so much fun for people with curly thick hair like mine lol. Staff was friendly enough. Some seemed a bit stuck up but most were nice. I would stay again.

It's a nice hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi. The food here is standard restaurant quality, nothing to sing about, but it will fill your stomach. Good location, with close proximity to just about everything you could want. Where they really shine is when they are hosting your conference. Very accommodating.

Little older of a hotel but Very nice especially for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly & kind to both us and our animals.

Great price. Some remodeling going on, but we didn't seem to notice much noise from that. Road noise from freeway was present, but not too bad. No snacks anywhere. Desk said there was snack machines on certain levels, but I checked them all and only found soda machines. They need a pantry or gift shop. And housekeeping didn't seem to understand that the be green hang tag means no room servicing necessary.

Fantastic amenities, and an overall fantastic staff and experience. Then indoor pool was great, and the rooms were clean and we'll taken care of. Ample parking (even for large or oversized vehicles), free laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and great food. Will no doubt make Four Points here and elsewhere a top choice when it comes to hotels.
