Nice staff clean rooms wonderfull place when on a budget get a lot for a fair price

Staff interaction was courteous. My fridge was broken and they replaced it within half an hour. The breakfast was pretty sparse, but they didn't mind that we ate multiple yogurts and stuck granola bars in our bags. Items like bedspreads and towels were worn out, and soap/shampoo provisions were minimal. However, it was an affordable and respectable location for many people travelling across the border...

Clean room great staff. Breakfast wa horrible limted items. No waffles. Just cheap biscits and gravy. Two options of cereal. Apple juice tasted foul. Needs work or have a female make the breakfast.

The room is clean, the breakfast is good, the service is good, the hotel also pays attention to details, and the comfort is good. There are several people in front of you when you check in, and the waiting time is 30 minutes +.

Comfortable room with all the necessities working fine. Great management and staff, very friendly and helpful. (They even recommended the local opera company- wonderful rendition of Debussy's "L'Enfant Prodigue"!) Well located for U of Arizona and the rest of central Tucson. Standard, cold, breakfast- but generously served. Very well-priced considering other accomodations in the area.

Property and room were well maintained and clean. Parking lot was well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was under 15 minutes to walk to a streetcar stop. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in Tucson!

The room was very clean, smelled good, and quiet, despite being next to a very busy street. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have work to do at the University.

Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast provided which was not mentioned in the features. We liked our stay. The traffic can be a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you need that.

Owner was very pleasant. When I arrived, the power for that block had just gone out. He let me know when power was restored. His staff was very friendly as well.

The rooms at the property were nicely designed, and the bed and blankets were super comfortable. Easy walk to the university area, as well as the Warehouse Arts district (approx .75 miles each)

What a fantastic experience from check in to check out! Javier & crew were full of personality & genuine about their guests having the best stay possible. Rooms was clean, cozy & the various lighting options was a cool little touch, instead of the usual blaring bright lights. Would absolutely suggest anyone rest their head at this La Quinta location!

Very nice hotel for a short stay. The disappointment was that their ice machine wasn’t working so I had to buy a bag.

1. Overall cleanliness is good; 2. Close to the main road, convenient transportation, but a bit noisy; 3. The facilities are simple, meeting basic business travel needs; 4. Relatively speaking, prices are much higher during the mineral and gem exhibition than usual, so it feels quite expensive! 5. The owner's service is excellent.

Good rooms, very in tune with the vibe of the hotel, you feel in a movie. Cup coffee offers amazing vibe and food and at night the whole hotel turns into a great place to dance and hang out. Love hotel congress!!

Simple and antique kinda but perfect , and not plain!!!! Good to focus on who you're renting the room with and not the TV and stuff. Great Club and Bar downstairs the Tap room I think.. Normally it smells pretty bad right when you walk in the door. Kind of like a dirty mop. During this visit, it smelled like Christmas. The large patio with music and a dance floor is a great atmosphere for hanging out. During the winter, the heaters are on outside. There are a lot of tables and 2 bars on the patio as well as inside.

So cute such a fun place to visit while in Tucson. All the staff was so super sweet and the bartender Barb whips out fantastic drinks and keeps up with a busy crowd. It was a good mix of a fun atmosphere but cozy seating to sit and chat! Loved it all! I love that they sell the postcards. They’re so cute such a fun little souvenir. Cool place to stay. We were in town for the tour de Tucson. The hotel was super conveniently located next to the start line of the tour. The staff were very accommodating. They let us store our bikes there before our room was ready. We also kept our car parked there until the event was over. Super chill place. I would recommend.

Stayed here for a week in the early summer. Room was a good size, plenty of space to move around. Would have liked some kind of table or desk though in the room we were staying in, had to do all my computer stuff on the bed. Temperature in the room was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful oasis in Tucson This is a fantastic place to stay in Tucson! Dina, the hostess, is a wonderful person and takes good care of her guests. We especially loved the beautiful pool and backyard patio. Daily varied breakfasts were a highlight. You should stay here!!

I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Very comfortable adult B & B with every amenity considered. Reasonable, free parking, accommodated our early schedule one morning (thank you) and always checked daily to see if we needed anything. Pool was refreshing in the summer heat and plenty of chairs to sit outside in the evening. We enjoyed our stay!

MISREPRESENTED. The first picture on their website is non existent. There is no bar in the middle of the pool like the picture shows and infact the bar that was there was never open so there went their poolside drinks they advertised. Beautiful hotel and casino. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The happy hour at the 777 hotel bar was fabulous: $6 margaritas and $10 burger and fries. Delicious! The hotel is nice, except that it is expensive. It seems that all hotels in Arizona are expensive.

The rooms need updating! EVERY wall socket is worn out and cannot hold a plug. Not OK. It’s not an expensive or difficult fix. Everything else was fine. The staff is friendly, although very young.

The room was clean, but we ran out of body soap in the shower. In terms of comfort, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, there was no comforter, so it was a bit cold at night.

Breakfast included was listed, but there was no breakfast available. They switched it to a full restaurant. Not what I wanted or was promised. Shower has on top of the ceiling so you could not take a shower w/o washing your hair. Not practical. No smart TV or movies for rent - for long evenings not practical and stuck in 20th century.

The air conditioner vent is inside the room, affecting sleep.

It's an old-fashioned chain hotel, not quite as good as those in China. But it's alright.

Parking was free and very close to our room. Staff was extremely helpful to any of our questions or needs.

This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip, completely exceeding our expectations. Not only was the environment beautiful, but the staff were also extremely professional and welcoming. The rooms were surprisingly large, and we could even cook our own meals. It was incredibly convenient.

Everything's very very good. The rooms were clean. My only thing would be with a concern for water. I think their toilets could be changed to use less water per flush

The problem with the room was it had a smell like a Sewer problem, complained about the room.The smell The girls at the front desk tried to eliminate it with spray deodorants , it didn't work. It Was terrible. Finally the third day maintenance came and did fix it. The other surprise was $15 parking every night we stayed.

Looks like the place was recently redone. Everything I saw was nice and updated and clean. We were both very pleased and would certainly stay here again.

My experience was amazing, from beginning to end. The cost of a room for three people (on a Friday, no less) was quite decent. We had requested a first-floor room for my mother's sake, and a staff member was easily able to help. The bedsheets seemed to be freshly laundered when we arrived. Clean hotel. The rooms around the pool area are bit noisy. Not very sound resistant. The breakfast area is nice but crowded so get there early. The staff was very friendly. We did enjoy our stay. If you have children, they will enjoy the pool. There is a social get together every night at the pool area. There is also a bar at the pool as well. The location is convenient for many area attractions.

My stay at this Best Western was fantastic. I was pleased with the amount of space as well as the level of comfort in our room. Our bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and there were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. My daughter flew in from Misawa AFB in Japan to surprise her dad who was being promoted to Chief at DM AFB in Tucson. Eryn flew I on Thursday, Feb 27. Due to a flight delay, I was unable to pick her up as expected. I went to the hotel to drop off a home made meal for her as the flight is extremely long. Nice room. Everything was clean. We needed a couple things in the room, & the front desk was fast to help. Quiet. Comfortable bed & pillows. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, small but we didn't leave hungry. We would stay here again.

Sadly in recent stays the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, the recognition of an "Elite Rewards" member, the quality of breakfast has decreased to the extent that my review has dropped from a 5-star to a 3-star. Nice clean hotel. It's an older hotel building, but they've done a good job of updating everything to modern standards. Free parking and some of the spots are covered, which is very important in the Summer. Has an attached restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it. Free hot breakfast in the mornings. Free wifi. Friendly staff. This place isn't going to "wow" you, but it's a solid place to stay.

Excellent staff and location. Rooms had stained carpet and furniture and had issues like slow drain, tiles with no grout, black bugs in shower (after rainstorm) and non-working appliances. We moved rooms once for horribly uncomfortable beds. Staff was quick and accommodating for repairs and to make sure we were comfortable but second room was more of the same mediocre. Have stayed at this facility for years. Our recent stay was excellent. Everything from the front desk to our room, immaculate, to breakfast...well we could not have asked for more. We were unable to participate in the evening social but that is such a lovely idea!!!!! hank you Hilton and we shall definitely be back!

Second time to stay. Really nice little plaza location with good dining. Farmers market on the weekend and still plenty of parking and safe.

As surprised by the hotel. It was very nice, we had the suite and it was very nice, felt like a small apartment. We didn’t use the pool area and on our last stay we had breakfast and it was nice hot breakfast. My kids loved it. Clean rooms and nice staff when we were there.

I appreciate that the property is pet friendly, however the pet owners and property management have some issues. Pet owners do not necessarily clean up after their pets both inside and outside the building and it was up to me to clean up the messes. That was disappointing. Yes, I did report it to the front desk before I did it.

Front desk staff were soooo nice!!! Food was great. Room was very clean. We rented the 2 bedroom suite and one of the toilet won’t flush but other than that was great! All I can say is that it’s way better than Marriott!! We were more comfortable in Staybridge and it didnt cost us almost $2,000 for just 2 nights!! From now on, will be staying at Staybridge more often. This hotel is highly recommended...

This hotel is clean and welcoming. They have lighted Christmas trees and Christmas decor, a lounge with sofas and televisions, a fireplace, and large windows. The guest rooms are large and the kitchens feel just like home. The breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
