Ac on room 405 was not working. Thanks for the move.

Refrigerator froze everything, microwave made an awful noise. Bad smell in bathroom was constant. Heat just worked as a fan, made the room cold and i was told no extra blabkets

All around well kept place. Eric on the check in was great!

Most important factors for me are a clean, well maintained room with a hot shower, comfortable bed, and working TV. Room had all that. Parking was convenient. Staff was helpful.

Comfortable and clean room, good a/c control, plenty of towels. BUT, terrible hot water/ coffee maker (get rid of these terrible things). Also-not pleased with 3 decaf coffee packs and only one regular…. This is poor room quality control.

Property was fine for one night and interior was clean and served its purpose. Staff was nice but they gathered outside together at night to smoke in front of the property which was not very classy. Right outside the lot were homeless people sleeping, etc. The area did not feel safe. But the doors to the hotel locked so it was secure.

Good part - the front desk person when we checked in was very welcoming, friendly and lively! Even when we spent some time in the lobby late in evening, he was a very good company to spend time with.  Not so good part - the shower in the bathroom was absolutely useless! There was no water pressure and the water was just a trickle. Not anywhere near normal expectations.

The location was close to UofA for family night, we paid for a 1 bedroom suite however we get there and they gave 2 adjoining rooms it was not a suite. A suite has a bedroom separately from a living room area but no we had 2 adjoining rooms , the money was non refundable, so no choice but to stay , no advance warning that we was not going to occupy a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel is affordable. The price was great, and the hotel was clean, although the exterior of the building shows its age. The lights were burned out in the bedroom, and the shower curtain was missing in the bathroom, but for the price, I didn't mind.

The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff...

Staff was kind. The room was not very clean there was hair in the tub, and the floor in the bathroom had not been swept or mopped properly. There were dust bunnies and bits of paint on it. There was also pee on the side of the toilet. Breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed the waffles. Heater worked well at night as it got chilly.

Convenient location with comfortable & clean rooms. Service was friendly & prompt. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t say how that was but… this is our second stay here. Only issue is the room deposit is still pending on my credit card 7 days after our stay - we were only there for a quick overnight stop. Odd, but not terribly inconvenient.

The building is old and dated. The maintenance and repairs are obvious, and look like they were done by an amateur. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, average, nothing to rave about. Just okay. The AC worked but wasn’t necessary as the weather was cool.

Maintenance was bad,who ever was cleaning my room daily,wouldn’t take my dirty towels.

The room was generally clean...The shelves were dusty but the sheets were clean.

For the price and for the room, it all balanced itself out and was very nice. We had a great time spending our days and nights here and look forward to returning very soon,

The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a ******* VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). This is a gorgeous resort for the money set in the natural desert of Tucson. We stayed here two years ago, and it was perfect. Service, the room, the environment. LOVELY. This time there were a lot of quirky oddities , but management made it right. They truly care about their guests and want the service to match the beauty of this lovely property. Huge gap under the door let in draft and made it hard to sleep because you could hear anyone walking by talking or cars driving. The walls are thin so you can hear other rooms.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very inexpensive. This is in an area with a lot of construction and close to the airport so it can be a little noisy, but it's not their fault and the price makes up for it.

Drink selection in lobby was very limited, beds are not comfortable and the blankets are very thin

This place is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. The serve was EXCELLENT and the room was BEAUTIFUL,clean and well managed. I had a problem with tv for a minute or so and someone was at my door to fix it in no time. ( Btw..it was me using the controller, not really the tv.) It was a nice room but the bed was covered in dog hair and had not been dusted. When i told the front desk about the dog hair they told i could have called the front desk and asked for clean sheets but that was not an option because the phone cord had been cut. The ac was stuck on low setting and there was hair clogging the bathtub drain. For my inconvenience they gave me 10% off my room.

The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom. Then you can retire for the night in your hotel room upstairs. The rooms are small as it is historic but it is awesome to stay right downtown for a reasonable price. We will do it again soon.

Chose to stay here due to it being affiliated with RedLionHotels. I am a rewards member. The is property is AAA Approved Ice maker and guest laundry on site $1.50 US Dollars to wash. The environment is a bit noisy

I was happy with the room, it was clean and all the furnishings looked fairly new and in good shape. The bed was King Size and comfortable with 4 pillows.Always nice to have extra pillows. I found the pillows were a little lumpy though. The staff were courtesy and helpful. It's not an expensive hotel, so overall I would recommend it as good value for the price we paid.

Room was clean and in good condition. Common areas look worn and in need of updating. Continental breakfast is a breakfast bar and coffee. I stayed 5 days and the last day there were no breakfast bars. No housekeeping for the 5 days I was there.

It was clean when I arrived but not cleaned after first night. Nothing wrong just didn’t know. I was treated very professional and not just like another guest and that was great.

Air Conditioner was really noisy and needs to be looked at. Parking was inadequate.

My husband fixed the toilet, air conditioner was extremely noisy, and no coffee pot in the room but there were coffee cups. Was told they were taking coffee pots out of the rooms. no breakfast at all.

Room was exceptionally clean, front desk staff kind and efficient. Our only complaint was that the room was facing the freeway, making it the only noise you hear. We used our dark noise setting to cover it while we slept. Decent food is a bit off, but bar food and American diner in walking distance For the price, totally expected and not an issue.

We had a good stay at this old hotel. Don't expect much about the breakfast.

The rooms are alway nice and clean and the staff are all very kind. While I was there I saw the buliding was getting a new paint job, maybe some newer beds might help cause the center of the bed sinks in and kindof interupted my sleep, but after I put some pillows in the center I was ok, but that wont stop us from returning. The staff was great, very friendly. However, our room was a conjoined room and we kept hearing the people in the next room arguing with each other.

Very good location, in between the Tucson mountains and downtown, convenient to the highway and major roads. Good value for the money. Otherwise nothing too special, typical motel, bed was fine, mini-fridge was helpful, TV was a bit broken. Would not recommend a long stay there if you have money to stay somewhere else. Tucson has quite a homelessness problem, and you can see some very sketchy characters...

This is not the first time I've stayed here. It's suitable for business trips and layovers. I recommend it. If I have a chance next time, I will stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport.
