Breakfast Our first day there when we went down for breakfast I asked if they had anything gluten free and dairy free and was told “no”. The next day they had gluten free muffins and oat milk. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately the next day no muffins.

We loved the property! It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the area felt safe to walk around. I wish the pool water was warmer, it was too chilly to swim and they need more options for gluten free/dairy free on the breakfast options. We had a great time and would stay again.

The location was great because it was so new. Everything was clean: parking lot, entrance, side stair entrances, hallways and room!

Everything was perfect. Just that the elevator didnt work so had to talk the stairs to the 4th floor

This was a really great place to stay for what we needed. Our room had a full kitchen which was pretty neat! You just need to bring your own cooking supplies for it. You get what you pay for, if you want something nicer then go to a 4/5 star hotel. This place was pretty good in our opinion and were happy with our choice.

Probably the best room I've stayed in when it comes to hotels. I mean spectacular. It almost seems like the white glove test happend just before we got our room. It was super clean and very well constructed. No patchy walls or shoddy floors and hallway carpets. 10 Stars!!!

Convenient east side neighborhood close to Sabino Canyon and friends we were visiting.

The room was clean, the grounds were pleasant and peaceful. There was a nice Tucson vibe in the courtyards and the lobby/ breakfast area. It was also nicely decorated for the holidays.

the cheese omelets were strangely delicious. everyone mentions the 'heated pool'. you can look over the partial height wall at the pool and spa equipment. THERE IS NO POOL HEATER. Hilarious. it was frigid. my son and i took turns seeing who could stay in the pool the longest. i made it i 3 minutes but then had to go to the hospital.

The only issue we had, was the height of the toilet. It was too short and was difficult to get up from. We 2 seniors found it very taxing on our old bodies. Other than that, everything else was great.

Everything was well kept and the property so clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and the coffee was exceptional quality. Grounded and brewed on the spot.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, thank you. Bathroom slightly run down. Also, bathroom was handicap friendly which we did not desire because we are tall. I did try to avoid during booking according to explanation of room amenities but was unable to avoid. Everything else was adequate. Thank you

The room was decent, well layed out and spacious for two people. The faucet was crazy loose when we got there (room 233), my husband tightened it to keep it functional. The light switch for the bathroom needs attention, when you turn it on it wouldn't turn the light on unless you wiggled it. Obviously there is a loose connection somewhere. The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich in variety and well prepared for the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in within the past month.

Sheets and towels are sooo white. Everything is really clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful.

Food selection is generic to most hotels.

I like the breakfast choices, small but efficient and good options. Furnitures seemed dated, some pieces a bit smelly I would say. Appliances are functioning, but the fridge is noisy after our first night, the property engineer tried to address it but the noise came back during our stay. Staff, parking, locations are great.

Everything you need if staying a couple of days - kitchenette with coffee and everything to cook with - water pressure in the shower was awesome all around good place to stay.

Location is great along with the actual rooms. The main issue is to find availability.

Quick overnight stay while dropping my student back off at U of A. Parking was convenient, and check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly, and although a few items were out at breakfast, they quickly replaced them upon request. I appreciated the variety of equipment in the workout room, but would have liked some way to clean/wipe the equipment down before and after using it. Otherwise...

Ver little food put out for breakfast. Food was average but hardly any put out. Was advised only given limited amount to out out daily.

Room was clean but the toilet kept going on and off (minor hiccup). Breakfast options were awesome. Plenty of parking and we felt safe where we were.

Rooms have a kitchenett which is great, was clean and neat. Staff was polite. There is renovation going so thst is the only noise, not counting renovation it is quiet. Area was good and convinient.

everything was perfect 10/10 only thing is the floors was a little sticky and dirty but besides that i loved it.

We stayed in a doggie room. the floor was stickie and dirty, the chair had a sticky stain, the toilet had a ring around it and the bed looked disheveled and almost used. I would NOT stay there again. The night clerk that checked us in was great however.

wifi was not working when called the front desk I was told to call wifi support company, which i spent over 30 mins trying to get it fix. Room was not clean. I not recommend this place as staffs are very lazy......

It was standard nothing to like....

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we had no issues. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offered hot breakfast and to-go breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Sink was clogged for first 2 days. Kept having to ask front desk to get sink fixed. Limited breakfast. Not impressed.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were great. A three-day stay was perfect for a family with teens and small kids.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. One problem was the ambient noise. The sound deadening was beyond inadequate. We could hear people working out in fitness center and luggage being moved up and down hallway.

Checked in. Was put in wrong room. Had to go thru entire check-in process again. Gen mgr very polite and resolved issue. Did not have bfast. Woth no charge, allowed for 1-extra hour late checkout. Would recommend hotel

I enjoyed my anniversary with my wife.

The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.

No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. Be careful with the toilet it may rock when you sit down and get up.

It's a nice hotel. 4 stars because it's a little dated, but the breakfast buffet was really good (better selection than you'd expect, and an omelette bar as well) the pool was fine for the kids, and they we're out friendly. All in all it was comfortable and we'll worth the low price we paid to stay.

This fading beauty is more of a resort than a hotel with spacious suites, a large outdoor pool area, restaurant and fountains in the bright central courtyard. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best- with a nice mix of Hispanic and Western favourites, along with a fresh custom while-you-wait omelette station, all served in the bright airy inner courtyard. The rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly. There is a bar and restaurant here too which is always convenient. Parking is adequate and handicap parking is quite close. Only real issue, at least in the room we have, is there is a rather strong air of dampness or mildew. Odd as this is in Tucson. The room is a ground level room and is partially below street level. This is probably something to keep...

I love this place the location you feel safe. Everything was clean. The staff was so so friendly the front desk and the individual it takes care of the pool. But you need to work on your IT connections. The TV is blocked so we can’t even hook up any of our devices so we can watch movies or Netflix.

Clean, homey, fully equipped with all the little niceties like cutlery, toaster, electric hob, a pot to boil my tea water. In addition to the two chairs, there was a big comfy recliner. Patio was a nice peaceful place to relax outside. Very pleased!

The towels were disappointing. Very small and thin. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. A larger television would be better in that large room. Overall…a good experience.

Lovely suites hotel in safe neighborhood right outside of Tucson city proper. Large grocery store, Basha’s across the road was really convenient for food needs. The room itself (Studio Suite) was sizable and had all of the appliances (full-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top and microwave), cookware and utensils, and dishes that you would need for your extended stay. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is relatively new! The facilities are good! It's on par with Huazhu Hotels Group in China!

We never did eat there either morning but I have to comment on your gentleman on the front desk. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful person that makes your stay more special. He helped us by pointing out some great spots to visit while in Tucson and surrounding area. He is a true asset to your hotel and a model for others to follow.

The room itself was good, and the front lady was really nice. However, there was music playing all night from the next door with the thin wall made cause us hard to sleep at night.

Staff was great, very nice and help full. Rooms were clean but could use some new furniture and some up grades. Location was good, easy to see and get to from the freeway. Rates were affordable and they offer early check in and let you pay in cash without holding a deposit on a credit/debit card which was nice! All in all my stay here was pleasent and I would stay again in the future.

Quite easily the worst place I've stayed in. Stains on the Bed, no towels, no power in the bathroom outlets, shower floor was VERY uneven and not safe, overall a pretty nasty place.

The room was clean, and the staff were courteous. We asked for a room with an accessible shower. We were assigned a wheelchair accessible room. It was an experience, in the sense of viewing the room from the level of someone that is confined to a wheelchair. We will never take routine, normal amenities for granted. Thank you!

Overall, the room was cleanish, some spots that we forgotten about like around the sink and the furniture. The front desk clerk was very personable, helpful and overall, a great 1st impression of this hotel. I had an issue in my room and he promptly corrected it. I wish i could remember his name. He deserves a raise! My room was clean and comfortable. The walls of most hotels seem quite thin, but here, noise from neighboring rooms was at a minimum. Hot tub was clean and hot. It was a great getaway.

Staff was professional. The rooms were ok. Remote didn’t work, no maintenance people available. But for the price it was ok.

Room was ok. Beds were comfy. Floor needed to be mopped. Shower head was close to wall, so I had to shower in the corner. Also, not much water pressure- water just kinda fell out of the shower head. Not the best location either.

We enjoyed an appealing and well-appointed one bedroom unit scenically situated in Tucson foothills. Definitely a knockout view over the adjacent Starr Pass golf course, the surrounding mountains, and the city roughly a 15-minute drive below. When we wanted to skip an evening drive for dinner, we enjoyed strolling to the newly re-opened restaurant/bar adjoining the golf course. Would happily return...

The Motel was nice but the other renters were very loud into the early morning hours. There seem to be homeless individuals that hung around. It was a little scary to leave the room when it gets dark so I took care of what I needed before it got dark so I would not have to be in and out of the room when the sun sets.

I think the staff is really what makes a stay great and can supersede anything else. This was not a planned stay and was based on emergency needs and I’m a single mom with my 15 year old and two puppies. We just needed To feel safe and taken care of in that week we stayed here. And we did. We felt so comfortable that when our new house was ready for us just down the road we were sad leaving. ...
