Easy check in, spotless room, lots of towels, lots of light!!
The names of the rooms, the staff, and just the whole vibe altogether!
Staff was amazing and room was in great shape
Rooms have a kitchenett which is great, was clean and neat. Staff was polite. There is renovation going so thst is the only noise, not counting renovation it is quiet. Area was good and convinient.
everything was perfect 10/10 only thing is the floors was a little sticky and dirty but besides that i loved it.
We stayed in a doggie room. the floor was stickie and dirty, the chair had a sticky stain, the toilet had a ring around it and the bed looked disheveled and almost used. I would NOT stay there again. The night clerk that checked us in was great however.

Clean room with good amount of space and storage. Staff was prompt to help with anything we needed. Location is great, close to trails and hiking.
We had a wonderful time on this our third stay at Starr Pass Suites.
Room was in excellent condition. We did not need anything else. View was perfect. Thank you!
We enjoyed an appealing and well-appointed one bedroom unit scenically situated in Tucson foothills. Definitely a knockout view over the adjacent Starr Pass golf course, the surrounding mountains, and the city roughly a 15-minute drive below. When we wanted to skip an evening drive for dinner, we enjoyed strolling to the newly re-opened restaurant/bar adjoining the golf course. Would happily return...
We were shown the wrong parking lot on the wrong road on the map when we checked in, but we had a fine stay.
Staffing is great . Room was super clean and spacious. Feel like home. Beautiful Mountain View. Will come back when plan to visit Tucson

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we had no issues. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offered hot breakfast and to-go breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Sink was clogged for first 2 days. Kept having to ask front desk to get sink fixed. Limited breakfast. Not impressed.
The hotel was clean, and the staff were great. A three-day stay was perfect for a family with teens and small kids.
The room was clean and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. One problem was the ambient noise. The sound deadening was beyond inadequate. We could hear people working out in fitness center and luggage being moved up and down hallway.
The hotel was clean and the staff awesome. Breakfast was really good. Truely recommend this hotel
Checked in. Was put in wrong room. Had to go thru entire check-in process again. Gen mgr very polite and resolved issue. Did not have bfast. Woth no charge, allowed for 1-extra hour late checkout. Would recommend hotel

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast included in the price! Easy access to a variety of attractions in Tucson.
Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the elevator which didn’t work the morning of my departure and had to carry all our bags through the stairs!!
I loved the free breakfast. The cinnamon roll tasted homemade. It was easy to walk to the Tucson Mall and restaurants in the area.
Everything was perfect from cleanliness o a tasty breakfast. The front desk clerk was super helpful.
Staff was friendly - unfortunately we ended up with a room on the ground floor and the people in the room above ours were constantly walking for what seemed likkemost of the night!! The bed was hard.
Great pillows, comfy bed, best coffee & delish breakfast, wonderful staff (recommended Guadalajara restaurant 1 mile away), big room, good channels on tv, quiet, and close to shops & Hwy 10.

Esthetically, as you drive up and enter the hotel, you are met with grandeur and beauty. However, once you enter the room you were provided, you find that the hotel is quite old and has not kept up with the times. They definitely have repair issues. In my room, though clean, I found holes in the drapes, veneer peeling off the bathroom door, holes in the top of the very scarred and sticky top of the...
I enjoyed my anniversary with my wife.
The staff are all amazing. Love being able to have a weekend getaway here. Pool and spa are great. Breakfast is well served. Tried dinner menu had BLT wrap yummy.
No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. Be careful with the toilet it may rock when you sit down and get up.
It's a nice hotel. 4 stars because it's a little dated, but the breakfast buffet was really good (better selection than you'd expect, and an omelette bar as well) the pool was fine for the kids, and they we're out friendly. All in all it was comfortable and we'll worth the low price we paid to stay.
This fading beauty is more of a resort than a hotel with spacious suites, a large outdoor pool area, restaurant and fountains in the bright central courtyard. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best- with a nice mix of Hispanic and Western favourites, along with a fresh custom while-you-wait omelette station, all served in the bright airy inner courtyard. The rooms were clean and comfortable...

I love this place the location you feel safe. Everything was clean. The staff was so so friendly the front desk and the individual it takes care of the pool. But you need to work on your IT connections. The TV is blocked so we can’t even hook up any of our devices so we can watch movies or Netflix.
Clean, homey, fully equipped with all the little niceties like cutlery, toaster, electric hob, a pot to boil my tea water. In addition to the two chairs, there was a big comfy recliner. Patio was a nice peaceful place to relax outside. Very pleased!
The towels were disappointing. Very small and thin. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. A larger television would be better in that large room. Overall…a good experience.
Tiffany, the front desk person checked me in and checked me out the following morning, pleasant, professional and efficient.
The staff was very friendly and we had plans at six and needed to stay until four and they accommodated us and didn’t charge us any extra fees. Highly recommend.
Lovely suites hotel in safe neighborhood right outside of Tucson city proper. Large grocery store, Basha’s across the road was really convenient for food needs. The room itself (Studio Suite) was sizable and had all of the appliances (full-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top and microwave), cookware and utensils, and dishes that you would need for your extended stay. Laundry room was available....

the cheese omelets were strangely delicious. everyone mentions the 'heated pool'. you can look over the partial height wall at the pool and spa equipment. THERE IS NO POOL HEATER. Hilarious. it was frigid. my son and i took turns seeing who could stay in the pool the longest. i made it i 3 minutes but then had to go to the hospital.
The only issue we had, was the height of the toilet. It was too short and was difficult to get up from. We 2 seniors found it very taxing on our old bodies. Other than that, everything else was great.
Everything was well kept and the property so clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and the coffee was exceptional quality. Grounded and brewed on the spot.
Staff was very helpful and courteous, thank you. Bathroom slightly run down. Also, bathroom was handicap friendly which we did not desire because we are tall. I did try to avoid during booking according to explanation of room amenities but was unable to avoid. Everything else was adequate. Thank you
The room was decent, well layed out and spacious for two people. The faucet was crazy loose when we got there (room 233), my husband tightened it to keep it functional. The light switch for the bathroom needs attention, when you turn it on it wouldn't turn the light on unless you wiggled it. Obviously there is a loose connection somewhere. This hotel was literally the only place I've ever stayed where...
The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich in variety and well prepared for the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in within the past month.

Excellent staff and location. Rooms had stained carpet and furniture and had issues like slow drain, tiles with no grout, black bugs in shower (after rainstorm) and non-working appliances. We moved rooms once for horribly uncomfortable beds. Staff was quick and accommodating for repairs and to make sure we were comfortable but second room was more of the same mediocre. Breakfast was hot and fresh....
Courteous staff. Clean. Nice restaurants within walking distance. good breakfast. Furniture slightly dated.
Have stayed at this facility for years. Our recent stay was excellent. Everything from the front desk to our room, immaculate, to breakfast...well we could not have asked for more. We were unable to participate in the evening social but that is such a lovely idea!!!!! hank you Hilton and we shall definitely be back!
Second time to stay. Really nice little plaza location with good dining. Farmers market on the weekend and still plenty of parking and safe.
Stayed six days. Same old breakfast every day. No shampoo in tub. Room was fully serviced only once until we complained.
The room was clean and a nice size, but the bed was uncomfortable and the refrigerator did not get cold (freezer worked).

Quick overnight stay while dropping my student back off at U of A. Parking was convenient, and check in went smoothly. Ver little food put out for breakfast. Food was average but hardly any put out. Was advised only given limited amount to out out daily.
Room was clean but the toilet kept going on and off (minor hiccup). Breakfast options were awesome. Plenty of parking and we felt safe where we were.
The room was clean and perfect for our family. The lobby was great for breakfast and playing games. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
Good parking, nice pool area and outdoor space. Not as many options for breakfast as other hampton stays. Staff was very friendly.
All was great. The room had an air freshener scent that was a little irritating to me but I got used to it. Our stay was very pleasant.

Clean room, good breakfast, close to everything. Good hiking in the area.
The room is big. The service is quick and friendly! Location is great!
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and kind. The room was newly remodeled and looked very nice inside. The lobby was clean and neat. Our room was quiet and not a lot of noise from outside or upstairs. The outside seemed a little run down but I would definitely stay again. Clean room. Warm breakfast. Friendly staff. Don't love the parking garage, but it's better than street parking.
Overall hotel floor was very dusty .
The room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. All of the staff were also very kind and helpful.
I recognize that breakfast was really busy, but there were no bowls or plates available for a long time when my family went downstairs for breakfast. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The price was amazing for a clean room that was located pretty close to good shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, and the staff were courteous. We asked for a room with an accessible shower. We were assigned a wheelchair accessible room. Nice! Torrance Inn LAX Airport Area 4/5 Pleasing The front desk Jeremy gave me the kindest offer to provide me rooms to stay, although I arrived after their time limit of 11:59pm to check in. It could be as no-show because I didn’t notice them in advance, but he arranged me rooms to sleep with the same discounted rate as my agency. Thank you for your kind assistance, Jeremy!

The front desk clerk was very personable, helpful and overall, a great 1st impression of this hotel. I had an issue in my room and he promptly corrected it. I wish i could remember his name. He deserves a raise! My room was clean and comfortable. The walls of most hotels seem quite thin, but here, noise from neighboring rooms was at a minimum. Hot tub was clean and hot. It was a great getaway.
Staff was professional. The rooms were ok. Remote didn’t work, no maintenance people available. But for the price it was ok.
Room was ok. Beds were comfy. Floor needed to be mopped. Shower head was close to wall, so I had to shower in the corner. Also, not much water pressure- water just kinda fell out of the shower head. Not the best location either.
Great staff and quick check in very clean room area around feels ghetto and all heard was sirens.

The staff here is great, friendly and casual. From management to housekeeping and maintenance. Michael was very helpful in getting the room I wanted sorted out. I should also mention Eddie is also very helpful with the reservations.thank u all!
The Motel was nice but the other renters were very loud into the early morning hours. There seem to be homeless individuals that hung around. It was a little scary to leave the room when it gets dark so I took care of what I needed before it got dark so I would not have to be in and out of the room when the sun sets.
Good budget hotel Clean hotel and friendly staff. Beds were ok.
Nicely done. Friendly, competent, and helpful staff. I would stay there again. Thanks.
I think the staff is really what makes a stay great and can supersede anything else. Clean, large, very nice room!!!
Food selection is generic to most hotels.
I like the breakfast choices, small but efficient and good options. Furnitures seemed dated, some pieces a bit smelly I would say. Appliances are functioning, but the fridge is noisy after our first night, the property engineer tried to address it but the noise came back during our stay. Staff, parking, locations are great.
Very comfortable six night stay
Everything you need if staying a couple of days - kitchenette with coffee and everything to cook with - water pressure in the shower was awesome all around good place to stay.

Excellent staff, clean room, inexpensive
Just as expected for this area, but very convenient.
Very nice hotel for a short stay. The disappointment was that their ice machine wasn’t working so I had to buy a bag.
1. Overall cleanliness is good; 2. Close to the main road, convenient transportation, but a bit noisy; 3. The facilities are simple, meeting basic business travel needs; 4. Relatively speaking, prices are much higher during the mineral and gem exhibition than usual, so it feels quite expensive! 5. The owner's service is excellent.
No frills The price was really affordable, but with that you also get what you pay for. Bathroom light fixture was missing two light bulbs.
I didn’t sleep well because I could feel every movement of my husband on the bed. The AC unit was quite noisy too.

A strand of hair dangling from the microwave. Red strains on the bed sheet. Every appliance was either broken, crooked or had holes in it. The comforter had a hole in it. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out was super easy.
I came from Cali booked online when I got there to check in I was not impressed. Went to my room and walls were filthy light switches were black with dirt. The only reason I stayed was it was late. I checked bed that was brand new and so comfy so we overlooked the walls I used Clorox wipes to feel comfortable with using restroom or shower. Please get new shower curtains
Our stay here was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable, tv worked perfectly. We also had a fridge AND microwave. Also, it was super quiet, we sleep in the daytime and we were actually able to get some rest, not like other places, where everybody makes every kind of noise. Staff was friendly and very nice. Monami is the best experience that I've had in years. It was my first time trying a B and B, and was super lucky to come across this place. Breakfast is world class cuisine 12 stars out of 5 stars. She intentionally packed protein and carbs in our meal to give us fuel and energy for the day. Pat is a special lady and she has a special story that only she can tell, but you will have to find out for...
We spent two lovely nights in the La Vie En Rose Suite—quiet, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The room and bed were exceptionally comfortable, and the setting felt private and peaceful. Host Pat was gracious and engaging, and we truly enjoyed our conversations. A charming Tucson retreat...
