We had a fantastic stay at the Charlie! The property is lovely, the service is incredible and the location is fantastic. It’s like you are staying in a stylish friend’s home and they have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

The Charlie gets better every time we visit. Quiet spacious room with a garden right outside our door. Quiet location but convenient to everything and a friendly staff.

Everything about The Charlie is charming and upscale. Not an easy combination but they nailed it. They didn't skimp on the important things like sheets and pillows, a true sign they know what they're doing

We stayed at the Clark suite at the Charlie for 3 days during a long layover in LA. They were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage and car before checkin and after checkout, which was super helpful. Beautiful property and very comfortable accomodations. We were working remotely while we were there and there was plenty of room for us both to be on video calls. Great neighborhood, the Gelsons grocery was a quick 0.5 mile walk, and lots of restaurants nearby. First of all was a favorite. Would definitely stay again!

The Charlie was the perfect stay, located super close to lots of restaurants and nightlife in West Hollywood which was perfect for us! The place was perfect with everything you could need and the staff was attentive with checking in on our needs each morning! We will definitely be back!

This is now the second time that I have stayed at The Charlie Hotel this amazing enclave of villas and comfortable vacation living nestled away in the middle of West Hollywood. Each villa has its own name some are linked to Hollywood nostalgia others I believe or not but either way each room is warm and comfortably decorated and extremely expansive with a full service kitchen and usually upgraded bathroom showers and overall super clean environment. The office staff are marvelous they are resourceful and courteous and very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I don’t know if small size boutique hotels are in the running for five star status but as far as I’m concerned The Charlie Hotel checks in at this level for its unique High End plus Zen appeal . I try to get to LA to see friends family and do some fun stuff once a year or every other year and I can say for sure that now that I’ve found The Charlie Hotel there’s no place else that I’ll be looking to stay the next time I’m here!

This is our third time at the Charlie we normally stay in the Dylan this time we stayed in the ruth a 2 storey with private patio. Downstairs large lounge area and dining and fully equipped kitchen,toilet with washer/dryer which is great to have. Upstairs large bedroom and bathroom. The Charlie is located on a lovely residential street in between santa monica boulevard and melrose ave great for restaurants and my favourite gelsons supermarket. Parking is free if you book direct which is really good. Staff and housekeeping are really nice douglas checked us in and very kindly carried our really heavy cases up stairs. I would recommend staying here it’s very private and peaceful. We have already booked for next year.

Marilyn's cottage here is charming and cozy and the location is great. Right in the heart of West Hollywood and free parking (when you book through their website, at least when we stayed). It's close enough to plenty of restaurants to walk around if you want, and easy access to this whole part of town. The only negative is very temporary - as of April 2019, buildings are being built next door due to noise. But this was only during the day on weekdays. We had very quiet evenings and weekends.
