This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. Highly recommend!

Although the hotel is a bit old, it was built many years ago, giving it a very classic and sturdy feel. The heavy doors and old elevator really add to the atmosphere. It's very close to the Avenue of Stars, just a 5-minute walk. The only downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that parking costs $50 per day! But overall, it was a very good stay.

Great! The room was spacious. It's really close to Universal Studios and the surrounding area is very nice. Plus, it's a short walk to the Walk of Fame.

**Facilities:** Modern and newly renovated.
**Cleanliness:** Good, very clean.
**Environment:** Pleasant.

**Service:** Excellent, very good 👍

The location is decent, not too far from Hollywood Boulevard. However, the parking fee is a bit steep at $55 per night.

Great hotel really close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and saw lots of the stars! 10 minute walk to nearest metro station for quick access to Universal and plenty of buses nearby as well to take you anywhere in LA. Hotel was clean, good facilities in room, only problem was 1 lift broken for most of the stay but that can happen, just meant waiting for the other one for longer to the higher floor where our room was. Pool area was very nice to have although could only use it briefly. Overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Hollywood.

Bad service, no one bed room for couple even thought I booked before one month and arrived at the hotel at noon, no any sorry from them, just make you accept. Next day move to the room I booked but I forgot my facial cleanser, they said nothing from housekeeper.

The hotel is brand new, with an elegant ambiance and excellent service. It's easy to find and features good soundproofing. Its proximity to Universal Studios is a major convenience, and it's just 800 meters from the Avenue of Stars. A highly recommended choice.
