Great location right next to famous hotels & Comedy Clubs. Bus stop right in front which takes you down towards Hollywood. Nice big room. Front desk staff were very prompt & helpful.

3/6 My husband had an accident inside the hotel, his finger got jam from the lobby elevator. The two male reception thought my husband was joking and did not attend him straight away and helped him to get his fingers out from the elevator door and help me opening the elevator door. The door sensor did not work when we’re about to walk inside the elevator to back to our room. No first aid, they just sent a plastic of ice to our room. No compensation. 3/8 On our last day we left our bags in the hotel because our flight was in the evening. When we return at night to get our bags. The same male staff when we left in the afternoon did not remembered us at night when we return to get our bags and used the toilet. I asked where is the rest room and said to me the restroom is only the hotel guest which was still us.

The hotel's surroundings felt very safe, which was great. The breakfast was also included and delicious.

Our stay at the hotel was Fine. The hotel was being renovated during our stay, it was handled pretty well as the construction never bothered our sleep. The hotel is somewhat dated and you could smell it definitely needs the carpet changed but hopefully that will be addressed during the reno. All staff were very nice and helpful. The parking garages are very very small so If you drive a truck like I do be prepared to have a hard time parking.

The hotel is located in West Hollywood, the surrounding is quite safe, there is a No. 2 bus stop at the door, and it is very convenient to travel. You must first check in at the main entrance of the hotel. There is a temporary parking space at the door. After getting the room card, drive to the back door of the hotel. The height difference between the front and back roads is very large. After parking the car in the parking garage, you can swipe the room card to enter the hotel. There is an elevator to the guest room level. The hotel is very beautiful, with clusters of flowers and a beautiful swimming pool.

The location is very good. Since the floor is carpeted, it is difficult to clean, so I just run a vacuum cleaner. So there is a lot of dust that you can't see. Also, housekeeping is not provided continuously like other hotels. They only clean rooms that have requested housekeeping in advance, and I don't know when to request it. I asked the reception the night before and in the morning, but they didn't clean it. I don't know how it works. There is a strong smell when you turn on the air conditioner or heater, and the facilities are old, so you can hear a lot of creaking noises when you move in the upper room. I'm not sure if I will stay there again.

Skybar is a Los Angeles classic. It's a good scene and lovely view. It's popularity has waned a bit as of late, hence the four stars instead of five.

Very sleek and popular bar. You will often find a familiar face by the pool. They have a great selection of drinks with an appropriate high price tag. It can be a little hard to get in on the weekends so come dressed appropriately. The view is really the best part and what makes it stand out. It is just hard to beat even on the strip.

Good food. Got repeatedly insulted by a waiter who brought the wrong wine and couldn't stand being corrected. Haven't seen so rude service in an upscale place for a long time.

Great experience for a special event. With notice, they were able to accommodate some dietary restrictions, and even followed up with some questions. The meal itself was great and not knowing what was coming next added a fun element. We were also able to split one wine pairing between two of us, which was very accommodating of them. There wasn't a course we didn't love!

On the weekends it is hard getting a table. I recommend to always make a reservation.
They have outside sitting, inside bar and also a larger portion of the restaurant is actually in the back, where you can see the chefs.
Drinks are good, the food is delicious, although it takes a along time to come out to the table.... I think the Miso soup is a bit pricey.
Love this place. Chic, yummy and although the music is mellow, you will not get bored since it is easy meeting people here.

This restaurant is quite hip. The decor is very unique and the servers are very nice.
The portion of the food is not as big so be aware, but the wine selection is quite delicious. We've had a course of food and they were all yummy. Its location in West Hollywood precedes its reputation because you'll see a lot of dressed up people coming out for dinner at this spot. The food takes a bit to come out as well so expect to be here at least an hour.
