My son and I went to a Lakers game, so we planned to stay overnight. I booked the room a little over a month ago. The pictures didn't do the room any justice. The view was pretty good. There was plenty of room for 2 people. The service we did have was great. We will definitely be staying in the hotel anytime we are in the area.

I chose this hotel specifically to watch the NBA. The Crypto.com Arena is right across the street, so it felt very safe walking back after the games at night. The elevators were full of people wearing Lakers jerseys, which really added to the atmosphere. Great value for money too!

Location was good across from the crypto.com but the whole building and the room stunk very strongly. We only stayed one night and they had a mandatory charge of $35 for us “for the wifi, coffee and other things the hotel provided”. We didn’t use any of the coffee etc and had to pay that fee. I couldn’t believe it. We stayed at three different hotels the last week and none of them charged me that except this one and this hotel was by far the worst one. There wasn’t even a pool and hot tub like all the other hotels we were at this week.

This is the wrost hotel i have ever stayed No bottle water in the room no coffee no toothbrush nothing at all The bre is horribly bad i regret paying for breakfast in the hotel the. The receptionist is mannerless woman

Location: The hotel is in downtown Los Angeles, surrounded by a beautiful environment. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the BBQ at the Spanish hotel across the street is very nice.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean from top to bottom. Fresh food delivered every morning, room cleaned daily with cold fresh bottled water and mints. Everyone is so friendly. Valet parking (surprisingly) provided cold water every time they parked our car. Would stay here again, absolutely. The prices are very good! Plus, walking distance to everything.

It was a well-kept and elegant place. It is perfect for choosing dates and conducting other business. It was a great place to relax. It is also a great choice for wedding proposals. We have a great time here. You should be highly recommended in the industry. This is the best hotel in the region! Exceptional work!

This is a fantastic hotel for Clipper and Laker games. Fabulous outdoor bar for pre and post game drinks. Very convenient. I have parked here and stayed here for Clipper games for years! PERFECT location!

We love staying here whenever we go on holiday. It is the perfect location for us. Museums are nearby and everything we want to do is within walking distance. We will be back and recommending the hotel to my friends and family. We had another wonderful stay at this hotel! Thanks for the update!

Omg where to begin. Adrian Larson was HORRIBLE!! Horrible customer service. This was all just from the check in experience. How can a “manager” not solve a problem? Shouldn’t you have problem solving skills and be able to offer “mutual beneficial solutions”?
We arrived at the hotel and he told us our room was ready but that it would be over a live DJ until 11:00 PM. Unacceptable! We left and booked with the Moxy, much better hotel and we had a view from the 33RD floor which Adrian put us on the 3rd floor. Ha what a joke!
The parking is $60 for valet, what a rip off. Self parking is not an option
I would not recommend, save your money and spend it where it’s valued!

Crowded, Overpriced, and Hot! I visited this place on December 30 2017 for a Sonora Dinamita show. It was my first time visiting and frankly did not enjoy my visit. Luckily Sonora Dinamita made me ignore the fact that they crowd people into a tiny space, that they ration their alcohol, and that they decide to act like a high class establishment with poor service.

Just came back to visit and got a vip. The managers are great and the staff is lovely. I love this place because it's so classy, beautiful, clean, just gorgeous. The Conga Room are super affordable and this is my go to spot when I go to CA . Can't wait to return.

Then security at this place sucks balls. Doors were wide open, invited all of us in, got half way up the stairs and they tell every one to stand outside the door cause that aren't open and can have us in there. Then they come back in a few minutes and push everyone back out into the open area saying we can't be that close. I got the distinct impression they were only interested in flexing muscle rather than welcoming a large private party. Pretty bad for a private event. Had no clue what they were doing or when they were doing it.

I came from far away to enjoy music and they dont let me in becos i had tenis shoes so we drive to Stevens stake house and then we had a awesome time. Staff was super nice and tenis are welcome.

They mislead you in the menu food descriptions. The best thing to order is the fried bread and a side of avocado - smear it on the bread, it is great!!!
The Tortilla soup is more like chicken chili - okay if you want beanless chicken chili but NOT okay if you want Tortilla soup!
The apple pie was dry and tasteless with their weird gooey ice cream (not refreshing). It was so dry that it absorbed the ice cream and literally you would never know it had ice cream on it (not cold or refreshing).
The waiter was fantastic though!!!

Recently I found myself talking to a group of Chefs. We talked about how we wish we could turn off our Chef brain when we go out to eat so that we could sit and enjoy our meal without picking apart everything from the service to the food.
When I come to Wolfgang Puck's Bar and Grill, I can truly sit and enjoy. The managers like Lauren are not just active but pro active and responsive. The wait staff is quick, friendly, and very attentive without crowding.
As for the food, we ordered the crispy fried Calamari with gremolata aioli and it vanished! It was perfectly fried and seasoned (I have had bad calamari before). The aioli that came with it meshed well to enhance its great flavor. My wife ordered the Almond crusted salmon with potato puree and port red wine sauce. It was cooked just right, hot and flaky. I ordered the grilled prime sirloin burger with Maytag bleu cheese, smoked bacon, garlic sauce with a red onion marmalade. I loved it! The bleu cheese gave it the perfect punch. My only complaint is that after all the effort put into the burger and fries, that I was given ketchup. I am not one of those people who enjoy ketchup or A1 sauce. I was hoping for a roasted garlic aioli, maybe wasabi, or maybe even a bourbon barbecue sauce. Hell, why not a bacon or duck fat ketchup? Just something more. I used a side of the gremolata aioli that came with the Calamari which worked great.
For dessert, we shared the apple and toasted almond crumble pie. I was pleasantly surprised to find the vanilla ice cream on the side. I am well aware that a la mode means with ice cream but it tends to ruin the crust.
All in all, I am going to keep coming back, and no amount of bad reviews will keep me from enjoying my visits here!!!!

Very good food and very good service. My brother's steak was not cooked properly and they graciously fired up another and gave him a free appetizer while he waited.

Good food a little pricey. Great service. Sit on the patio it's a great place to people watch if you are in to that. Very interesting people walking around downtown Los Angeles.

Despite being busy due to a nearby hockey game at the staples arena, the service was quick. The beer and appertisers were good.
