Clean hotel, courteous staff, easy parking, the only downside, I was looking forward to visiting the rooftop, but it was closed.

Location was convenient for our stay - plenty of good food within walking distance, staff was very accommodating (early check in, extra towels), facility offers a nice option above chain hotels nearby, without the pricing of luxury hotels.
Room was clean, quiet, and just what we needed. It does look like the outside deck area upstairs is under construction, and we didn’t visit what appeared to be a small lounge on the 1st floor. The coffee and ice water in the downstairs vestibule was a thoughtful bonus.
All in all a good visit - would stay there again.

Room was quite gross (walls had liquid looking marks) and outside area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. AC through an external unit. No water or snacks for purchase available in room. Staff at front desk was accommodating! Bad options for food and drinks around area.

Staff was not friendly at all. I knew the rooftop was not going to be open but the restaurant was also not opened. We just got 1 bottle of wine for the time we were there. Room was cleaned and efficient. The hotel is in a not so good part of LA. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

Nice, clean hotel! My room didn’t have any hidden passages! Reception was cool, calm and collected. I could hear everyone moaning at night and the cars in the road but other than that as a solo female traveller this was a good option!

The room was a bit banged up. The toilet handle was broken. The plumbing gurgled all night. Walls seem paper thin as I could hear everything happening all around. Door has large gap at the bottom to the main hallway wich allows noise to travel in as well as a potential security risk. The saving grace was that the bed was decent, but that didnt help due to the noise. I see why they give complimentary ear plugs, but you might need overear headphones to truly cancel out the noises. Also, a surprise $35 parking fee. Not recommended for a restful stay.

The shower water did not get hot enough as well as the bar that we assumed was open due to the pictures was not in operation which they said nothing about.

Nice place - good location - between sunset ***** and Hollywood blvd - if you don’t mind walking a bit . Close to Runyon Canyon - great hike up with view of Hollywood hills and sign

You’re surrounded by touristy areas so that’s great! Overnight staff is very friendly. Wish the afternoon staff was a bit more welcoming but overall great experience. Very clean

Staff was great, but room was less than ideal. Thin walls and the glass door and wall around shower made some family members uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work very well either. Loud neighbors.
