Everything was good except you have to pay $58 daily for parking, which is insane. Also, they charge you another $60 per night as “amenity fee” which is also outrageous.

Excellent place to stay in for our family. Big change compared to Hollywood LA for the better! Only thing is the shower, low water pressure and a bit confusing to navigate for our simple folks.

The old man who cleaned the house had a very bad attitude. The hotel is generally OK. I don't know why the hotel here is so messy and the fees are quite high. I don't quite understand it. I took some photos of the scenery from the room and the scenery downstairs.

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a Starbucks downstairs and the Midway aircraft carrier is opposite. The service is super good, especially the lady serving breakfast!

The room is really average. The Intercontinental level in American tourist cities is really far behind. The hardware is only at the level of three or four stars in China. The location is good, close to the coastal port.
Parking is free and it is very convenient to park by yourself.

We stayed for 7 days, the room was fine, but the waiter was a bit careless and threw away the Legoland shopping bag with the things inside. The sink was blocked, but everything else was fine.

The location is very convenient, right by the sea and very close to the check-in point. It seems that if you drive there, you don't need to pay for parking in the hotel's underground parking lot when you leave.

The shower faucet was broken, the bed sheets were stained with blood, no one answered the room service phone, a very bad stay experience

The hotel itself was awesome! Staff was awesome! Rooms were beautiful and clean! I’m only giving it a 4 star because of the beds. I was so uncomfortable all 3 nights. Our room needed a new mattress and the pillows were terrible on my neck. Hotels need better pillows in general but this hotel room needed a whole new bed.

This hotel does not care about health or safety! We booked a trip for September 17th-21st, unfortunately the day before the stay my pregnant wife tested positive for Covid. We obviously were not going to stay there as we did not want to get anyone sick and spread a deadly disease.

The contacted the hotel and asked if we could receive a refund or even credit for future use it took them 10 days to deny the request. They must want sick people to go to their hotel and get the guests and employees sick there.

Unreal that a disease that is deadly doesn’t allow you to get refunds. Unacceptable.

Edit: The hotel is trying to say we received credit which is not true we have not received nothing from the hotel, it is a pity comment to make themselves look better. We even paid for a covid test result to show them we are not lying. Unbelievable.

Love the bone in filet. I think this might be one of the few places that offers this option. I also purchased the tomahawk steak listed in the photo. Located in little italy right next to the harbor

Great place i enjoyed the happy hour and. This is a must stop for those looking for a great quality service and meal. I myself had the stake sandwich with fries and a nola mule they where both great for desert i was in debate with the choices so i decided to go with the cheesecake. Omg the best cheesecake ever....

My meal was underwhelming. The menu has lots of tasty looking options. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful. The interior was showing its age but it is a nice looking place. Steak was alright but did not live up to what I had heard about this place. It didn't seem particularly unique or inventive, but solid steakhouse fare. They had a wine pairing menu special which was a good value and the options were tasty. It is pricey.
