Great stay We had a great stay!! The bathroom counter space was the only issue we had. We found it difficult to place our toiletries and my wife's make up around the sink without having to remove items.

Friendly and helpful staff! Great location!! Everything is waking distance and it's a great area.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Every hotel near the Padre stadium charges a parking fee this hotel was the cheapest valet parking and nice hotel around. The walk to the stadium was very close.

Room was spottless but the customer service was extraordinarily. Especially from the worker that was working overnight on the morning on 11/2/25. Trully a tremendous job from her.

The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. It was very close to the convention center, making transportation convenient. Water needed to be collected from downstairs; two bottles were provided daily

Little Italy is one block away. No staff during off time but with the cleaelr instrctions they emailed you it's easy to find your way to everything: gate code, keys, wifi password, etc

So beware of what type of room you book as this is a restored house and not every room has its own bathroom. We liked it so much that we decided to stay here every year for our anniversary

The house itself is old and gives a very antique feel but the rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. The lack of parking is a bit frustrating but expected for the area

I chose this hotel for my wedding night and accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom. The wonderful woman who checked us in switched our room and took such great care of us

The staff at Quality inn were very courteous. The front desk clerk, Darryl was helpful and eager to help. I paid $65 dollars on memorial day weekend, and for that kind of money, this place surpassed my expectations

The reviews on here seem to be a bit unfair. Great service for the amount of money you have to dish out. There appears to be a partnership between this hotel and the Quality Inn next to it

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, which is inconvenient for self-driving people, because every time they go out and call them to drive over, they have to give a tip (it is customary here that the tip is not asked by the waiter)

Excellent experience at breakfast with Donna serving us. Iniego also helped me with coffee one day and refilled the milk another day, even though it was just at closing time. Felipe was also a very kind cook

The room size is very suitable for our family of four One room, one living room, the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. It is within walking distance from the aircraft carrier. I found a restaurant near the hotel

We booked through Expedia and selected a King Corner Suite. We had a wonderful view of the Harbor and will miss waking up to that in the am. Room was very spacious and clean

Free Street parking not too far away! Breakfast food quality was definitely better than expectation. Lydia from the cafeteria was so kind to my toddler aged daughters. Seriously unbeatable service!

The location was convenient, within walking distance of the trolley station and a short Uber ride from the airport, but the security situation may be a little bad (if you're used to traveling abroad, it won't be a problem)

Motel with good structure, price x benefit is worth it

I booked it because it had a bathtub, but I had to ask the front desk for a plug, and there were days when they didn't have enough to lend me one. Also, the photo shows a pool, but there was nothing there

2 blocks away from the harbor and 1 block away from little Italy. I highly recommend Urban Boutique!

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the free Crumbl cookie vouchers were a nice bonus to the trip! There is a $100 deposit when you check in, and unfortunately the refund may take a while to be processed (longer than other hotels I've noticed)

Very close to the restaurants and a walkable distance to bus and trolley stations. Did not seem to have room service included but it didn't bother me as I was only there for a short stay

I locked myself out of my room by accident and someone let me back into my room at midnight. I became friends with my roommates who are now travel buddies. Met lovely people in the kitchen during breakfast hours

I find the location very convenient to walk every where I want to go, and easy access to get transportation from it. unfortunately it gets very loud in the middle of the night and early morning...

It is in a nice neighbourhood, lots of bars and party laces, close to many public transport stations. Would definately reccommend staying here

Best hostel.. nice bathroom with music, very organized, clean, looks renovated, locker with charger inside, nice bed with charger, nice lounge, good staff, good breakfast ( coffee, juice, cream cheese, 3 types of bagel)

Great little hostel with a lot of character! The staff here are super helpful and friendly. Charging points inside the lockers are awesome! It's a great, central location but easy to miss as you walk past

Quaint hostel sandwiched between two bars in the heart of the Gaslamp District. Had plenty of rooms, space, and accommodations. Even had daily events for guests to enjoy. Would stay here again

Amazing hostel and very nice staff. The place is very beautiful and trendy. Breakfast is way better then in most Hostels. We got fresh OJ, bagels, croissants, cereals, fresh coffee and milk
