Filthy, roach infested, the elevator don't work all the time. Vagrants sleeping on the stairs and in the courtyard. Dogs poop all over the grounds. Neighbors are at liberty to go to Cynthia Hernandez of mgmnt and fabricate stories/lies. She shouts on the phone to you and if you don't address it quickly it will go south faster than your next breath. Disgustingly unable to understand it all.

I have been staying there whenever I come to San Diego. Very quiet. Close to downtown. Close to Hospitals. Great Staff. Very accommodating. Clean Rooms. Helpful.

The reviews on here seem to be a bit unfair. Great service for the amount of money you have to dish out. There appears to be a partnership between this hotel and the Quality Inn next to it. The staff at Quality inn were very courteous. The front desk clerk, Darryl was helpful and eager to help. I paid $65 dollars on memorial day weekend, and for that kind of money, this place surpassed my expectations.

1 star is too many stars. As entertaining as this feed is, i must be serious when i say that i am a rational, down to earth person, who has lived in squaller. ...I do not say this lightly; Please stay safe and do not stay here.
If not for the refund, it would have completely ruined our trip to san diego.
Its only an extra 40 bucks per night for somewhere else.

Customer service is horrible! The rooms are non- functional. Front desk tells you to get your own toilet paper & soap! And if anything in your room needs fixing, they just charge you for damaging it instead of doing necessary repairs.

Layed back. Doesn't look too impressive but it's clean the people are great. The building will be closing soon along with the quality inn to provide housing for homeless veterans. I would refer this place if still avail

I have stayed here many times. Google could link these reviews together and it will tell the story of a small roomed, decent price for the area, helpful staff with a good complimentary breakfast. Nothing notable has come about, which is a good thing.
