2 king beds, a big screen TV, full sized closet, very clean bathroom, and a full kitchenette! Sure the walls have some scuff marks, the door sticks a bit, and the AC is a bit on the loud side, but all in all you're getting a fantastic set of amenities in an beachfront area surrounded by all you could need for the price of a roach coach

Accommodations on par with a much higher priced hotel

In my opinion this place is a hidden gem

New owners refurbishing an older motel. Room clean, everything works, bed fine. Close to beach, food and entertainment

I was just here to get on a cruise ship in the morning! But the room was so spacious the pool right outside my door made for the most awesome morning swim The shirt walk to the water and cool bars was great The room was soooooo spacious for one person I would stay here again It was a little expensive for spring break weekend but that makes sense

They have wonderful staff and are very helpful… let you know about the area and all of the different pools, and hot tubs!! Enjoyed the hot tub while there!

Booked this hotel late as a 1 night stop-over before getting on a cruise the next day after being let down by our previous accommodation and wished we'd found it first time round! Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was massive and spotless with a comfortable seating area and a kitchen area

This is my second time staying there, staff members are helpful and accommodating. Nicholas gladly switched our room due to my sister's disability. The entire space is spacious and great for the family.

Perfect! There is a kitchen with a full sized fridge and eating area, sitting area with couch and tv. Property is well maintained and spotless. Parking was easy and cheap in comparison to many other places

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Area is packed with options for coffee, dining etc. Beach is literally 4 - 5 min walk max. We will definitely stay here again if in the area

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The outdoor pool is a great bonus, the gym though small has everything you need, and free breakfast is always a plus

I did have a small issue with my room, and this is where the service truly stood out. Jackie said she would come up personally with new keys for a different room and she did exactly that, in less than five minutes

It brightened up our little girl’s world so much and really made a HUGE impression on her! Shoutout to JACKIE AND DANNY AND TEAM for being the absolute best hands down we have ever had in terms of service

She came right up and handed me the new keys herself. That level of responsiveness and care is rare and greatly appreciated. My room also has a large maybe 55” or 60” TV which is very rare for a hotel

As a Hilton Gold member, I really appreciated the extra attention to detail. Jackie even sent me a pleasant text shortly after check-in asking if I needed anything, which was a nice personal touch

The location and hospitality at High Noon cannot be beat. The property is so well maintained with beautiful landscape. The rooms are so clean and the maid service is wonderful. I will come again and again ! Jennifer

We’ve been coming here for many years and our most recent visit was disrupted by other guests playing amplified music very loudly at the pool

In previous years I stayed at another resort in FTL that had my heart, but I’ve had a change in heart. This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed

The rooms, the beach, the pools, the layout of the resort, the parking, the people we met, the friendly staff, Sophie the cat, the adorable location - just everything was so perfect

Pool was clean and the lounge chairs were VERY comfy! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and your room has 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella

Mostly spanish speaking but it was easy. Could have been more breakfast options. But the waffles and egg and sausage was freshly made every morning with other ready to go options like bagel and yougurt

Beautiful room. City view was stunning in the evening. Plenty of towels and room was very clean. Check in was a breeze. I was pleased with everything.

The property is nice, the suite was very comfortable. What I did not like was the rentals at the beach. I think they should be " no cost" for the guests. Not to mention our umbrella had a big hole on it

The guy who checked us in forgot to give us the CODE to get into the room, and here we are at the 7th floor with all our bags, trying to figure out how to get into the room

Cleaning consisted of making beds. The pool was dirty, the pool grounds were dirty. The food was good and expensive. The staff were so so, no one provided a wow experience

As such, it's an extra-friendly and very comfortable place, and it's only a block from the ocean and lots of restaurants. Publix and the Galleria Mall are in easy walking distance

This hotel is everything I wanted in a beach getaway. It was 3 blocks from the beach, so close enough for me to walk to the beach whenever I felt like it, but not a lot of foot traffic from the beach

And the staff was friendly and helpful, I arrived about an hour earlier than check-in and they were accommodating. I will definitely use this hotel every time I go to Fort Lauderdale

There are two swimming pools on-site, great for families with kids. There is a BBQ, bicycles, beach toys, on-site parking, you name it. The rooms have a mini kitchen. The staff is great, excellent customer service

If you want close to beach and also have pools you will enjoy this location. We could walk to restaurant/ bars and shops very close. They do have a little shuttle if you can’t walk or are going farther

The resort is within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to Wilton Manors. This was our fifth time at the Grand Resort and Spa. Our group of 13 friends had a great time and will definitely be back

One of them was completely broken. The other was not functioning well. Every single day they ran out of towels at the pool. They were not replaced very quickly. It seems they don’t have enough towels for their customers

This is a great find in Fort Lauderdale. Easy walk to the Bonnet House, a top attraction in Fort Lauderdale, and to many great restaurants and the beach. The rooms aren't flashy but they are comfortable and clean

Maggie at the front desk was lovely and really ensured we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make us (as Canadians) feel welcomed

The service is wonderful and the price is right. It's also a short ride to Port Everglades to catch a cruise
