My family and I have been coming to the windjammer for decades. The area has grown and become more popular but staying here has always felt like a home away from home. It's always clean, everyone here is friendly, and even bringing our young children feels safe and fun. Everything you need or want is close and there is so much to do. We love it here.

While I cannot personally speak to the adequacy of their accommodations, I can testify to other elements. There is little to no supervision of guests who frequently cause problems for others... from leaving trash around to blow onto the beach & nearby properties; to loud, drunken guests who have no respect for LBTS noise ordinances or condo owners living nearby. And unattended children/teenagers are frequently an issue. This is El Mar Drive, not the hood. Allowing beach umbrellas to be used as clotheslines is next level trashy. Do better Windjammer Resort & Beach Club. Have some pride & demonstrate professionalism. Please.

On coral reef for snorkeling and scuba. 2 blocks from dining, bars and shops. Fun place to experience Lauderdale by the Sea. Not 5 star. Great updated facility.

Location, location, location! South Florida Beauty at its best. Always something fun to do nearby. Make sure you check out the beautiful new mural! you will not forget your fantastic stay at The Windjammer.

Location location location! You are pretty much there on the beach, a very short walk. Less than 100 feet. You are also within walking distance to lauderdale by the sea, which has a wide variety of excellent restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Literally, less than a 5 minute walk to all these places. There are two swimming pools on-site, great for families with kids. There is a BBQ, bicycles, beach toys, on-site parking, you name it. The rooms have a mini kitchen. The staff is great, excellent customer service. We would definitely go back.

Right on the beach. Very clean apartment with lots of kitchen items and comfy bed. nice towels. 2 x pools and lovely staff

This place is amazing! Everyone is friendly, the service is excellent! Our suite was perfect and we were welcomed with a smile and a wonderful welcome basket! The view is amazing! We can't wait to visit again!

We stopped overnight before our cruise. Very clean and kind staff. They knew we were celebrating our 25th anniversary and gave is a card! Very comfortable bed...equal to higher end chains. It is fated, but perfect done. 2 pools and you cannot beat being on the beach. They have bins of beach chairs and other items for free use! Highly recommend!

I loved the Windjammer, I can't wait to stay here again! Our room had a kitchen and fridge, which was a lifesaver with our 2 year old. We also had a view of the ocean through the kitchen window and sliding door which was amazing, especially at night because we would crack the window and listen to the ocean. The Windjammer was only a few minutes walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants. It's also right on the beach. The hotel provided an umbrella, chairs, and towels for beach days.
I loved this place; it's cozy, unique, and laid back. The staff was kind and helpful. Next trip to Florida we'll make sure to stay a few nights at the Windjammer!

Great Italian food, excellent atmosphere, and superior service! Came in for the first time on a lunch hour and was shocked that this place was empty. Paul served up exceptional service. Had some of the most delicious chicken fettuccine alfredo I've ever had. The garlic knots- eater beware- do pack a punch on garlic. Bottom line: if you want great Italian and dining experience- I highly recommend PA D's!

Food is great! Our server Ralph was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 11 and he took great care of us. We wanted to eat here all week! I would definitely recommend!

Good service good price excellent food the only bad thing was the attitude the server gave me when I did not have enough to tip. As I'm leaving with my party this elderly server confronts us in the parking lot and asks why I didn't tip him we ignored him and went about our way. I came back the next week with my party we are greeted by the elderly server he spoke to us in a sarcastic rude tone and did not take our order. The rest of the staff are nice its just this one individual that is rude.

PA'D's does it right! GREAT food, SERVICE, and atmosphere. One of my very FAVORITE weekly spots ?!!! My boyfriend craves the Stromboli all week long. ???

Nice beach bar and restaurant. Unique layout with great views of the beach. Nice selection of alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks. Food was not a good value with small portions and questionable quality. The burger - small and fatty - did not come with fries but instead a small bag of chips. Staff were friendly enough but not attentive. It was cash only but still, grudgingly, accommodated a credit card.

Tourist trap!!! Run! Run! Run! Terrible! Organic? Not even close! Scammers! Beach burger came with saggy greasy fries. You wouldn't believe it but they charge separately for cheese in your burger. Sungria didn't taste neither looked like sungria and didn't have any trace of chopped fruit. Horrible taste of the cheapest wine or something indescribable. Salad was nothing but a pile of lettuce, far away from organic either, with a couple of pieces of tomatoes and cucumbers. The waitress raised her eyebrows really really high when I asked for olives. To make it a real salad with chicken or shrimp they will charge you 7 bucks more on the top of 12 bucks pile of llettuce. Scammers indeed. We were very patient waiting forever for more napkins and water without ice that never came. Spending for almost $60 for beach burger, salad and a glass of so called sangria, we left deeply disgusted with a service, food and dirtiness. Never again.

Great location and view...and that’s where it ended! Came up on google maps as vegan options so went there to try.. menu was not vegan friendly. Server looked like and sounded like he just woke up and barely said hi. Found two things to order and came out in less than 5 mins. Way too fast if it was prepped to order.. had to ask for silverware. Just not the experience I was hoping for. Left there still hungry and went to another place five mins north to eat and it was awesome! Def won’t be back for the food lol

The one star is about three too many. This place is a tourist trap. $7 bottle of beer. Super slow service. And get this... CASH only! (But feel free to use their ATM machine). Trust me, don’t waste your time or money here.

Great burgers especially if you are not on a budget. Onion rings are outrageous. Nice that you are not limited to soda for your beverage.

Very good food, very clean facility and very friendly staff. I had the Ceo burger and it was great. The large fry was just that, large. My husband and I ordered one to share and out was more than enough. Patty, our cashier was friendly. Would definitely come back

A family friendly place to eat! The burgers are delicious and so nicely prepared. Fries were nice too. The drinks fresh never a stale moment. Plus I had my doggy join me & my gf on the outside eating area, and right by the beach! highly recommended.

Worst customer service this place is so dirty and I ordered two orders of fish tacos for me and my wife this lady put 4 pieces of fries and she said thats all you get would never ever come back to this place tables were also dirty. "disgusting "

Very good food. Reasonably priced. On a nice day, it's best to eat outside. Otherwise, take out is a good option too.

I absolutely love this place. Been eating here for years now, the service is not the friendlies but that is because they are usually very busy. The place is cozy and they also have outside tables. The food is delicious my all time favorite is the falafel burger and the baklava.

Something wrong in the kitchen tonight?...how difficult could be to get a burger grilled right?...I asked for medium I got it rear...returned to the kitchen and back medium rear??? Is just a burger right? Then I said no pickles...no pickles...and a huge juicy pickle in my dish...soaking the bread...I said no much attention at all...and not in a bussy night...to be correct, the bartender just removed from my bill...but still...not pleasant visit tonight...

Been coming here for years. The food is consistently good. Not a huge menu, but daily specials add to the variety of goodness. Great atmosphere, very comfortable and right next to the beach.

Nice restaurant in heart of L-B-T-S. Visited twice during our vacation. 1st visit really good. 2nd visit not so good. Messed up the order and food not overly warm. No real apology. Rating based on 1st visit.
