Our 2nd stay here. Great location/safe area on the boardwalk, a short walk to entertainment/food/bars. Staff is fantastic and quick when you ask for additional items. They were quick to respond to check-in questions. Clean rooms and outside is maintained well. Dolphin offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation at a very reasonable rate. Will be back next year.

While some units have been remodeled, others needed to be badly! We were in unit 5, and it was the worst shower I've ever used. However - the location of the Dolphin and the hotel and staff itself were great. I will stay there again, but will be sure to request an updated room.

Older motel but one filled with character. The best feature was it was extremely close to the beach but without the noise. Rooms were a bit minimalist but everything was tidy and clean with some effort being made to modernize the bathroom. Eds were comfortable. It was our 3rd trip back to this hotel. Good value in a good location.

Susan was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, and just a pleasure all-around! The location of the property is perfect for access to Hollywood Beach. The room we stayed in was good and affordable.

The proximity to the beach was EVERYTHING. It is a little run down, but it felt clean and comfortable, and I loved that I could do my laundry ($2 in quarters to run the dryer). The office staff was wonderful!

I loved everything about the property. It was close to the beach/walking distance. near shops, restaurants, and 10 min Uber ride to Walmart.

Front desk people rude , and intentionally difficult. Attitude like they are doing me a favor . I am spending my money in their establishment and some basic courtesy and decent people is not too much to ask. All 3 should be fired.

Very good experience! The reception was super nice, and the room was huge for this price. The location is just perfect — you’re literally living right on the ocean. What could be better? 🌊✨

Was not expecting a hidden daily resort fee which was not, and still is not informed anywhere else.

Very noisy. Nice staff. No chance to get breakfast or check out (breakfast was served very late desks opens very late and we had to leave for the airport).

It was a cozy room. A short walk to the beach. I was very comfortable there.

In short, a normal place 300 steps to the ocean

Staff friendly. Room was ok. For the price point all was good. Couple of minor issues in bathroom with fixtures, but nothing deal breaking. AC worked well. Beds fairly comfortable. Good one night stay prior to cruise ship departure.

Everything was normal, what I didn't like was that they charged me money, that is, $100 as a deposit, money that they never returned to me, and I think that is disrespectful to the customers. Thank you.

Cruise trip The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Flight arrived early and they allowed us to store luggage while we enjoyed the beach until our room was available.

We loved this hotel and the room we got could fit a family of almost 8, which was completely unexpected. Love the beach towels and chairs they offer. I don’t know, it just had a nice feel to it and the little things stand out…like cold water for guests waiting in the lobby and an outdoor shower to rinse off after going to the beach. The room and beds were cozy.

Property was clean and comfy . Small breakfast launch but clean and food was good and fresh . Unfortunately property has some guess very noisy that last almost all night talking , screaming and and loudly yelling outside the room . Staff took a while to correct town

Awful front desk service Had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in when we arrived and the shower had very low water pressure!

The last night of my business trip in the United States. The hotel was clean and the air conditioning was good. However, the front desk clearly posted a notice saying that there was an airport drop-off service. When I asked the front desk, they just casually told me that there was no such service and didn't say why.

This hotel stay has been wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, comfy, cozy, and spacious. The upgrade to the hotel from my last stay has been a complete 180. Really really nice and those beds OMG like sleeping on a cloud, best sleep I've had in a long time. I want to give a special thank you to Miss Sara and Maritza for being so welcoming. The entire staff has been great, they have met all our needs...

My interaction with all employees was always with a smile and very helpful. It was a real pleasure. They went over and above to make us myself feel welcomed and comfortable. Over all extremely well run Hotel. ! Keep up the great work!!

So busy checking in but Elicia and Ausha couldn’t be more efficient and helpful. Great stop before cruise, nice rooms. We will be back.

Very nice room, which was an upgrade kindly offered because we arrived early and our booked room was still being prepared. Staff was very efficient and polite throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had plenty of healthy choices and delicious options. We stayed only for one night prior to a cruise. Definitely would recommend.

2nd time staying here for a pre-cruise overnight. Clean, spacious rooms and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to the port. The young lady at check-in was very professional and recognized my Hilton Elite status and offered me 2 bottles of water. It was busy and I appreciated her doing this during Avery efficient checkin.

Very poorly designed hotel. Breakfast buffet area is impassable when there are more than 5-6 people there. In rooms, toilet area is cruise ship tight with sharp edged vanity at right elbow height and TP roll tight at left elbow height. The hand towel rack was also poorly placed right in front of sink where you’d stand right after coming out of shower (your junk winds up touching it). Finally, weird...

We stayed here the night before our flight back home. It was clean and looked newly renovated. Great location if you want to be close to the FLL. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not necessarily stay here for the main part of vacation, but as a stop off, airport hotel or business it's great.

Stayed here before an early flight on FRIDAY. The room was nice, clean and had nice view of the area. We left too early to tell you about breakfast but the staff was very nice. Plenty of restaurants in the area and very quiet. King size bed was comfy.

All was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Big thanks for upgrading my suite to accommodate my mobile impaired mom, so she didn’t have to walk up to second floor level. Thanks again!

Everything about May Dee Suites is great, I’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s highly recommended. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The room was very clean and had a pleasant smell upon arrival. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and i would absolutely stay here again

Property was nice and quiet .. staff was amazing with their professionalism as well as response time to inquiries.. out of a bad travel weekend .. May Dee Suites made me want to stay longer. Thank you. The room is like a little apartment that was very cozy.

As much road noise as you care to tolerate, but it’s worth it for the convenience of your own apartment and a friendly front desk.

The suite with a living room has everything except a washing machine and dryer, such as a refrigerator and microwave, which makes you feel like you are living at home. We checked in too late and the front desk was off work, but we could still make an appointment for self-service check-in in advance, which was quite convenient.

Great, old Florida motel Fairly priced, friendly service, with modest , quaint, and clean accommodations.

The room was very nice, big enough for two people with a queen size bed. Ac blew cold. Water was hot. Everything was clean. Staff and owners were so nice!! The pool works and is impressive for its small area.

We stayed at the Shell motel for one night, it was clean and tidy, especially Peter there was very responsible and a gentleman. It had a friendly atmosphere.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was perfect, very clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to everything. I highly recommend it 100%!

Clean, safe room and great outdoor space. Pool is so close and beautiful, but is on a main road which is pretty noisy. I would bring extra towels next time.

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

Friendly stuff, the location is awesome, the room was ok but Not well soundproofed, I could hear the next room and bellow room conversation and music… hopefully they stopped at midnight!

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. I have stayed here 2 times now, and every visit has been great! Very nice place to stay, close to airport and cruise terminal

It was amazing everyone was nice the rooms are descent and the beach is nearby and there are different restaurants in the area

The queen sized bed is so comfortable and the shower is my favorite. Steven was most helpful with whatever I needed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Green Seas Motel and the nice gentleman that works there Steven is the best at solving problems. Like the accent as well!

Old furniture, bugs in the room, no a/c on upon arrival, men at check in are not nice. I didn’t like that they accept cash only for deposit

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Sinclair was excellent. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend to my family and friends anytime, the owners are very friendly, and make sure the place is kept very clean inside and out, they offered pineapple, beach chairs, free bikes, and many extras included in our stay.
