Very nice for a quick stay. Right near beach, food ans entertainment. No frills, but has everything you need. Parking is available, but it's on-street, so it can be tricky.

Can’t say enough about this place. Old Florida hotel vibe with very clean rooms and Luis is VERY accommodating and always makes sure I’m taken care of.
I travel to Sth Fla for business every 3 weeks and I finally found a hotel I feel safe at that is not trying to rip me off and is 20 mins to Miami.
Free Parking is right outside your door (for most rooms) bikes and grills are also included. Nice to see there’s some good ppl out there still. Approx 40 steps to boardwalk and Hotel is close to live music nightly at the courtyard by the park, also nice and safe to run on boardwalk in the morning. Highly recommend!

Staying here was a pleasant experience. It's not right on the boardwalk but only one building away and very close to the main area of the boardwalk with all of the restaurants and shops. Only some rooms have a direct view of the ocean, through other buildings, but that wasn't important to us. The owner runs the day-to-day operations himself and greeted us in the office when we arrived. He was very friendly and accommodating. We got off of a ship that morning and he had a room prepared early for us, around 11am, so we and another couple could leave our bags and hit the boardwalk while the second room was being cleaned. He also printed out some maps for us and gave us a rundown of the area. Rooms were clean. Bathroom a bit dated, but clean and well stocked. Safe, microwave, frig w/ freezer provided in our rooms. I guess some have kitchens too. TVs have only standard definition service. They offer free use of bikes and will carry lounge chairs and umbrellas to the beach for you. Our room shared a wall with the office and we were woken up a few times in the morning but we're the type who like to sleep in so what can ya do. We were able to place our bags in the office upon checkout so we could go to the boardwalk for breakfast/lunch before heading to the airport. The owner had a taxi waiting for us when we returned. I would highly recommend this place for someone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay before or after a cruise, or even for a longer stay if you don't require fancy accommodations with a view.

In love with this place. Location is great - close to most of restaurants. It doesn't have THE view, little away from the boardwalk, that makes it a perfect quite place. Service is great!! The owner was very friendly and easy going. Alejandro helped us to place beachbeds and umbrella (that are free) on the beach, took care of towels. This place is ideal for people who like to be outside most of the time and enjoy the peaceful quite and cozy atmospheres in the evening.

LOVE this place! From location, staff, parking, ALL the things you need for a beach get away. Felt right at home settling in and hated packing to leave! We live in SWFL, try to get over quarterly for a get away. May be coming more after finding Villa Europa!!
