We checked in on 7/26/25 and were in the room for less than an hour before frantically packing up and leaving. There were multiple bed bugs in the headboard of the bed. See pictures. We went to the front desk to let him know of the situation and I asked for a refund. He told me only the manager could issue a refund and I would receive an email from them. I still have not received any communication from them, and the charge went through on my card. DO NOT STAY HERE. In addition to the infestation of bed bugs, the building is just outdated and the room was dirty. The TV also did not work.
Had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in when we arrived and the shower had very low water pressure!
Just driving by the property I then refused to go in. Looks like a mess, not kept up with. Didn’t seem safe. I booked a different hotel and quality wouldn’t do anything about even a partial refund.
