Great location close to the parks with a shuttle. Only problem was the 9:11AM shuttle was full when we tried to book it. Try to book in advance.

The hotel was beautiful. We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. It was gorgeous. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.

Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs. It was awesome.

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

The room is beautiful and luxurious, the location is good, the environment is comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The bathtub is super big and super comfy. It's just a shame there's no buffet breakfast, and the hotel bar closed early due to lack of business, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel features an outdoor communal pool and boasts beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of dining options. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, each featuring a business area and bathrooms with separate wet and dry zones. It provides exceptional value for money. SUPER LUXE HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

12 years ago last stay at the hotel it was nice seeing that Steve the parrot man was still there. Overall very nice and helpfull hotel staff.

Went here the same day we checked in on July 1st around 7-8pm. Our plane ride was delayed an extra 7 hours due to a storm and my wife and I were tired and hungry. Went to get something to eat and we sat at our table for 15-20 minutes before a waiter even offered us water or asked about our orders. There were about four other tables filled and they were all constantly attended. My wife and I looked at each other and we were about to walkout since we did not feel welcomed. I'm not sure what the problem was or if it was a race thing since we weren't white like the others. The food was fine but doesn't forgive the horrible service. They should definitely treat everyone the same since race and clothes don't define the customers. We spent over $170 for the two of us and still left a tip(double the tax) money isn't an issue typically we offer more when we have good service. Only left it because we were already judged and I didn't want to make it worse. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

There are signs all over the Hotel to try this place out. But nowhere does it say that reservations MUST be made only that you CAN make reservations. We (Party of 5) tried to eat here and where rejected because we didn't make advance reservations. We even pointed out that the place was empty. They didn't care. Passed by 2 hours later after eating elsewhere and the place was still empty. I think they were just being lazy and snooty.

I had Dinner here on a Monday night in the front bar area. I was seated and not long after a gentlemen well dressed and pleasant. He said he is from Israel. After reviewing the self lighting menu I ordered. What I chose was chilled shrimp and Caesar salad to start with. Then the 14 ounce rib eye with side 7 ounce Lobster tail. Finished with Chocolate Viennese cake with ginger ice cream.

The Caesar salad was on point and fresh. The large shrimp cocktail had a flavorful cocktail sauce that was clearly home made. The Lobster was perfectly steamed got about 8 bites out of it. The Steak was prime + and perfectly diamond grilled.The Viennese cake was not what I was looking for but filled the gap. This is a great hi-end restaurant in a very large resort. Will eat here again

Incredible steak house hidden in the middle of tourist town Kissimmee. Elegant setting with private booths and fine service. The menu items are exquisite, with five steaks (hence the name!) and seafood. If you are looking for a fine dining experience for a special occasion, you found it.

I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We have dined in the some of the nicest restaurants in Orlando and this experience was far beyond anything I've ever experienced. Not just because the food is amazing, which it is, but the service you get here really makes you feel like royalty. Definitely a hidden gem in the Orlando area. We already can't wait to come back.

Do not go! Very pricy but the food quality is just "ok", actually below average than most of Chinese restaurant. Definitely will not go for a second time.

Nothing Special. The food we received was uninspired and what I would expect from a counter service or much lower rated and expensive Chinese restaurant. The meats were clearly frozen fair from a large supplier and the sauces were either too heavy handed and sweet or bland with no flavor to speak of. The place was clean but as another reviewer mentioned communication with the staff was difficult with little English proficiency. Overall not terrible but certainly not special or great. Satisfied my hunger but felt it was a bit too expensive for the amount and quality of food we received.

Had lunch, only two of us and a couple that had been dinning already. Slow service for only two patrons, never offered to refill drinks or water glasses. Ordered the fettuccini Alfredo, paid $6.00 more to add shrimp, got 3 medium sized shrimp. Flavor was acceptable to good but portion to cost ratio could use some improvement.

The food was not very good and did not have much flavor. The beer selection is non-existent and the ambience is terrible.

I was not impressed by the meal here. The price for the shrimp scampi was very high in proportion to the small serving of food. My co-worker didn't make it very far into her chicken parm because of the vast amounts of garlic in it. The service was good and I liked the oil with fresh herbs that came with the bread, but I would not come back.

Pizza Joe may be the nicest restaurant owner I've met. He gave us a deal on the pizza and was super friendly. The pizza was delicious. Crispy crust, homemade sauce, just the right amount of cheese. We were all happy??
