The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando

We stayed for three consecutive nights and confirmed with the hotel in advance about adding a blanket. The email reply said ok. But when we checked in, we found that it was not added. We called the front desk to ask for it, but no one came after waiting for a long time. The room was too small. One day, the button of the elevator to return to the room did not work, as if there was a power outage. We asked the service staff to come and see us, but they didn't say sorry, as if they were used to it. They took us directly to the elevator for their internal employees to go upstairs. While waiting for the elevator, we met other employees going up and down. They didn't say hello when they saw us. We needed to go up, but they wanted to go down. They didn't give guests priority. They took us down to the basement with the guests in another room, and then went upstairs. When we got out of the elevator, we were asked to go out by ourselves. We turned out through the internal corridor of the hotel to find a room. This is the worst Ritz-Carlton experience in the world. Avoid it in the future.
