Everything is old in the hotel though still clean. But the bathroom is too slippery, the outdoor pool doesn’t look the same as the shown photos, while the noise from other rooms and the hallway is quite annoying from time to time.

Decently clean. Pool was nice and warm to be comfortable for winter weather. Beds are on the stuff side and they’re double instead of queen size.

Up here was amazing and very friendly and very helpful. Check-in was smooth and no problems at all just waiting for my deposit to come back on my card and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website. The deposit was refunded exactly one month later.

Excellent hostel with a fantastic location, and for minimal money too! The staff are friendly and genuinely always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with daily housekeeping, and the beds and their ladders are sturdy. There's a hot water dispenser near the pool (next to the washing machines).

The room is small, the curtains are made of paper, you need to use a clip to open the curtains, and you can't open them completely. Really disappointed with this hotel. Be careful with your credit cards, they make unjustified bank charges. They charged me parking fees even though I don't have a car and they were really rude and unconcerned about my complaint. They even hung up on me when I called them on the phone.

My boyfriend and I were upgraded to an ocean front room for our two night stay. The sunrise was beautiful and we could see it right from our window. The beach was easily accessible as it was across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We stayed here after a day of plane/car travel. They have valet parking ($50) which was super convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel provided a beach cart with chairs, towels, etc. They had a dessert bar come in at 8:30pm which was amazing. I was very happy with the cleanliness of yhe hotel /the room and the service provided. They also had some unexpexted daily happy hrd and activities. The beach cart in the room with beach towels..chairs and unbrella was also a very nice surprise. Oh and having the ability to a free washer and dryer was a big plus.
