The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.

The room is small but the bathroom is large and has good soundproofing. The lobby is quite grand. I say this mainly because I have stayed in some five-star hotels in New York. Best place ever It was an amazing trip. I highly highly recommend it. It is highly overpriced. Breakfast was like $120 for two of us, but you felt like royalty and they did everything they could to make sure you were happy. They even had champagne in the lobby all day from 10 till six.

Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

This place is fantastic. A five star stay with a great view, staff and location. They had a car service available which made it quite worth it.
