Had an absolutely phenomenal time.

The ice maker on our floor did not work, we stayed 3 nights, I let housekeeping know, the ice maker was never repaired, the refrigerator in our room did not work. The bottled water provided in the room was. a $12 charge, parking was $75 a night. We had  2 margaritas at the beach $76. I don’t have a problem paying for extras but I felt the charges were excessive. The hotel room was very basic, not impressed...

The hotel's location and surroundings are good, and the facilities are decent. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the service isn't great. Room cleaning often doesn't happen until late in the afternoon, and when you call the front desk, you just get a lengthy English voicemail.

We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered. We also appreciated the beach and the availability of chairs. One aspect we liked less was the bed covering, which we found too thick, heavy, and warm.

The modern, big rooms and EXCELLENT staff. Flew in from Europe and immediately relaxed. Great location: close to everything in Miami and the pool/beach right at the hotel. We had the best time here. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but they made it amazing. Mia, Alexis, and Adriana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Mr. Wilson and Hillary at the pool bar were outstanding. Couldn't have been a better end to our trip. Everyone we interacted with was delightful. The Loews Hotel is elegant and clean, right on the beach… but let me tell you you’re paying a exuberant amount of money between room, resort fees, and parking… I didn’t care for the high end resort fee as it covered the use of the pool and towels, and 2 tiny bottles of water on arrival. Great location. Clean hotel. They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great. I only received a message about the construction work after I had checked in and booked. This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.

The room was so-so, the paid breakfast was too expensive and not worth it at all. A very average experience... It feels like you get ripped off if you come during peak season, hahaha.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in

If the price per night including tax is over $230, don't stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is nice, but the service is terrible! Don't ask for room cleaning. Even after giving tips, they only make the bed and don't clean anything else. The housekeeping staff and the staff who rushed me to check out were very arrogant and had a terrible attitude!

A hotel suitable for families or couples Service is relatively slow

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury. The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.

Overall the stay was great. The space is kept up well and the amenities are modern. Our room wasn't serviced the first night but once we told the staff they were all very kind and apologetic. The pool, beach access and restaurants were all great. Will def stay again.

This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing. The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it. It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but would have taken my money elsewhere had i known.

Great hotel with two pools (one for people 21+) and about a minute walk to the beach - Miami Beach. We booked the ocean view but was blocked by the building structure, so better not to take #10-06. no heating utensil such as kettle if you need hot water. fridge is only intended for their inhouse drink so you can't put your drink inside their fridge to chill. but the concierge was friendly and great. Not worth the price per night. The hotel has so much potential. You can see that little effort is being put into the rooms. The rooms have cheap furniture and looks very worn. Be ready to sleep in a room that looks like an old college dorm room.

The hotel itself is massive and the rooms are really large. You get what you pay for - the check-in process was a little slow as they confused the bookings. Not so busy when we came so the pool was largely empty. Some music/DJ over the weekend which creates a fun atmosphere.

I only had 2 issues with my stay here at the St. Regis but I can honestly say the hotel front desk and staff made up for it in a nice way. The price was right, which keeps the review rating right, but the hotel is under various sorts of construction. It would have been nice if i was notified by the hotel when i booked the stay. It may had informed my decision to find an alternative property. Areas under construction include the lobby main elevator and pool side cabanas. The Hotel was in a superb location, within walking distance of Many hotspots and Ocean Drive. Clean with good amenities and an excellent vibe around the pool. Great access to the beach with lots of beds and towels provided the whole time. Great touch with the complimentary morning coffee and evening glass of wine.

The restaurant and staff are excellent, however the room is outdated and small -- dirty water came out of the shower, the carpet is not cleaned, the sink is leaking, and there was a lot of construction noise.

Don’t stay here during Art Basel, it’s a human zoo. Also managment causing traffic in Collins Avenue on purpose needs to get fired.
