This is by far the best hotel ever!!!!! Me and my wife had the time of our life!!!! We don’t want to leave!!!! Very impressed with the restaurants, beach service, bar accommodations. Just an all around perfect time

The ice maker on our floor did not work, we stayed 3 nights, I let housekeeping know, the ice maker was never repaired, the refrigerator in our room did not work. The bottled water provided in the room was

The hotel's location and surroundings are good, and the facilities are decent. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the service isn't great

Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water

EXCELENTE SERVICIO, UBICACIÓN E INSTALACIONES

After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand

We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window

When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts

Free ice water, sunscreen, and towels were also available by the pool. The next day, I got up early to watch the sunrise on the beach. What I loved most was the hotel's buffet breakfast: $46 per person, $22 for children

Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful

A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs

Also, the birthday card and desserts were much appreciated! Thank you for the hospitality! I want to especially thank Vuyo at the front desk for her professionalism and the accommodating process during arrival

Brandon at the Lobby bar for his delicious suggestions with the food and drinks. Alejandro at the beach was friendly and super helpful with our needs. Luigi at Donna Mare was phenomenal

My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel from 12/21-24 in celebration of my 41st Birthday. Our experience was beyond my expectations

This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing

Clean room and high quality facilities and rooms - everything was very nice but be warned it’s expensive

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The pink color was very pretty. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older

The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming, and super fun. Will definitely be going back.

This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.

My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.

During the afternoon a lady came to the room and ask if I need it anything for drink or eat I told her I couldn't drink but I could have yogurt and fruits and then a bit later there was a cart with everything and more then I ask

I definitely very Happy with this Hotel I had visited a lot of places and Hoteles but this one the service was more then expected Cielo was the lady to check in she help us, a lot

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high

Also room service isn’t good, do yourself a favor and go downstairs to have dinner. They have a great selection in the evening

Price point is a little high, but you can tell with the attention to detail this place has when it comes to customer service

The placement too makes this 10/10 you’re near everything, most hotels are a headache to pull in to, but this one is like perfect. I’ll probably be staying here from now on based on that

The cleanliness of the place was extremely excellent. The structure of the place was kept to a maximum. The maid service is also well-deserved, always organized and clean

Our room was ready by 11am when check-in is usually 4pm. Absolutely beautiful! One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The service was phenomenal! We ate at Baia the first night. I can’t rave enough about this place

Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. Only downside was the douche valet guy with the pony and beard and the people who are supposed to hold the front door open

The food was spectacular, the view from our room was breathtaking and the best part is we did not have to leave behind our sweet bengal cat Sir. We will definitely be back and would bring all our family and friends

This hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. There were lots of activities to do

People are very nice place is very clean kind of high in the price but that's what you get when you want something good

The vegetarian choices will not fill you up. For breakfast everyone got eggs, bacon, sausage links and oatmeal. I asked for the vegetarian option. The waiter said he talked to the kitchen. 20 minutes later I asked again

I was here for a convention in the meeting rooms and stages. But other people in the convention did, and I did not hear any complaints. The hotel has a really big pool area that sits right in front of the beach

Since you are the waiter and you are allowed in the kitchen, can you please go see. 10 minutes later he came back with a bowl of oatmeal. 80% of our people had already left the breakfast and I had not started

Compared to other hotels in this price range, I think it is a good option. If you eat in the restaurants or banquets, the food seems attractive. The other convention attendees seemed happy with the food

The environment is very good, the decoration facilities are very beautiful, it is very close to the sea, and the food in the restaurant is also delicious

The pool is nice and clean, but I don't think it's heated; it was a bit chilly to swim in in November. The beach is private, but the area isn't fenced off, and it's wide with white sand. Sun loungers and towels are free

We also had an unpleasant experience when drinks at the bar were charged to our room, but we had photos on our phone indicating the time when it happened, and we weren't at the hotel at the time

The closet and bathroom doors were sticky and unpleasant to touch, so I kept them open. The bed is very high, the first time I've seen one so high, but it's very spacious and very comfortable

The pillowcases smelled unpleasant, like dust, which left an unpleasant odor in my hair after sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful with our luggage, and always smiling

The hotel debited the amount without our knowledge, but after we contacted them, they refunded the money. I hope this is an occasional issue, but I can't lower my rating

Good location of the hotel on the first the streets 2otlichnyh restaurant inside the hotel ( usually in hotels and restaurants is not impressive, immediately opposite great food and good servings of Lolos) AZABU expensive and povarenkina, the food is delicious but the portions are small

About the hotel, room was clean ,frontdesk Nsimalen to the guests, the pool is clean and with beautiful views of the ocean, for guests on the beach free sunbeds ( very comfortable when staying with children)

Super good view. Nice service. Free gelato from 3-5pm. The beach is clean and nice. The pool is not crowded and we’ll managed. Definitely would go again

This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms are so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, best key lime pie ever, the location with access to the paved boardwalk and beach is unbelievable, the entire staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make my first visit to Miami Beach a memorable one

My room had a beautiful ocean view and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

This hotel is so beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms, it's so clean, the food is delicious, the chef is amazing, the key lime pie is the best, the location with access to the boardwalk and beach is incredible, the entire staff is polite, professional, and knowledgeable, they did everything they could to make my first visit to Miami Beach unforgettable

I especially want to mention Santiago from valet, when we arrived very late at night, he helped us with our luggage and took care of the car right away. He was extremely kind and made our arrival smooth

From the moment I arrived, Zeyneb was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was her attention to detail and personal touch

Despite the cold snap, service at the beach and the pool was still very attentive and helped make the most of the slivers of sunshine we got! Room was well appointed, gym had everything we needed, and the restaurants were perfect

Booked during the Thanksgiving holiday, the price is generally high, not worth the price. The room is on a high floor, but the balcony is facing the sea, you can see the sea, the view is quite open

There is no problem in a twin room for a family of four. However, the space and passages in the room are very narrow. Generally, after the 24" suitcase is opened, there is no room to move around, which is a bit annoying

The hotel is beautiful, especially the view from the rooftop. It's very close to South Beach, just a ten-minute walk away, which is very convenient

Amazing location, clean, well designed because yes, the rooms are smaller than we are used to in the states; however, they make great use of the space

Aside from the rooms being a bit small and the parking fee being a little expensive, everything else is great

The pool water is a little milky and no water and towel in the gym.

You can park 5 minutes walk away for 20 dollars a day

This is a nice, clean hotel in a safe area on the beach. What makes this hotel special is definitely the employees who work there. My husband and I were traveling for business and had just one night in South Beach

The proximity to the beach was also a plus. Very walkable area with plenty of things around the hotel. Time to update some of the furniture. At first we thought the table was dirty but it was just old and scratched up

The water pressure was also lacking. We needed to go down three floors before we were able to locate a working ice machine. Lastly and most importantly, my son’s mattress had something that appeared to be blood on it

We didn’t discover until the next morning when the sheets moved and we noticed it. We eventually received a new mattress. We did have to call three times and were told they will take care of it right away

We ate at their highly rated restaurant and although the food was amazing, the service was lack luster at best. Worth it if you're really into seafood, just be prepared for a family style type of service.

Will be definitely our Winter destination. People who made this hotel has lots of imagination! The room was 30 square meter big but it is well designed and has many facilities. Most of time, I spent it by the pool

The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door

We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room

Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white. down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you

Nice staff! Food was good at the outdoor bar area. Loved the sparkling pool and easy beach access. Cool looking restaurant and bar off lobby. Didn’t have time to try but very fun and casual looking

The room was clean but smaller than expected. The hotel is lovely but was under construction so no gym. I liked the proximity to the beach.

Great hotel, great location, staff was very nice. Our only criticism - we asked twice for housekeeping to be sent to our room. We were gone for six hours and they never showed up.

The front desk gave us great tips on places to visit nearby, which made our stay even better.

Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were small but elegant in an old money sort of way. Bed was made daily and an in-room espresso machine made for a relaxing morning

(Saturday) On the day of departure, Sunday, we were able to use the pool after checking out. However, 80% of the sunbeds by the pool were reserved. The music volume is between 80 and 118 decibels

Hotel is beautiful. Note that weekends they have pool parties with loud music and selective seating. But great property

Honestly, it's not a joke, it's a really good time, especially if you like going to the pool and going to the restaurant in the evening! The boutique style rooms are smaller in size but really nicely decorated
