Absolutely amazing experience at Trump National Doral! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was...
Comfortable environment, easy to play
The environment is very beautiful
The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key...
The room is elegant and the bedding is of excellent quality and very comfortable.
Beautiful resort. Phenomenal golf courses, rooms, food and service.

From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable. Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer. WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away....
The hotel bathroom was big however they dont accept cash as deposit and return speed is a bit slow
Good location, convenient but crowded. Clean & helpful staff.
This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!
Nice hotel for Boxing Day! All facilities in good condition.
If this were 1995 the hotel would be the best in Miami. But it’s a little outdated now. Some of the light switches were wobbly and needed to be change. The noise was horrible- next to the main freeway. Loud horns during Art Basel right up until 1am. I wouldn’t stay here if you want to be at art Basel. It’s too far away and too noisey.

We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Good hotel, quite busy. Need to request for hot water cattle from the reception.  No terrace unfortunately
The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.
Great hotel. Above 5 star standard. Walking distance to Marketplace & grocery shops. Great location.
Great location. Beautiful view. Starbucks is in the lobby.
Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

Hilton Downtown cries for an upgrade from the gym, pool, and room the vibe is terrible. Waited for 8h for service to attend clogged toilet. Also despite our best efforts to explain the flight cancellation that was beyond our control and resulted in us missing on the first of paid stay the staff showed no compassion or offered anything complementary to somewhat sooth our financial loss. Just a cheap...
Beautiful view, nice location, but our room was a bit dirty, hair in the bathroom.
The service provided by the hotel was great. Location was decent and close by to the metro which takes you to downtown / Brickell.
The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.
Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly...
There really isn't anything special about the hotel, the location is great; however, 49$ a day to park, and although nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was not that good and very pricey, a skirt steak w/fries and water with tip & tax was 46.00 The restaurant was sparce not even table cloths, was diner looking, don't mind paying money for good food, but don't plan to eat here.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were great, really helpful at all times, and the location was beautiful, although difficult to walk to anywhere from.
Need some TLC , outdated , breakfast is great , but they charge for parking regardless
The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.
They were so friendly and amazing 😊
The hotel was ok but the room was an average. There was not a very nice view as we expected from its name.

Nice hotel, not so great staff.
Hotel location is good. Facility is clear and comfortable. Good to take the rest for family trip.
Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious. Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.
First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.
Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍

It’s a great beach and pool scene, the hotel will undergo an upgrade in May 2025, it’s dated but not too bad. The service was great, nice people. It an expensive week with food and drink, but a great week that has a relaxing vibe! The staff and service were A
I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.
Liked attention to healthy foods, as well as unique. Good hotel layout. No reading material is unbelievably inferior. Very expensive in every way.
beautiful area with many activities during the day. Ideal to have own transportation to explore mainland for shopping and restaurants in Miama vicinity
this is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is wonderful and ready to accommodate anything that you need. The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks. The stay was quite comfortable. There are not many people on the beach. Those who like quietness can come here. The service and facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels of the same level, but it is pretty good in Miami. Love this place. My kids and I had a blast there. I used to live close to it. And I miss being able to just pop in everyone's in a while. Great dining as well. Maintained excellently. Great service! Just don't lose all your money Haha!
We got the suite with 2 queen beds. The room was extremely clean and did not smell. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice quiet good night's sleep. My only complaint was breakfast. They offered 2 complimentary breakfasts and we had to purchase the other 2 (for a total of $33). It was buffet style, the eggs were watery and the coffee was cold. I would recommend going out for the breakfast. Other...
Room was very spacious and clean. The hotel looked very new and we felt very comfortable. Many hotels in the area are older and need updates. We went down and got a pizza, delicious.
Stayed here for 2 days while in S Florida on vacation. Though this is a casino as well as a hotel, the hotel part is very nice. The property is very clean as well as the room. Perfect location and the joy of waking up in the terminal can't be beaten! Super comfortable beds and pillows offer a great night's sleep. I've stayed at other airport hotels in Miami but especially with a short layover, this is always my number 1 choice!
Makes an early morning flight stress-free by staying over the night before. Helpful efficient staff at check-in. Clean quiet room. It’s expensive (IMO) for just a place to sleep but I’m content paying for the convenience. Location is cryptic! *Park in Flamingo garage; hotel is Concourse E, 2nd floor door 11.
It was nice. Maybe the AC could be more efficient. Anyway, it was not an issue.
Although the hotel is right in the terminal which is very convenient, it is quite dated and the rooms are small. Another positive is the Espresso machine in the room.
A great location situated at the airport. Check in was easy and the room was very clean.

Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. The surprise was that we found a restaurant right there in the hotel. We were even more surprised to discover that the food and service were very good. Thank you so much. Very convenient.
Not my favorite MIA location. You pay for everything like parking. Per night hold on your card is also very high.
Ideal for a short stay near the airport when you don’t need a car. Parking is $27/day for uncovered DIY parking. Food was quite good and market shop had great but expensive options. Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too.
Very convenient, with airport drop-off service, breakfast is OK, the elderly service staff are very friendly and work hard, praise 👍 Environment: There is a restaurant downstairs, convenient Hygiene: OK Environment: Convenient, the gym is quite large,
The room is big, the food is good, and the airport shuttle bus is convenient
The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

Would give 6 stars for service if I could. Stayed overnight on our way to South America waiting for a delayed connection, and I left my watch in the room. Called them, they confirmed they found it, and sent it me via UPS. Grateful thanks!
As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.
Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.
I would like to give a special shout out to Mark and Ashley at front desk reception. Mark was very helpful assisting me with my printing & photocopy needs. Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!
We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did.
