Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor... They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen. It was a four in one hot tub, so a lot of room for comfort !

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces. Receptionists were great and helpful. Room was spacious as well.

Service at hotel was excellent! Unfortunately, it is in area that is not so safe. Lots of homeless panhandler begging for money and food.

The stay was quite comfortable. There are not many people on the beach. Those who like quietness can come here. The service and facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels of the same level, but it is pretty good in Miami. The hotel overcharged me for the room and refused to let me leave until the payment was settled. Even though I had already paid the full amount, Ctrip customer service contacted me and told me that we still need to communicate and deal with it.

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. I prepaid my stay, and when my flight was canceled, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for the missed night. The third-party booking company attempted to work with the hotel, but they declined to accommodate in any way. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. This has been one of my favorite Sheraton's, we stayed overnight next to the airport for an early flight. To get on the elevator you needed a key so I felt safe just from that alone. We had access to the club lounge, which was great. Easy access to the airport.

The only good thing is the location. The rest is a complete disaster. The room couldn't have been smaller. To get out of bed, if there are two of you, one has to jump over the other. Excellent hotel! Very bright, stylish, modern, filled with technical amenities. We appreciated the double curtains, plumbing, light control. The linen is perfect! Cleanliness. The breakfast is excellent, if the opportunity arises, we will choose this hotel again.

Great location! It's super convenient to get to all the attractions, especially with the monorail nearby. As a chain hotel, the facilities are consistent with what you'd find across the US, though the rooms are on the smaller side. Service is good and mostly self-service, which is very convenient. Cleanliness is also decent! The only downside is that prices are quite high during peak season.

Great hotel, in an excellent location. Automation is a hotel's downside: if you want to adjust the temperature in the room, you have to go down to a member of staff, who can change it for you. The iPad provided does not work, and your changes default to the settings the staff set the temperature to. You also need to operate the TV via iPad, which is a ridiculous endeavour.

Citizen M Miami Works Trade Center is located just in front Miami’a bayside market place and the Kaseya Center. You can find several good restaurants around and easily go walking. Ubers arrive easily to the location.

The price/performance ratio is average. If you have a car, you don't have to live here. Parking costs 1,000 yuan a day. It's better to pay a little more and live in a hotel far away. Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing.
