Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water

Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation

I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.

This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered. We also appreciated the beach and the availability of chairs. One aspect we liked less was the bed covering, which we found too thick, heavy, and warm.

We had the best time here. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but they made it amazing. Mia, Alexis, and Adriana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The Loews Hotel is elegant and clean, right on the beach… but let me tell you you’re paying a exuberant amount of money between room, resort fees, and parking… I didn’t care for the high end resort fee as it covered the use of the pool and towels, and 2 tiny bottles of water on arrival. Great location. Clean hotel. They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great. I only received a message about the construction work after I had checked in and booked. This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.

Booked during the Thanksgiving holiday, the price is generally high, not worth the price. The room is on a high floor, but the balcony is facing the sea, you can see the sea, the view is quite open. The location is quite convenient.

Love this hotel! Just got back from our fourth visit. Didn’t have a great experience upon arrival, But Rachel from guest services made everything better. If the price per night including tax is over $230, don't stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is nice, but the service is terrible! Don't ask for room cleaning. Even after giving tips, they only make the bed and don't clean anything else. The housekeeping staff and the staff who rushed me to check out were very arrogant and had a terrible attitude!

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.

Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.

The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.

Overall the stay was great. The space is kept up well and the amenities are modern. Our room wasn't serviced the first night but once we told the staff they were all very kind and apologetic. The pool, beach access and restaurants were all great. Will def stay again.

This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing. The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it. It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but would have taken my money elsewhere had i known.

Room was ok, not as nice as I expected for the price. The food was blah, same food served at breakfast and dinner?! Who does that, mediocre at best. Majority of employees do not speak English either which makes it hard to communicate. Will be staying at the Palms next door when I come back.

Not worth the price per night. The hotel has so much potential. You can see that little effort is being put into the rooms. The rooms have cheap furniture and looks very worn. Be ready to sleep in a room that looks like an old college dorm room.

The hotel itself is massive and the rooms are really large. You get what you pay for - the check-in process was a little slow as they confused the bookings. Not so busy when we came so the pool was largely empty. Some music/DJ over the weekend which creates a fun atmosphere.

South Beach hotel not on the beach side. It's got a great pool area but would avoid eating there. This is a party hotel - I wouldn't recommend coming here with kids or for a work trip.

This hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. There were lots of activities to do. The food was spectacular, the view from our room was breathtaking and the best part is we did not have to leave behind our sweet bengal cat Sir.
