Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again
The hotel's location and surroundings are good, and the facilities are decent. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the service isn't great
Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water
EXCELENTE SERVICIO, UBICACIÓN E INSTALACIONES
a $12 charge, parking was $75 a night. We had 2 margaritas at the beach $76. I don’t have a problem paying for extras but I felt the charges were excessive. The hotel room was very basic, not impressed
I will choose a different hotel on any return trips to Miami Brach

A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs
The hotel provides dedicated lounge chairs and towels. Sun umbrellas cost an extra $30. After playing for a while, we went back to the hotel pool
Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach
We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered
Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful
After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand

Eden Rock is located in the same building as Nobu, but for the twice cheaper price offers waaaaay better rooms and condition. So I liked it a lot/
This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.
This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming, and super fun. Will definitely be going back.
Pool area was good and been given beach towels was an extra bonus
Very nice hotel. Good location
I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.

My daughter and I were very happy with our first stay at 1 Hotel. I didn’t know what true luxury hotel
Stay was until now. Luxury from the valet service to the rooftop restaurant and pool
Hands down best hotel for friends, couples and families. Beautiful amenities, great location, direct beach access and multiple different pools including the rooftop for adults
The rooftop pool is a dream — with amazing sushi, delicious food, desserts, and a beautiful vibe. There are beachside restaurants, fun events and parties, and the beach itself is absolutely stunning
The service is top-tier — they help with everything, set up your towels, and make sure you’re relaxed. The rooms are gorgeous — clean, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained
The hotel rooms were large and very clean, and the swimming pool was luxurious.
This woman was extremely busy with an overload of guests trying to check in and she still took the time with us, and gave us amazing service and we shared we were here for our baby moon

We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The pink color was very pretty. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older
I loved this hotel! The service is amazing thanks to Sandra and Vanessa at the front desk for all their help. The hotel have great amenities to have fun and the pools are really clean
The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks
Bed in room was very comfortable. Tranquility pool on 7th floor was fabulous. Breakfast outside on the patio, facing the ocean, was wonderful. Cable channels are limited but most folks aren't visiting to watch TV
The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well
The service at the beach is amazing they close a little bit early but it was fine. We also went to the bar at the lobby and the drinks are super tasty. The rooms have a perfect view to see the sunrise

After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from the beach, pool, doormen/valet and checkin
The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high
The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average
In front of the ocean right on the sand no meed to cross streets
The room is small but the bathroom is large and has good soundproofing. I say this mainly because I have stayed in some five-star hotels in New York
Their lobbies are relatively small, probably because of the high cost of land in New York. The breakfast is good and the surrounding environment is very good. It is suitable for long-term vacation

Amazing!! I can’t get over how nice our room was and the ocean view. It was an amazing few days. Every person working there was so nice and polite. I’ll definitely be back.
Great hotel, would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Good stuff.
Very satisfied. The sea view is beautiful. The balcony is large and comfortable. The hotel service facilities are also complete.
The staff's service attitude is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the location is excellent
Perfect hotel for experience! Great pool view and tennis court! Many activities in the resort!
The location is great and you can ride bicycles for free

This place was simply amazing, went in 2015 had the best experience ever, my husband proposed outside at the beach of Deauville beach resort one sunny beautiful day I'll never forget this place
People are very nice place is very clean kind of high in the price but that's what you get when you want something good
I was here for a convention in the meeting rooms and stages. But other people in the convention did, and I did not hear any complaints. The hotel has a really big pool area that sits right in front of the beach
The vegetarian choices will not fill you up. For breakfast everyone got eggs, bacon, sausage links and oatmeal. I asked for the vegetarian option. The waiter said he talked to the kitchen. 20 minutes later I asked again
Since you are the waiter and you are allowed in the kitchen, can you please go see. 10 minutes later he came back with a bowl of oatmeal. 80% of our people had already left the breakfast and I had not started
Compared to other hotels in this price range, I think it is a good option. If you eat in the restaurants or banquets, the food seems attractive. The other convention attendees seemed happy with the food

The exceptional part of this hotel is the staff, Sebastian and Paul at the pool, Ishmael at the bar created amazing cocktails and Ty the manager was great
This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing
Great hotel with two pools (one for people 21+) and about a minute walk to the beach - Miami Beach
The space is kept up well and the amenities are modern. Our room wasn't serviced the first night but once we told the staff they were all very kind and apologetic. The pool, beach access and restaurants were all great
The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it
One thing I would definitely point out is that the air conditioning stopped working in the entire hotel on the last night, so they gave us a discount for two nights, so nice approach!

Furthermore, the in-room amenities are perfect (minimalist furniture, sleep-inducing aromatherapy, Le Labo toiletries, disposable slippers). These guest services are exceptionally high-end for hotels in North America
The beach is almost deserted, but the scenery is okay even if it is not a private beach. Although there are fallen leaves in the swimming pool, it is not very dirty
The Marriott app originally stated check-in was after 4 PM, but in reality, when I arrived at 10 AM, the front desk was already able to assign a room, and the staff was incredibly welcoming
The hotel feels more like a resort with a wealth of facilities (pool table, bowling alley, swimming pool, private beach, ice skating rink, etc
My skin is very sensitive but it was fine after swimming. Someone will clean the mats around the pool in the morning
It's an excellent choice for travelers looking for a private and exclusive experience on Miami's South Beach!

Hotel is beautiful. Note that weekends they have pool parties with loud music and selective seating. But great property
Very well decorated, excellent vibes. The pool is great. The staff is always helpful.
Tuesday night karaoké was a lot of fun.
Internet works well, no issue doing video conferences.
Love the aesthetic of the hotel! Jose at the front desk was super friendly. Enjoyable stay! Would definitely be back!
Great location and interior is nice. Room is a little bit small for miami but already good for solo travellers
The room was perfect and I loved all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Location is fantastic.
Great hotel but rooms could be bigger

Some of the staff were rude, the vast majority of them were very pleasant though. The swimming pool area was great though, and there was a great view of the ocean
Excellent hotel, large rooms especially for families, excellent service, great location
Rooms, lobby, pool area all stunning. Very expensive valet but you can find street parking. Nice area whole foods, Starbucks and Joe the Juicer nearby
Very old facilities- pool was nice but not comfortable
No amenities either
The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms
The hotel itself is massive and the rooms are really large. You get what you pay for - the check-in process was a little slow as they confused the bookings. Not so busy when we came so the pool was largely empty

A very cost-effective hotel in the core area of Miami. It has everything you need, including a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and spa
Beautiful Hotel, great location to Miami Beach. Amazing beach, and pool area really enjoyed it there
Overall, the environment is worth the price. The pool is large, the beach is nice, and the facilities are good. However, there are many birds in the pool, so there will be bird droppings
The pool is nice and clean, but I don't think it's heated; it was a bit chilly to swim in in November. The beach is private, but the area isn't fenced off, and it's wide with white sand. Sun loungers and towels are free
There is a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. Parking is charged by the doorman on a daily basis + additional tip, but the service is also very friendly
It made me both scared and unable to sleep well. Aside from that, the other staff were okay, and the service was quite good. The young man who helped with my luggage at the door and the front desk staff were very helpful

Other than that I didn’t have any problems. I was here for a conference so only enjoyed the pool and beach access one day. The location is also great walking distance to the beach, a mall and the conference center
Positive: Check-in was great! Super easy and friendly staff. We were able to check in early and received our room right away. The pool area was very nice and the pool was very clean
The staff, especially Christopher, was very helpful with me checking in and assisting me. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I politely asked if my room was ready and they were able to get me in
I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating
Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. It is truly heartwarming to have such a great experience in such an uncertain time. I would come back to this hotel any time
Although our stay was short, it was incredibly relaxing, and we had an absolutely great time at the resort. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating

Don't worry, if you don't like kids, you won't even know about them because they have another pool that is just for adults. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was always fresh and fast
Best place ever
It was an amazing trip. Breakfast was like $120 for two of us, but you felt like royalty and they did everything they could to make sure you were happy
Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping
Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Regis as child friendly as this one, but you can tell they train their staff well to work with children
Don't worry though, if Kids aren't your thing you won't even know they are there since they have another pool area that is adults only
We couldn't made a better choice for a few day getaway. Kudos to Michael, the front desk manager who was unbelievably courteous, going out his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable

Amazing hotel, newly refurbished, fresh and clean, stunning pool and on the beach. Perfect location with Lincoln road nearby.
Overall good, but didn’t like the “room key” was di-actived 2 hours before our check-out. And please keep in mind that the pool and access to the beach will be closed at 7 pm
Was beautiful but the staff wasn't that friendly. mid day, mid week, took very long time to get Car as they park it 4 blocks away. great pool, beach access, would go again.
Huge pool your kids would love
Staff service inconsistent overall. Room was not serviced one day. On the day there was construction above pool area, no notice was sent out
Pool area staff/manager and construction crew didn't seem to be on the same page

Stayed for two nights room only. I really liked the design of the hotel, artwork and facilities. The pool area is really nice and they have their own sun beds on Miami Beach which are complementary for hotel guests
Right across the street from 1 Hotel Miami, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The hotel is lovely and smells wonderful everywhere. It's also a 10-minute walk to 16th Street for dining and shopping!
Rooms are not as interestingly designed as the rest of the hotel. All staff I talked to were very nice and helpful but at both checkin and checkout there were long lines to speak to someone
Hotel is about 1 street back from the beach but still a wonderful location. The room was comfortable without being spectacular, everything worked and it was a decent size
We waited over 20 mins to start the checkin process. Overall I would be happy to stay at The Gates Hotel again
It was clean, well-located, and the staff was friendly! So, a clear recommendation! 👍🏽

Richard at the front desk was extremely nice and thorough. The highlight was the adults only Nobu pool. The staff at the pool treated you as if you were an old friend
The ocean-view rooms directly facing the sea not only boast beautiful views but are also very spacious, with balconies offering unbeatable ocean vistas. The hotel's beach service is also excellent
📌Good location, with hotel beach and swimming pool
📌The restaurant is delicious, we had two meals in the two days we stayed in the hotel
📌The hotel service is also good, the cleaning staff also helped to tidy up the table, etc
The room faces the sea, and the view is very comfortable. The hotel beach is not big and is shared with the hotel next door. The beach chairs are collected by the staff at about 5 or 6 pm
The only downside is the excessive amount of yellow algae along the shore
If you want to lie on the beach, you need to go early

Great location and family friendly. Pool and beach access are a highlight. Would come again.
Nice. Clean. Pool. Pool bar. Bar lounge area. Good buffet. Reasonably priced for oceanview. Walking distance to area bars restaurants shopping. Bi lingual
The room was lovely and in a loction which fulfilled my request. The area is lovely with reference to the locality of the beach and local shops/ restaurants
This included the reception staff, concierge, staff in the dining room, breakfast staff, housekeeping, towel staff, beach staff. Everyone!
Will love to come and stay longer as I was there for just a day
Majority of employees do not speak English either which makes it hard to communicate. Will be staying at the Palms next door when I come back
Room was fine. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Dinner buffet was good too. A/C worked well and was comfortable. Hotel has secure storage for early arrival/late departure.

About the hotel, room was clean ,frontdesk Nsimalen to the guests, the pool is clean and with beautiful views of the ocean, for guests on the beach free sunbeds ( very comfortable when staying with children)
I loved staying here! I was a solo female traveler and i felt very very safe. The room & bathroom was very clean & the staff was very helpful and sweet. I will be coming back to this hotel again! So glad i picked it!
you have to take 2 flights of stairs to get to Mexican restaurant on site. You have to take 1 flight of stairs to get to pool, then 2 more flights to get outside to the beach
The parking was $60 and outrageous. Couldn’t access the beach or pool with room key. Shower was horrible. Didn’t allow late check out. Want a refund!
Extremely clean, plenty of things to do at the hotel including the two pools and hot tubs, games, and restaurants. We also had the opportunity to use bicycles as a part of our package
Super good view. Nice service.
Free gelato from 3-5pm.
The beach is clean and nice.
The pool is not crowded and we’ll managed.
