Our room looked nothing like the pictures of the rooms on the website photos. Our room was on second floor and there was not an elevator, not even informed at lobby of the need to climb the stairs with our luggage, and when asked about this- the response was “they had a bellman that could have helped”. Don’t know how we would know that.

Called front desk the first evening bc we only had 4 washcloths and 5 people in our room, was told we could get 5 for the following day.

Our toilet was not flushing right and had to be flushed multiple times each bathroom time. Soft spot on flooring near tub that felt like you would fall through if you stood on it. Mold on the ceiling above the shower.

Rooftop pool beautiful but not informed it is shared with the public/palace bar so anyone can come and go to the bar. Not the environment we would choose for our family and kids.

So so loud at night you couldn’t sleep. AFTER booking this facility I did get an email confirmation making note of this being a loud place during seasons, but that is not helpful after you have booked.

Based on opinion of what you feel is family friendly, I definitely did not want my family in a place /environment like what is next to this facility.

Would never visit Miami and ocean drive again!

When on a phone call, the property owner was cussing at me, real professionalism.

No INTERNET.
I called the manager/owner without action from his side. He kept telling me to check with the front desk. The front desk told me to call/text the owner/manager. When I did, he told me to wait. (For what? He never said....)
The longest time I had an internet connection without interruptions or disconnect, was 5 minute, and I tried at least 50 times.
The manager/owner asked: "did you come to Miami beach to connect to internet?" No, I did not, but I need to have internet access for work, even on vacation.
I was given the run-around by the owner/manager in text and phone calls. I left. I will never stay at this place again.

I am only giving 2 stars because of location was great… but I booked 2 rooms to sleep 4 people each , and that’s a under statement! 1st off one of my rooms had water leaking from the ceiling the entire time and property management said , They couldn’t send anyone to repair until the next day nor could they supply us with blankets (for two of the 4 guest). So that leaves 2 guests out of each room to sleep bare on a leather futon! I have yet to get anything resolved and it’s time for checkout . Worse experience I have had in Miami!

Haven't even gotten a chance to stay at this location, because of booking issues. I tried to book through HomeAway which the nightly price for the room that was being booked was $143 a night. Totaling out to $825 for 4 nights. After paying the two hundred and something deposit. I get the itenerary email to later on get an email saying the rental wasn't available and THEN getting another email with a new itinerary totally out to over $1,000. I tried to make contact work the property owners twice. I had to call HomeAway and they had to send an email to get in touch with the owners. One of the owners finally emailed me back and I decided to call. Talking to Valerie about the situation and I wasn't understanding the price difference on how the 4 nights ended up being $810 when it was 500 and something at first. She was very rude, told me that it was 200 etc a night for 4 people. I'm still trying to make sense of the situation basically since it's spring break the price was increased. I tried to explain to the lady online it says the price 143 a night she was not listening told me she was getting ready to hang up on me twice. When I was letting her know she needs to update the system because it says $143 a night and looking at the rental prices now it say $120 a night. She was I professional and rude. Being a student in college even though to some that difference in amount wouldn't make a difference it does to me. This is very inconvenient being that now when majority of all the other places I've looked at are booked up, because I decided to go with this place because it was a good deal I now have to find something else. Thanks a lot Valerie.

The worst experience I ever had so far. Front desk lady behavior was sooooo ( not a spell mistake) bad when I went to complain about the elevator as it was giving multiple times on the same day. No body was there to help me out with elevator and the lady told me that I could get help only in the next morning. I had to take the steps and carry my lil one along with the baby stroller. The telephone operator lady behavior was also bad. She cut my call and was not answering my call after. And finally she doesn’t even know who is working in the next shift at the front desk. Please do not choose this suites...!!! I wasted my $500 bucks by choosing this.

Check in time was 4pm. I wasn’t able to check in until 5:35pm because the room wasn’t ready. During the last 30 minutes of the wait, I witnessed several upset guest. Complaints about the condition of the rooms, rooms with no pillows, items not working etc. The guy then takes us to the room in the next building It took 5 min once we got on the elevator to get it to work (the door wouldn’t close properly). Got to the room and the key didn’t work...sheesh. After finally getting into the room it was fine. Later I woke up around 4am to discover the bottom of the bed was wet and so was the floor in that area. Called the front desk to inform them of a leak and nothing was done. After looking at the ceiling you can see where they tried to paint over a previous leak. Needless to say, this is one hotel I will never check into again.
