Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces. Receptionists were great and helpful. Room was spacious as well.

Service at hotel was excellent! Unfortunately, it is in area that is not so safe. Lots of homeless panhandler begging for money and food.

First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

As a chain hotel, the facilities are consistent with what you'd find across the US, though the rooms are on the smaller side. Service is good and mostly self-service, which is very convenient. Cleanliness is also decent! The only downside is that prices are quite high during peak season.

Great hotel, in an excellent location. Automation is a hotel's downside: if you want to adjust the temperature in the room, you have to go down to a member of staff, who can change it for you. The iPad provided does not work, and your changes default to the settings the staff set the temperature to. You also need to operate the TV via iPad, which is a ridiculous endeavour.

Check-in also takes ages because they are always checking in large groups (seems like airline/cruise staff). Our flight got in early and he made us very comfortable as we waited for a room to become available, we would have waited hours if it wasn’t for his help and his patience with us! Thank You! I stayed for 7 nights. For a 4 star hotel, I'm disappointed. It's very dated, poor lighting, the carpet is disgusting, the bed needs replacement - mattress is old, lack support, the phone doesn't work, the bathroom lost the hook to hang your towel and didn't fix it just paint over it. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. I prepaid my stay, and when my flight was canceled, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for the missed night. The third-party booking company attempted to work with the hotel, but they declined to accommodate in any way. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. The hotel is located right in the Dadeland Mall. If that's your intended destination, it's great. We stayed two nights before taking a cruise. It's too far from all the main attractions in Miami. It has a garage that was advertised as free, but apparently, it wasn't. At checkout, no charge appeared. However, a few days later, a charge of $42.50 showed up on my card. The only good thing I could say about the courtyard Marriott is that my room was clean. They would not take a corporate credit card over the phone for room deposit and incidentals. Valet parking only at $26.00 a night I feel is excessive and street parking is scarce. After driving all day to get here I wasn't in the mood for this B.S.
