I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

Amazing experience and stay at this fine establishment! Was referred to stay here by a colleague, non the less he did not dissapoint. Hotel staff very accommodating, smooth check in, felt welcomed from the moment I stepped on the premises. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, excursions, night life. The hotel environment is great, I choose this hotel every time I visit.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is great but the rooms has consistently had issue. We had a suite with bedroom and living room which door that does not work. After long discussion we been moved to another room which was leaking at the rain. The room isolation is horrible , at 4:30 am we been listing for someone having a call in different language for almost an hour , every morning.

Everything was great! Friendly staff and delicious food in the small restaurant. The room was outstanding and the beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again.

We got off a cruise and were able to check in early. Appreciated having that available!

Great staff, Jonathan was extremely helpful we arrived off the cruise ship at 9:00 AM and were allowed to check in immediately. Really nice way to unwind after a busy morning.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

Overall a good hotel. Great staff. The issue raised with them as well is that it is very cold on all hallways we had a premium room (twice in 3 weeks ) and found the air conditioning blowing only cold air regardless of setting. The only way to warm up the room is to close it.
