Basic room, good stay for an airport layover. Convenient location. No frills for the 3 stars. Bit pricey but it worked out well for a quick stay. Shuttle bus service and drivers were excellent.

3 - 4 starts for the cleaning room service. It is not daily.
2- starts for parking area, is really poor, not too many spaces available and have an incredible high price of $18 daily.

We reserved three mini-suite bedrooms from Sunday to Wednesday. Because the hotel is very close to the cruise port, arriving on a Sunday meant the lobby was extremely crowded with guests checking in and out.

When we arrived, we asked if the hotel could hold our luggage while we waited for check-in. Unfortunately, we were told there was no safe or secure space available. We were informed that we could leave our luggage around the check-in area, but the hotel would not be responsible for it. Since many other bags were already there, we decided to leave ours as well and added our names to a long list for early check-in.

Around 2:30 PM, we received a call saying one room was available, while the other two would be ready at 3:00 PM. Because we were traveling with elderly parents (ages 75 and 73) and children, we accepted the available room. When 3:00 PM arrived, we checked again for the remaining rooms and were told they were running late and might be ready by 4:00 PM. We were told we would be compensated with a late checkout.

We finally received the other two rooms at 4:00 PM and were told we could check out at 12:30 on Tuesday. While the delayed check-in was frustrating, the rooms themselves were spacious. We had reserved mini suites, which included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric cooktop, and dishes, which was very convenient.

However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. One bathroom had a broken toilet seat, and my husband and I experienced

The hotel has a convenient location near the expressway & airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, good water pressure, staff is friendly & courteous. Breakfast is on the 10th floor with a pretty view.

This is such a fantastic pre-cruise or post-cruise option. The staff was incredible, very friendly and did everything they could to get us checked in as early as possible. The 10th floor hospitality lounge was amazing for breakfast. There was an incredible selection of breakfast, very clean and constantly restocked.

We had a wonderful stay, we returned from a cruise and had a long wait to check in which is understandable, but overall a great stay!

I have already stayed for two nights. After the schedule was changed, I had to stay for another night. The front desk asked me to re-order, which was very troublesome. There was always a long queue at the front desk, and the check-in process was lengthy and time-consuming. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so inefficient. The owner of this hotel only wants to save money. The employees are busy and hard-working but not well-trained. The auntie in the restaurant is very busy. This hotel should hire more employees. The limited manpower can't handle so many customers. The washing machine is free, but the inside of the machine is very dirty. It seems that there is no time to clean it. I don't recommend this hotel.

I wanted to make a complaint regarding my local store because they gave me a email address instead of just taking down my complaint regarding my hamburger been bitten and then given to me... i'm very disappointed with Burger King's lack of response and help at their headquarters..SAD

Got a burger from Burger King yesterday - only $3 or so...but at Mcdonalds for like 1.40 you get a good size one. This one was about 2'' across.....like really?

Burger King store #30 is the worst fast food place I have ever went to in my life first of all I found a hair in my food. Then the gave me the wrong food with the wrong order and it was cold I ask for a refund on 07/18/2016 I still have not received my refund now I have to wait until Monday to call some one.

What is happening with Starbucks??? When you can't even ask questions about a product without getting bad attitude from the staff, you can't expect everyone to know everything about the coffee's or the food, many people that come to this store are from other country's. Obviosly someone is not doing their job about customer service.

Staff always asks if you have been helped, online orders also get done quick, staff is friendly. Been here a few times and AC is very cool.

Only negative feedback are the bathroom, they smell all the time.

I am giving three stars, because my previous experiences have been good. Unfortunately, a barista named Emily and her counterpart have robbed this store of the remaining two stars.

Last weekend in the afternoon I was hoping to quickly grab a coffee on my way to an appointment. I did grab a coffee, but not quickly. I went inside and stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity (probably 3-5 minutes but if you actually timed it, that's way too long to wait for acknowledgement/ service). It was not a peak time, there was no one else being helped, but I'll give it to the girls that there were only two of them there and one was clearly on her way out. It would have been nice of her to help me by at least taking my order, but ok.

Finally Emily comes over and seems super confused by my asking how many pumps of caramel syrup are added to a tall iced coffee. Once we finally sorted that out, she charges me for a grande. I tell her I ordered a tall not a grande, and then she proceeds to tell me how many pumps of syrup are in a grande. Ok.

When my order was comprehended and made, I realized there was no half and half at the counter as there usually is so I asked Confused Emily if I could use the one they have behind the counter. She proceeded to pour the half and half in a little cup, I suppose so I would not leave any trace evidence on the dairy carton. She followed up by telling me that I can just order the dairy in drink when placing my order and that it does not cost extra. I'm thinking, "Honey, this is not my first trip to Starbucks, and if you cannot handle answering how many pumps of flavor are in a tall, then you most certainly not handle getting my drink to the appropriate shade of heavenly coffee."

And to top it all off, the drink wasn't that great and tasted watered down. Ay dios mio - not the experience I would wish on a seasoned Starbucks customer in a hurry.

Very nice location. Friendly staff and they work as fast as they can, considering that this location gets very busy in the mornings; it is located just off a major expressway and there is a large, corporate complex down the street. My biggest complaint is more for Starbucks' corporate offices on improving mobile orders when they run out of items and training staff on a specific procedure on how to handle that.
At this location, the bathroom tends to be dirty most of the time, but I suspect that is due to the heavy traffic they experience. Overall, a nice location. I go there a lot and read and meet up with friends.

I asked for an acai smoothie and she put in bags of liquid acai. The rest was water and ice. And then they charged me 8$. Wouldn't recommend it.

The shop is supposed to open at 8 on Fridays and I came at 9am and the door was closed and the lights were on. I called and no one answered. This is not the first time this happens. This absolutely ridiculous ?

I decided to try this place for the fist time and I'm not coming back again after the poor service i received from this man, the employee doesn't speak English and obviously couldn't help me with the different categories in the menu, I wanted to know the difference between planet lite and planet classics. Moreover, i was looking for fiber and he was offered me chia seeds!!!!! it is a shame because the place looked really nice but the employee is not prepared for this job I'm not coming back again.
