Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer
This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen
We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it
One issue I would like to point out is that if your room is close to the ice machine or the elevators, you might experience a considerable amount of noise during the night; this might be due to the significant gaps beneath the doors, which also allow a lot of light to come in
From the first glance, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay establishes itself as a true gem of the city. If you're contemplating a stay here, I cannot recommend the Biscayne Bay suite highly enough
What was I supposed to do at that point? Also our phone was not working in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant to order room service and when it didn’t arrive, I called down to the restaurant and they said oh we thought you received your order because we didn’t get a call from you saying that you didn’t receive it

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces

The bar by the pool has beautiful views and Friday nights they usually have some sort of live music. Great spot to pregame before a night out or for after work happy hour when they have $5 drinks starting at 5pm

Citizen M Miami Works Trade Center is located just in front Miami’a bayside market place and the Kaseya Center. You can find several good restaurants around and easily go walking. Ubers arrive easily to the location.
Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed

The maintenance entered the room with no privacy - just found him in there after going to the front desk! He asked me to pack my stuff - whilst the alarm is going off - so here I am throwing all my stuff out of the room in choas just to get it out - trying to minimise damaging my ears by getting out as quickly as possible
The fire alarm randomly went off at 8am in my room, it's shockingly loud, as they are. The service lady said it's fine, like it's not fine, you cannot stay in the room with that noise it's deafening
I do not recommend this place at all. I will never come back, there's plenty of better hotels
