The view from our window was absolutely beautiful, and the soundproofing was great — very quiet and comfortable. We did have a small issue with parking due to the size of our vehicle, as it was larger than usual

After getting off, we went to the mall converted from a Coast Guard building and had a Cuba Queen Coffee. Everyone says Cuban coffee is good, and it really was rich and smooth; I couldn't resist buying two pounds

The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf

When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key the next day

Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world

Great location, it's close to everything downtown. The hotel is very clean and the price is reasonable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it

One issue I would like to point out is that if your room is close to the ice machine or the elevators, you might experience a considerable amount of noise during the night; this might be due to the significant gaps beneath the doors, which also allow a lot of light to come in

From the first glance, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay establishes itself as a true gem of the city. If you're contemplating a stay here, I cannot recommend the Biscayne Bay suite highly enough

What was I supposed to do at that point? Also our phone was not working in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant to order room service and when it didn’t arrive, I called down to the restaurant and they said oh we thought you received your order because we didn’t get a call from you saying that you didn’t receive it

The bar by the pool has beautiful views and Friday nights they usually have some sort of live music. Great spot to pregame before a night out or for after work happy hour when they have $5 drinks starting at 5pm

The hotel environment is great, I choose this hotel every time I visit.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated

Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious. Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.

This hotel is great!!!! The staff was very understanding when we came in 3 hours before check-in. They allowed my wife and I to go to our room early. It was a wonderful jester after we got off our flights

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces

Nice very large hotel with helpful staff. A lovely pool area & very good for children. However a male server removed my plate before I had finished eating on 3 occasions, so that wasn't so great, after a tip

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient

Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete

It’s a great beach and pool scene, the hotel will undergo an upgrade in May 2025, it’s dated but not too bad. The service was great, nice people

The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks

My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties

I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service

She loved it! I went and hung out at their beautiful pool until it was my turn. Let me just say, Erica can work wonders! She was very informative and descriptive in what was going to do

The concierge at the spa was kind and courteous. She validated our parking and let us know that she was going to call the correct location. Once we arrived at the Brickell location it was amazing from start to finish

I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location

It's a beautiful hotel . Almost amenities are great . I always stay here whenever I'm in Miami

It's very dated, poor lighting, the carpet is disgusting, the bed needs replacement - mattress is old, lack support, the phone doesn't work, the bathroom lost the hook to hang your towel and didn't fix it just paint over it

Pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews. Restaurant in hotel is excellent even though opening hours was limited. Shuttle service was reliable and driver was courteous and helpful

The maintenance entered the room with no privacy - just found him in there after going to the front desk! He asked me to pack my stuff - whilst the alarm is going off - so here I am throwing all my stuff out of the room in choas just to get it out - trying to minimise damaging my ears by getting out as quickly as possible

The fire alarm randomly went off at 8am in my room, it's shockingly loud, as they are. The service lady said it's fine, like it's not fine, you cannot stay in the room with that noise it's deafening

I do not recommend this place at all. I will never come back, there's plenty of better hotels

Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

Great view either on the MIA airport or on the gulf field. nice pool for a rest before your next flight. I took out one star just they could not give me a basic pain killer for incredible headache

It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good

Staff at reception, the restaurant bar, the club lounge and housekeeping are amazing too. They always go more and beyond to make one feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel has a health club and a lvely pool

The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities

This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!)

There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience

Citizen M Miami Works Trade Center is located just in front Miami’a bayside market place and the Kaseya Center. You can find several good restaurants around and easily go walking. Ubers arrive easily to the location.

Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed

Service is good as staff is helpful for self check-in. Pool side Bar is nice.

Some shelves were pretty dusty, but overall a VERY GOOD hotel, with a GREAT LOCATION close to Omni Loop, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Reliable shuttle from/to airport, friendly staff, comfy room.

The location is okay. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes. But the facilities are relatively old. Mainly because our flight arrived too late. We stayed nearby for one night. The price is still high.

M lounge is nice but not nearly as nice as M lounge in Marriott SF Waterfront airport location. Miami M lounge needs more variety and substance. Decent place but overpriced considering how old, dumpy, & outdated it is

My day was a very great experience. My request were handled immediately. The room was very spacious, luxurious, and clean. The restaurants inside the Marriott was the icing on the cake.

Great staff, Jonathan was extremely helpful we arrived off the cruise ship at 9:00 AM and were allowed to check in immediately. Really nice way to unwind after a busy morning.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

Since there were three of us staying in the same room, the sofa bed was a bit small, and you could feel the springs had flattened out when you lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on

The hotel service was good, breakfast was decent, and the hygiene conditions were also quite good

The bathroom had a fault where the pipe leaked and messes up the place. Managemnt knew but could not do anything about it. The place has outdated fixtures and fittings

My biggest disappointment was the pipe leak for the entire duration of my stay
