The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf

When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key the next day

The view from our window was absolutely beautiful, and the soundproofing was great — very quiet and comfortable. We did have a small issue with parking due to the size of our vehicle, as it was larger than usual

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was polite and professional, and the level of customer service was excellent

After getting off, we went to the mall converted from a Coast Guard building and had a Cuba Queen Coffee. Everyone says Cuban coffee is good, and it really was rich and smooth; I couldn't resist buying two pounds

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional

The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

This hotel is great!!!! The staff was very understanding when we came in 3 hours before check-in. They allowed my wife and I to go to our room early. It was a wonderful jester after we got off our flights

We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces

Nice very large hotel with helpful staff. A lovely pool area & very good for children. However a male server removed my plate before I had finished eating on 3 occasions, so that wasn't so great, after a tip

We were tired and wanted to lay down to rest before exploring Miami. This was our first time in Miami and recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in coming to Miami

I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service

The hotel is a great property with great rooms and restaurants. Only problem was that it was understaffed. All the staff were gfriendly and courteous but there were not enough to handle the guests

Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete

Also there were little things like no robes or slippers in the room, and there was a trim board along the bottom of the slidding doors to the balcony that is a serious trip hazzard

My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties

The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks

The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and professional. TV remote was not working right, only stayed one night so didn't pursue repair

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility

It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a very warm ambience and being greeted everyday with a great smile and humble approach is a boon

Then I tried the landline phone which had a red, supposedly charging it, but it was dead! I copied down the phone #, thinking I could simply call the full phone number from a cellphone in the am to ask about staying til 1pm, in the morning and a call about getting my luggage to the lobby

This time I made the mistake on arriving on a Sunday, when the boat cruise people had helped to fill the hotel and this large hotel was completely full. A staffer said he'd put a rush on my room

If the room telephone had worked I could have called the front desk for help. After I had my coffee, I was clearing up things when I noticed and killed a cockroach on top of my used coffee pack

I wish this had been done, instead of giving me such an inferior room. Staff told me a one bedroom was available, and I agreed. Little did I know what lie ahead, in contrast to my prior visits

As a chain hotel, the facilities are consistent with what you'd find across the US, though the rooms are on the smaller side. Service is good and mostly self-service, which is very convenient

Check in process laborious and complicated using a tablet even though staff were available. Room very small and bed is positioned so that one person has to scramble over the other person to get out of bed

Great location, close to everything. The lobby is huge, modern, and stylish, and there's a bar on the top floor. The room itself is a bit small, and there isn't enough space for a large suitcase

The iPad provided does not work, and your changes default to the settings the staff set the temperature to. You also need to operate the TV via iPad, which is a ridiculous endeavour

The price/performance ratio is average. If you have a car, you don't have to live here. Parking costs 1,000 yuan a day. It's better to pay a little more and live in a hotel far away

Rooms here are quite large, and very nice. I liked that they made the room smell like lemongrass. The pool here has a metal bottom which is odd to me. They have virtual bowling but it was broken for my stay

The room isolation is horrible , at 4:30 am we been listing for someone having a call in different language for almost an hour , every morning

I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location

It's a beautiful hotel . Almost amenities are great . I always stay here whenever I'm in Miami

The bathroom was super clean, and the large windows gave the room a bright and pleasant atmosphere. You can really see that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and comfort

While everything was organized, the breakfast staff did not seem as warm or welcoming as the rest of the team. A little more friendliness in the morning would make the experience even more perfect

The room has lots of hidden gems, from a little tray for complimentary shoe shines to slippers and robes already laid out, artistic and delicious truffles, chargers and ports everywhere, luxurious (and not overwhelmingly scented) bath and body products, and a postcard they will mail from the concierge for you

There is an incredibly small sink/ vanity space with one sink and two slim, short countertops on either side that are already mostly full with the complimentary toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, shower caps, etc

The concierge, David, was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. He was able to get us a same-day reservation at a top restaurant in the area with high demand and no public availability

We received prompt and friendly service, a lovely hibiscus tea on arrival, quick bag service, and a variety of complementary amenities and food and service credits for using our Amex

No bidet, which I only mention because our Biscayne Bay hotel had one and that hotel wasn't nearly as nice. Food on site has been impressive. Breakfast was lovely at La Mar

The first room they put my family and I in smelled of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the furniture and men’s face hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels

First of all wow! Exceptional service from Darryl at the front desk! Our flight got in early and he made us very comfortable as we waited for a room to become available, we would have waited hours if it wasn’t for his help and his patience with us! Thank You! We were also able to grab breakfast while we waited and it was so good! We had to go back for more!

There’s also an on-site restaurant for dinner. The lobby is large and comfortable, and the pool area is very relaxing

I stayed at Pullman Miami Airport and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service is very convenient

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

My status was truly valued here, and of note were Corina in her handling a situation I had excellently, and Janiselle, who was an angel. Conrad was also very accommodating. The property staff is truly top-notch

The pool was exactly what I wanted. Not cheap or tacky, accessible 24/7, heated, and the sun was not blocked by any nearby buildings. The weight room was excellent, much better than the weight rooms of most hotels

They do have a well stocked mini bar with snacks and room service is available and has a wide offering of selections. The on-site restaurant/bar is also excellent. Just note that you do have to pay for parking

I chose this hotel because I just wanted to get away, be low-key, unwind, get a tan, workout, and just reset. I ate multiple times in their restaurant, ranging from breakfast to dinner, and was always pleased

I just have one recommendation about the lounge, and that is to have a little more than lays chips and granola bars at the time of afternoon tea. Maybe I’m too used to the lounge experiences I had in Japan

The servers were eager to serve, the housekeepers did a great job and were grateful for their tips, and anytime I had an issue, when I reached out, it was immediately rectified
