The room's soundproofing wasn't great, and the hairdryer in the bathroom was very old. The hotel's surroundings were lovely, but overall, the service felt pretty average. I even had to wait in line to check out.

Had a great first night, so I immediately booked another stay. This time, the front desk guy was a bit cooler (less friendly), but he still granted our request for a 3 PM checkout.

Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

The stay was quite comfortable. There are not many people on the beach. Those who like quietness can come here. The service and facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels of the same level, but it is pretty good in Miami. If you don't want to stay in South Beach, you can come here to lie on the beach

The hotel environment is great, I choose this hotel every time I visit.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

My day was a very great experience. My request were handled immediately. The room was very spacious, luxurious, and clean. The restaurants inside the Marriott was the icing on the cake.

The price/performance ratio is average. If you have a car, you don't have to live here. Parking costs 1,000 yuan a day. It's better to pay a little more and live in a hotel far away. The environment and facilities are also ordinary. There are no surprises. The view of the swimming pool is good. You can see the high-rise buildings and the blue sky when swimming on your back.

The rooms are great. The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pointless. No bar to sit & have a cocktail. Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

The hotel overcharged me for the room and refused to let me leave until the payment was settled. Even though I had already paid the full amount, Ctrip customer service contacted me and told me that we still need to communicate and deal with it.

The service is very good. The service and details that JW should have are handled very well. The hotel is a bit old. I can't tell that it was renovated in 19 years. Everything is quite old. Parking at the hotel is only valet, which is relatively expensive at 45-55 knives a night. The parking fee alone is more than 200 knives these days, and there is no discount for hotel guests, which is normal....

The bathroom had a fault where the pipe leaked and messes up the place. Managemnt knew but could not do anything about it. The place has outdated fixtures and fittings. My biggest disappointment was the pipe leak for the entire duration of my stay

The hotel service was good, breakfast was decent, and the hygiene conditions were also quite good. Since there were three of us staying in the same room, the sofa bed was a bit small, and you could feel the springs had flattened out when you lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

Stayed for 4 days, they messed up the charges three times. Aside from the fantastic service at NUNA Restaurant, everything else was absolutely terrible—It is the worst Four Seasons experience I’ve ever had.

The most important thing is that when I checked out, I had to charge my vacation tax repeatedly. I showed them the details of the order email, but they still insisted on collecting it. In the end, I had to call the order platform to solve the problem.

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. We didn't have our evening meals or lunches there as there are plenty options around. The pool was nice.

We booked a room with breakfast included, but the restaurant did not receive our room number registration and treated it as not including breakfast. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.

Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious. The room so private and spacious, with luxurious bedding!! I enjoyed the steamroom in the spa and cold towels in gym. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The hotel is beautiful.  You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe.  All in all it was a beautiful two days and I would return.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US). The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet...
