We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

The hotel is great but the rooms has consistently had issue. We had a suite with bedroom and living room which door that does not work. After long discussion we been moved to another room which was leaking at the rain. The room isolation is horrible , at 4:30 am we been listing for someone having a call in different language for almost an hour , every morning.

The hotel overcharged me for the room and refused to let me leave until the payment was settled. Even though I had already paid the full amount, Ctrip customer service contacted me and told me that we still need to communicate and deal with it.

The service is very good. The service and details that JW should have are handled very well. The hotel is a bit old. I can't tell that it was renovated in 19 years. Everything is quite old. Parking at the hotel is only valet, which is relatively expensive at 45-55 knives a night. The parking fee alone is more than 200 knives these days, and there is no discount for hotel guests, which is normal....

I stayed for 7 nights. For a 4 star hotel, I'm disappointed. It's very dated, poor lighting, the carpet is disgusting, the bed needs replacement - mattress is old, lack support, the phone doesn't work, the bathroom lost the hook to hang your towel and didn't fix it just paint over it. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. I prepaid my stay, and when my flight was canceled, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for the missed night.
