It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a very warm ambience and being greeted everyday with a great smile and humble approach is a boon. First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. Plus easy to return your rental car and get to the airport in record time. Nice for those early morning flights too. A new soccer stadium is being constructed now behind it too if you like being close to events.

The main lobby snack area. Variety. But, the prices were high. The ability to have something warm, I had a Cuban panini. I was checked quickly.

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

Great location, a nice clean and modern hotel. Pool area not really overly inviting & restaurant opening times/availability seem a little limited. Generally though a great place place to stay for a stopover from the airport.

The rooms are good and this hotel can indeed be a very good hotel. But the staff here are shockingly bad. They don't have hospitality skills whatsoever. Check-in also takes ages because they are always checking in large groups (seems like airline/cruise staff). They hardly answer phone calls made to reception and when they do they are extremely rude and promise you things that never turn up. Worst...

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a bathtub; elderly guests should be careful when getting in and out of the bathtub. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a small takeaway shop.

We stayed there just for two days and I haven’t drink my coffee in the morning as their coffee maker is not hesting even if they ask a technician to fix it.

Location was great.walking distance to beach and city center. Wholefood is right next door.  But the hotel itself is very basic.

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet... Only 2 receptionists and long queues. but overall, we had a nice stay.

Very satisfied. Made a right decision to stay this hotel.

Good service and good location

The service at the bar was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location is good for those who need to be in downtown. The cleaning was a bit superfluous. We stayed there one week, but we received bottles of water and body cream only the first day.

It was over all very good and I would like to come back one day again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

If you’re staying just one night because of a flight connection, the hotel is perfect. But if you’re traveling with family, it’s terrible. It’s decent. Has pool and gym which is nice. Breakfast is quite varied. Rooms are great. Reception can be a bit chaotic sometimes only have 1 staff member on. Would stay again though.

The location, decor of the hotel were great! I had a room with a water view….walkable to downtown Coconut Grove . Definitely an affordable place to stay in a 5 star location!!

Overall very good stay at good price. Pool and cabanas are lovely, friendly accommodating staff. Very clean and modern. Convenient walking distance to Yacht Clubs and downtown Coconut Grove. Bathroom for 2 queen room was very small, promised bay view was more like a city view.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The marina is beautiful. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK. Staff at check in was very nice and willing to help. Only downside was parking is valet only and costs $38 per day.

Bathroom had a 2 x 2.5 foot shower. Would be nearly impossible to fit a large person. Front desk staff had difficulty redeeming Marriott gift cards. Lots of extraneous charges such as destination fee, valet only parking, etc

The best thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle, which runs every half hour, unlike other hotels near the airport.

Our room was great. Location was great for the airport and has a shuttle. We checked in around 10:30 pm and asked for a place to order food. We were recommended a pizza place. YVE Hotel Miami is nicely located in front of Bayfront Park and just a couple of miles away from the cruise line ports. The room is however very small.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall

Great room facing the port. Fantastic view of cruise ships coming in. Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Hotel offered luggage storage and cruise port transfers.

Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage. Trip.com was very thoughtful, providing both Chinese and English check-in vouchers, and even sent a reminder SMS before my stay.

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. Comfortable & clean bed. Not noisy, room size adequate, we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is clean, and the service is good. It's conveniently located in the middle of the terminal. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage; you can't store your bags unless you're checking in, which is a bit inconvenient.

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Convenience of being located in the airport is definitely worth it. Room was fine for one night. As others have noted, you hear the noise from other rooms and the plumbing, but it was not really a bother. I'd stay there again.

Great location, less than a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, warm, attentive, and very polite. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and it even has a swimming pool. Parking is also very convenient.

Very nice rooms. I’ve paid way more for much worse! Front desk is excellent , a consistent greeting and goodbye. Where it falls down is the excellent restaurant which has some serious issues. The team are great but just totally overwhelmed and service (revenue!) is clearly suffering. They need more staff! I’ve rarely witnessed a case as acute as this. Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to the free Mover station, which makes it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting to the airport. They also offer free luggage storage. Just a heads-up, they require a $50 credit card deposit at check-in.

Stayed here as I was going to the kaseya centre and it was a great location. The hotel itself has seen better days but the room being old was clean.
