It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a very warm ambience and being greeted everyday with a great smile and humble approach is a boon. First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. Plus easy to return your rental car and get to the airport in record time. Nice for those early morning flights too. A new soccer stadium is being constructed now behind it too if you like being close to events.

This has been one of my favorite Sheraton's, we stayed overnight next to the airport for an early flight. To get on the elevator you needed a key so I felt safe just from that alone. We had access to the club lounge, which was great. Easy access to the airport.

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

The rooms are good and this hotel can indeed be a very good hotel. But the staff here are shockingly bad. They don't have hospitality skills whatsoever. Check-in also takes ages because they are always checking in large groups (seems like airline/cruise staff). They hardly answer phone calls made to reception and when they do they are extremely rude and promise you things that never turn up. Worst...

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a bathtub; elderly guests should be careful when getting in and out of the bathtub. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a small takeaway shop.

The room facilities are not new. There is a big mirror facing the bed which is not very comfortable. I took out a big bath towel from the bathroom and covered it with it before going to sleep.

Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage. Trip.com was very thoughtful, providing both Chinese and English check-in vouchers, and even sent a reminder SMS before my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're in a prime tourist area. Across the river, there are many yachts, and you can also see the sea-view Ferris wheel. The location is excellent, very close to the cruise terminal and the bustling port area. It's an ideal hotel for a stay, especially if you're cruising. We stayed for two nights before boarding our cruise. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport and port.

The room was not worth it at all. It's just a renovated tiny room with a small washroom. Service is not so great.

Large gap around the door. Single pane window so can hear all noise from outside. Air conditioner very loud and rattles. No option to keep air moving. Broken toilet paper holder and handle on shower knob falls off.

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet... The service at the bar was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location is good for those who need to be in downtown. The cleaning was a bit superfluous. We stayed there one week, but we received bottles of water and body cream only the first day.

Great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant offers complimentary hot water, and there's a swimming pool and a gym. My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow. Apart from that, everything else was good.

I stayed for just one night during a short layover on my way to the Cayman Islands. The location is very convenient—close to the airport with a free shuttle, which was great. The shuttle was easy to find, located in the departure area between gates 7 and 23. The room was clean, but there was no kettle in the room. I could’ve probably asked the front desk, but I didn’t want to bother them.

They charge for parking per night. They should deliver the Receipt or Invoice at the moment where they charge but the personnel were not friendly and didn’t provide it at the moment. At checkout the individual mentioned they can not issue the invoice.

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast. Parking was available only in the garage and costs $38 a night with valet parking. Not other options and we think it’s expensive.

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to the free Mover station, which makes it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting to the airport. They also offer free luggage storage. Just a heads-up, they require a $50 credit card deposit at check-in.

Hotel was horrible, don't recommend it at all, carpet stunk, elevator was dirty, other hair in bed and showers. Overall very bad decision to book this hotel. Will never stay here again

Stayed here as I was going to the kaseya centre and it was a great location. The hotel itself has seen better days but the room being old was clean.

The location was excellent. Great view from my room. However, parking was confusing—there was a discrepancy between the prices listed on the website and what was charged on-site. Additionally, the method for opening the room door wasn’t intuitive and could benefit from clearer instructions.

Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel. The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead. 🤔

The Miami city tours in the red bus is just opposite the hotel just 2 minutes walk. 2 Indian restaurants are wishing 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Good coty view from The hotel. The boat tours are also available opposite the hotel.

On the up side, the bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. It was also reasonably large. The shuttle driver at 7am was excellent. Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk or housekeeping when I needed a pillow. The room smelled bad, there was a Keurig with coffee but no cups. I generally like the Hilton Brand but this particular hotel was a bit disappointing.

I booked a room here on a flight to Miami because the airline told me I’d miss my connection. When we landed, my connecting flight was delayed and I was able to make it. Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are fine. So overall I guess it was fine. But I’m really off put being charged $28 per night to park and $17 for a breakfast croissant. The latter was good but overpriced even by Miami standards. Then $4 for coffee and $4 for orange juice. Next time at least buy me dinner before you have your way with me!

Spent a week here although it is on the expensive side, the room was generally clean, though it could have used a bit of dusting nothing major. The staff was friendly, and this remains my top choice whenever I’m in Miami. The shuttle service could benefit from better timing and coordination. Booked it for airport shuttle and looked good online, but turns out not 24 hours airport shuttle and reception area is not very welcoming. Staff is good and room condition is okay, but not for the price for what we paid...

The place was nice but the staff was usually not there when checking in or out. We had to wait for a minute or two for someone to come out and greet us.

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. Comfortable & clean bed. Not noisy, room size adequate, we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is clean, and the service is good. It's conveniently located in the middle of the terminal. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage; you can't store your bags unless you're checking in, which is a bit inconvenient.

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Convenience of being located in the airport is definitely worth it. Room was fine for one night. As others have noted, you hear the noise from other rooms and the plumbing, but it was not really a bother. I'd stay there again.
