The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you.
The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds, towels and bar
The food in the restaurants is all bad: we tried pizza, breakfast, and salads.
They don't clean the room every day.
The hotel staff is questionable:
1. They didn't warn us that if we needed a transfer to the airport, we had to book it 24 hours in advance (it was already late that evening).
2. We asked if we could use the phone to call a hotel in another city, and they simply said "yes." What a surprise to see our phone bill in the morning! No warning, no information about rates. Disgusting!
3. The receptionist seemed reluctant to order a taxi for us: if it weren't for a colleague nearby, I'm sure she would have turned us down.
I'm completely dissatisfied with this hotel.
