The room was quite spacious, as is typical in North America. We had to bring our own toiletries. The room was reasonably clean. There's a 24/7 airport shuttle that runs every hour on the hour and half-hour, on a continuous loop. Just wait by the lobby entrance, it's easy to spot.
The only downside is that it's close to the airport, so it's quite noisy, and the soundproofing isn't great. Also, guests checking in are likely catching early or late flights, so there was constant noise from doors opening and closing throughout the night. I had an early flight and barely slept all night, though I admit I might have been a bit anxious myself.

The room was nice and the service was okay. However, the airport shuttle running every 30 minutes was a bit inconvenient, especially since if it's full, you have to wait another half hour. It's not very user-friendly.

Convenient location near the Orlando International Airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Ordered online. upgraded chips to fries. They said they didn't make the fies because it comes with chips. I ask about the upgraded price not being reduced, they explain that the website has their pricing wrong. I took a brochure with me from inside the store. Brochure reflects website pricing. Chips were stale as can be. And they were completely dishonest over $2. I guess they didn't think I'd look in the container before leaving. Here all week. This is right across the street from my hotel. Would've been convenient to order from again...but I won't.

Where is the negative stars, plural?! Ordered pizza for delivery for kids and went to sleep. 1.5 hours later kids wake me up. NO PIZZA! I call to find out where the pizzas are. Guy says they just came put of the oven and they just left the store. "Is that okay?" NO IT'S NOT OK! I don't expect to pay full price for an hour late pizzas. Guy says he'll give me 20% off the price of the pizzas. So he now tells me the total bill will be $4 more than what they quoted me for the pizzas. ($33 for 2 pizzas turned into $37) The guy wanted to argue with me that I was mistaken about the price I was quoted. So charge me nothing and take your pizzas back to the store that was literally a third of a mile away from the hotel I was staying at. So I ordered Papa John's and now am getting 2 extra large pizzas and a two liter for less money. I usually like to support small business owners over large national chains, but this small business owner needs to go away. Just there to rip people off of hard earned money. Buyer beware! BTW couldn't smell the pizza while I argued with the delivery guy. Must be from the cold pizza they wanted to push on me.

I stopped here after work for pizza and wings for my family. It's down the street from my office so I figured it would be convenient. I ended up paying $40 for a large pizza and 24 wings. Tourist trap area so I knew I'd pay more. I waited over 25 minutes for my food and I was on my way. Or so I thought. When I got home there were only 8 wings in the bag. I called to be put on hold then be told sorry come pick them up. I told them I live 20 minutes away and was told they'll keep the wings warm for me. When I went back I was handed the missing wings, given a half assed sorry & sent on my way. Not once was I offered anything to make up for this. Even a coupon towards my next purchase would have been better than nothing. Yes I should've checked the bag before leaving but after waiting for as long as I did, the order should've been right. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off of my experience.

This place is great. I did give it a shot regardless of the negative comments, which in anyway didn't seem legit, as the food pictured isn't even served at Alexander's. The food was good, and the Pizza was memorable. The staff is friendly, and attentive. They even have a bar which is a great place to relax and have a drink after a conference or work, since the place is very close to all the airport hotels your job might put you in.

Actually received fairly prompt service at the bar. A second server even double checked I had been helped. Clearly this is not the Denny's of my youth. And the food was good too.

Terrible experience. We came in with 9 people, several of which were our children who planned to eat off the adult menu. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which is expected. Once seated, no one came by. We asked a couple of times and still didn't see anyone. After 15 minutes we left to walk across the street to Fridays. We were promptly sat and served at Fridays.

Very pleasant waitresses especially the one with the blue rings around her eyes. I sort I don't remember her name. But always very helpful. But this Denny's is too cold and the service can be slow.

Food was great. Service was great. The paying for your check at the front could be improved on. Stood at the front for about 10 mins before paying. They seemed to possibly be short staffed. But that didn't stop their cooks. Like I said food was great. They are doing a Breast Cancer Donation right now as well ?
