Staff, cleanliness and service was great. The bathroom sink leaked a bit and there was a dampness throughout the hotel but best bang for your buck for sure!

My experience was very positive, excellent service, a beautiful place to stroll and relax. The hotel was very nice, and the breakfast was very good. I was supposed to pre-check in at 3:00, but the young woman helped us and we were able to do it earlier. In short, we'll be back again! 😉😘

The room was in disrepair. It had mildew and rust everywhere, walls were falling apart, and random plaster patch jobs everywhere. It had a bad moisture issue and everything felt damp. The people around and in the hotel were suspicious and loitering at all times of day and night. The owner was a bit strange/unfriendly and was discussing stripping cars for scraps right after talking about towing everyone in the lot.

The room was fine but a security deposit of $75 plus taxes was taken and despite 2 emails sent I have not been refunded. I am still awaiting a response.

It was nice cleans room clean areas the ladies are always nice ask if you can 9kay etc 8 always stay there on vacation each year some else remember me and room 8 stay etc lol but it always nice there thank you

The hotel seems like a renovated efficiency apartment building. It needs a major overhaul. Nothing like the pictures. The room was clean, but I didn't stay overnight. I wouldn't stay there again.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Total DISAPPOINTMENT! I booked in advance based on reviews and photos from the website. We wanted to spend New Year's Eve there because the hotel is located next to the lake in the city center. We booked three nights. In the end, from the first step I took when I entered the hotel, I realized that we had made a huge mistake. The hotel is DIRTY! Since it was already evening and we were very tired from the road, we took a room hoping that the room would be normal. When we entered the room, I realized that I could not stay there for a minute. The receptionists were not surprised by our decision. They said that they would take money for one night and return us money for the next two. In the end, no one returned anything. We had to urgently look for another hotel, overpay three times more because it was New Year's holidays. In general, to say that we were upset is to say nothing ((( Our stay in Orlando was very expensive for us thanks to this hotel.

Good brunch, mimosas were delicious! Definitely will be back. Great location, Love the vibe! Oh, and the shots were yummy!

Will not return to this location. Did not get greeted even after waiting 10 minutes by the front. Went to the bar to order takeout which took over 30 minutes to come out. This would've been understandable if they were busy but they weren't. When we asked the bartender to check she said there was only one cook for night. Wings were mediocre didn't taste crispy or fried more like over baked. My wings were cooked through however my friends wings were raw on the inside!!! Very disappointed.

I had the bison burger. Really good. The fries are a good too... if you like beer you will be in heaven.

Not a place to go. Ever. Went into it on a slow Tuesday night, took at least 30 minutes to get our food. When we got it, I almost wish we didn't. Some tater tots were as bland as cardboard, others were so salty I could feel my blood pressure rise. I got the Fog City- more like Wrong City- the turkey burger was grossly unseasoned. I took the first bite and regretted leaving my house. The sprouts were soggy and kept getting caught in my teeth. Not worth the trip nor the price. I've had better at McDonald's

Burgers were so fresh! Perfectly medium and juicy for me and perfectly well done for my friend. I had both the sweet potato fries & Idaho and both were hot and delish! Our waiter was fun & friendly. Perfect!

Great foods and atmosphere. The Sunday brunch is definitely chaotic. I won't go back there for that, overpriced and they mixed out checks multiple times. I was overcharged then refunded. But overall the foods and drinks are good and atmosphere is fun

This place felt dirty and cheap. All tables and chairs were mixed and uneven. Food took over 45 minutes and was average and cold. The shrimp on my wife's plate looked like it survived, barely, World War Three. Also the mug I was served my beer in had a crack down the side in it. Prompt replacement after I had to get up and flag down our waiter. Avoid, there are better options in Orlando.

Excellent service from the moment you walk in. Just had their incredible Tuesday specials. All drinks were great They also made drinks that we're not on the menu, but were happy to when requested. We had a group of 6, and th waitress kept up the refills fantastically. Highly recommend!!

They have a really good salmon salad here and I enjoy the fish tacos. The fries are also good here. In the inside is quite loud however and you can't hear yourself think.
