Really enjoyed our stay, it was a nice area with lots of things and food near by. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Our organization booked a group stay across Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown and Home2 Suites. What should have been simple turned into over 60 days of confusion, duplicate charges, and constant back and forth.
At one point, more than $2,200 in incorrect charges, duplicate charges, and holds hit our account. A $1,080 authorization sat there for nearly a month. We also uncovered duplicate charges for the same room night, and only one was ever refunded.
The most frustrating part is that I raised concerns early and often. Multiple times, I was told over the phone and via text that the remaining balance would be refunded. I trusted that and gave them time to fix it.
Now, after all of that, I’m being told to take it up with my bank.
I was also told that points would be added to our account for the inconvenience, and that never happened either.
Simply no accountability on their end.
I shouldn’t have had to manually reconcile bank statements and folios just to understand what I was charged. And I definitely shouldn’t have been told one thing repeatedly, only for that to change weeks later.
If you’re booking here, especially for a group, watch your charges closely and keep your own records. Do not assume things will be handled correctly behind the scenes.

Did not like that our only option for parking was paying valet. after already paying to stay at the hotel. we found parking elsewhere

I loved that the pool was open later, and that there was a Starbucks attached to it that you could walk to for breakfast.

The room is very unhygienic! There are a lot of bed bugs! My legs were bitten all over! I couldn't sleep all night because of the itchiness! I don't know if it will leave scars. I have started to have an allergic reaction. After reporting it to the manager, he said he didn't know if I was bitten outside! ? I have never been outside. I spend most of my time in the hotel. There is no way I could be bitten like this! I will never trust Hilton again!

I had plans to park my car next-door for $10 , well , So much for that because I told the guy that I was going to run and check in and drop off my luggage. He took the liberty to go park my car so I ended up paying $35 because they had to do valet but I don’t wanna park my car. I only wanted to get off and drop off my stuff. , I think there’s something behind that, and I really want to say it was done intentionally , also , aside from that , I literally had to beg the lady at the front desk if I can stay till 12 since we weren’t sleep deprived , ( mind you , the hotel was literally empty ) Her alibi was that housekeeping cannot approve it because the hotel was full ( big lie ) And this morning when we went to have breakfast, I order my two omelettes, but my wife has some illness. We had to go upstairs take her pressure and give her her medicine and when we came back downstairs, we found out the staff throwaway or breakfast, which we didn’t even get to touch. She didn’t apologize and tell me no problem I’ll make you another omelette just to find out they billed me for that omelette , If there’s anything good about this hotel is the price and a comfortable bed , Nothing in the area was available to eat , And all the cars that are making noises or audible from inside my room . Anyway… If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place, but if the noise doesn’t bother you, the beds are comfortable and the towels are clean 👍

The only thing that pulls the entire stay is the houskeeping. It states, that they do house keeping every other stay. I stayed for three nights. Came back on day two arround 16.00. No house keeping done. Called the reception, they had forgotten and would send someone up. I went out for dinner and cane back arriund 9 pm. Still no fresh towels or madr beds. I called down again quite frustrated.
This affected the entire stay, because they went lower that what they sell to the customers.

The check-in experience was a little unpleasant as we arrive after 12am due to flight delay and the front desk was empty. Thanks to existing guest coming out hence we were able to be let in to sit and wait for the front desk at the lobby. Turns out the person was away on toilet break. Perhaps a sign would had kept us aware. We later found out the front desk was in the toilet from the security. We have a few other people all waiting for check in or for the valet parking.
What has done well obviously is the locked door that only access card can be let in and also the security making rounds. This had certainly boost my confidence of the security of this hotel.
I am also impressed by the cleanliness and space of the hotel room. All in all, happy with my stay even though online booking photos was artist impression.

Decent food terrible customer service. More concerned with their cost than making sure your order is correct and on time. The owner makes excuses for his staff and lies for the manager who also front desk and delivery. Not to mention he was rude unapproachable and seemed even upset that I had a concern. The staff (Amy) is yelling at customers on phone and in person for being late to pick up or confusing them with other customers. Business isn't just about transaction but interaction as well. And if there are multiple complaints it maybe time to look into your business and staff and your own way of doing things! Another customer lost and in our case 11 from our office.

Good food but Horrible customer service. Ordered food for coworkers one day and got yelled at from the person that took my order! Claiming that the day before I put an order in and never picked up the food so they had to throw it away? I have no idea what they are talking about! Same number and name and same order they said!!!!! Same number? Same name on order? No way! Horrible horrible experience!

2pm on Wednesday, food taste ok but it's cold. On par with services and cleanliness. Pricy for a Chinese takeout, probably because they are among the closest to the courthouse in downtown where oriental food selection is limited.
