Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent. $10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando.

Gorgeous hotel. Impressive from beginning to end. Room beautifully decorated and spotless. Comfortable beds and quiet room even though hotel was completely booked and my stay was over a Friday night. Every staff member was friendly and very helpful!! Wonderful overall experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Crazy Marriott fail - I reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights...Marriott decided to charge me an extra night for one of my staff "since we were nearly at capacity we check one of your rooms in at 3am the previous day to ensure the reservation wasn't bumped".

WHAT??

I have been Gold or Platinum solidly for over 14 years. I feel betrayed - this has spoiled my loyalty, especially with how they refused to handle or look further into it.

Could easily be five stars. Low point was the mussels appetizer. The dish was good but a little lacking in flavor. Main courses (snapper and strip) were excellent. Great selection of craft beers, wine and bourbon.

Service was adequate but a few minor misses (asking twice for water and no steak knife delivered with the strip) kept it from being 100% perfect.

Would definitely come back here. Great menu and very fresh food.

Worst experience ever and our first one! Won't ever return. Service was horrible, never received silverware, never got refills, server was MIA and didn't have a good attitude. They say she was overwhelmed with too many tables bit we saw her taking pictures with a group of guys. Asked for all wings to be extra crispy and they came out barely done. When we told her she took the wings and they just threw them back in the fryer and gave them back. Most disgusting taste ever!!! Drove 30 minutes for nasty food and poor service. Manager tried to apologize and I say apologize because all he did was make excuses. He then gives us cards to "come" back but they are all buy something get something free...really!! Left very disappointed and won't EVER go back to this one. Kirkman Road Hooters is the best!!!

So. Bad. Wings had no sauce, and even though I've had the same wings at every other hooters for YEARS, the manager argued with me and said every other store was doing it wrong. Our food took forever, was mostly cold, and overall awful experience. I love hooters and may not ever go back after going to this particular location.

Excellent customer service. They tried to accommodate every one team's on this football Sunday. It seemed like every team that played at 1pm was on a screen. Only one complaint. My appetizers were cold and came out with all the food.
