Yes it the 1st day, but the 2nd day was terrible my room was cleaned, was very disappointed

Beautiful property. First I must say, I understand it’s not all inclusive. The rooms were clean. Check-in is later than most hotels; 4pm and check out at 11am. However, we didn’t receive our room until 524pm. The walls were really thin. I heard a toilet flushed next door pretty much every hour from 11pm until 5am. The doors slammed, although they had a silencer on them for quiet close. The bathroom leaks water from the shower through the toilet area out to the front door based on space setup. We heard footsteps going down the stairs. We were two doors away from the fire exit and still heard it. No microwave and you can’t order food from the restaurant to pick up. The Rise restaurant was good. Food was plentiful and service was okay in most cases. Council Oak was perfect with exceptional customer service. We celebrated our 13 anniversary and we never got a happy anniversary from the staff; not even a “how was your stay” when we were leaving. I wouldn’t visit again for special occasions. Unfortunately overrated and a cash cow.
