Best experience I have had at a hotel. Left a cruise, left my wallet in a taxi . I was lost. Did not have the taxi name or number. A bellhop suggested that I call security. Received taxi number and also their phone # . I am ever so grateful , the food and staff were outstanding . Edward who worked the pool was exceptional.

After spending over $500 a night, I was extremely unhappy because the room was not as cold as I like. I tried to call the front desk but had no success. I must be honest and say, I have stopped at hotels that were half the price but I was extremely satisfied.

I HAD STAYED HERE A FEW YEARS AGO AND IT WAS A BETTER EXPERIENCE. The location is great but the beach has a lot of garbage at the shore line and during the length of our stay it was not cleaned. Check the weather ahead of time because the waves were so strong we could not go into the water. Paying well over $400.00 a night and I was very disappointed. This is more of a family type resort. Lots of kids running around and owning the pool areas and lobby all day . If you are looking for a quite couples weekend this would not be the place. High Resort fees and daily parking fees. The food and drinks are extremely over priced . I expected more from this Hotel at its price point. I suggest purchasing the breakfast plan since the breakfast buffet fee is over $70.00 dollars for a couple. If you want to lay on the beach, the good beach chairs are an up charge. If you want a small beach umbrella is over $30.00 It felt like all the amenities I wanted use came with hidden fees. Other than the staff that work for tips, the rest of the staff was not as friendly as I remember. We would greet them and they seemed not engaged or happy to be there (This could be the norm for that area). I have stayed in less expensive locations and had a much better experience.

great property but housekeeping was horrible. no supploes were replaced. asked for a bar of soap the woman walked to her cart, handed it to me and walked away. all other staff very nice

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the pool, ocean and breakfast buffet. Two things that could have been approved was give free bottled water in room instead of charging $8 per bottle however I did appreciate the free fruit infused water throughout the resort. The other charge that I thought was steep was the umbrellas at the beach. The loungers are free however $25 a day for the umbrellas I felt should have just come with the chairs. Also this resort is not real walkable to the boardwalk or restaurants. But we loved all the transportation options available. We road the golf carts frequently. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved this resort and the area around it. Always felt safe. Some of the restaurants we visited were some of the best food my husband and I had ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty such as the floors. There were German roaches along with their regular palmetto bugs. I had found a dead in my room and one alive. My friend had them crawling all over her room and switched 3 times. All the rooms she had were infested much worse than mine. Very disturbing.

100% would recommmend, staff is super friendly, valet staff was so attentive, beach amenities were so convenient. We chose this place as a weekend staycation and it was so relaxing that we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, the hotel had everything covered.

Very professional staff, bed was not comfortable felt like rolling hills, extra charges for everything, food in restaurant just ok, I did like the pool area and private beach, the room was good sized however not worth the cost, I’ve stayed in Turks and Caicos at least 5x and it was more affordable there with more for the buck. I found it disappointing

Everything was nice except the parking prices. $60 a day is too much. I hope they can change the prices and make them more affordable for people so they can enjoy their time

This restaurant is amazing and probably catches a lot of bad reviews being that it's in a hotel so tourists who don't appreciate amazing food or who may not be foodies get bent over trivial things. I can say with confidence that the menu and food here is unlike anything else in the area. Everything we had was incredible and there were so many unique dishes it was hard to choose just a few. Fresh, modern and definitely worth it - the views aren't bad either. A must try for serious foodies.

Service, atmosphere and food all top notch. We went with our waiters recommendation of the Chef's Choice. It was a 5 course meal to die for. Each dish was better than the last. Dishes were beautiful, innovative and bursting with flavor. Compliments to Chef Adrienne and her staff. We will be back sooner than later.

Excellent dining experience. Food was fresh, flavorful and well prepared. Whole snapper was crisp on the outside, moist and tender on the inside with a panoply of perfectly balanced flavors. Service was outstanding, and our waitperson Stephen, had sampled the menus himself and was able to make great recommendations. We will definitely be back.

While taking a weekend vacation to escape chilly St. Louis, my wife and I were looking for a unique date night. We certainly found that at Chef Jean Pierre's! Taking a cab directly from the airport, we arrived a few minutes late but were made to fell extremely welcome. We were greeted with enthusiasm and the wonderful smells of bouillabaisse!...

Beautiful views and good food. Usually very busy but worth it. Coffee is nice and strong. Food comes relatively quick. Really enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the ocean.

As for a resort restaurant and bar, a great place, great views and the food is really very good.
Drinks can be a bit stiff, price wise, but you are right on the beach at a great resort, you gotta expect to pay the price.
