Hotel just felt poorly run from the second I entered where I opened the door and held it open for my spouse. The front desk was rude and abrupt. They said they would send up a fruit platter but never did. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. The balcony's are separated by a see-through fabric and I could see and hear the neighbors. The gym in this place is tiny. They nickel and dime with hidden charges like a $59 charge for the valet. I didn't feel like the ratings and cost of this place are justified and wouldn't recommend.

Older facility, A/C quit working, my room literally looked out at a wall, Staff was very polite and assured me I could be moved later in the day and no attempt was made to follow through with this, staff seemed to have zero authority to make any accommodations.

We had the best vacation here to celebrate our anniversary and they were so attentive

Not The Ritz I Once New - Not Worth the $$$$
The front desk woman didn’t know how to even be hospitible. I attempted to order food the minute I got into my room, but the phone was broken, so even though I was extremely tired, I had to go downstairs to request it be fixed & find a place to order food. My Caesar salad came with shrimp that was so salty, I had to rinse the dressing they put on it off to eat it. Room service forgot to bring salt & pepper. They said they would be right back, I waited since I love pepper on my salad but they didn’t return until I finally ate my entire meal. They claimed there was an issue with the elevators. Then I wanted to take a nap & the maintenance person came & let themselves in to fix the phone! I was startled & jumped up. I asked them to come back later. They said they would come @ 4pm. Instead they came @ 6pm while we were getting ready for dinner. I went to my pedicure app.@ 4 pm. I noticed it was empty but they told me earlier that it was booked up so I could not get a mani/pedi & I needed to pick one or the other. I asked the woman @ the desk if she could get me in for a mani as well, since it was so quiet in there. She said no because they close at 5! So in I went for the pedicure & I was rushed out at exactly 5 with wet toenails & then charged over $100! The manager said she would comp. my lunch for all the issues the hotel was having, but when I check out, the salad was not comped! Also the hotel is old & there is a lot of damage to the walls, frames and cheaply decorated.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Olas, Florida was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and world-class service that set the tone for the entire visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect professional, attentive, and always a step ahead of my needs.

The property itself is stunning, with elegant décor that perfectly balances luxury and comfort. My room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both breathtaking views and all the amenities I could ask for. Housekeeping maintained everything flawlessly throughout my stay.

Dining at the Ritz was a highlight every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service team made me feel cared for at every seating. The spa and wellness facilities were also first-class, providing a truly relaxing escape.

What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality. It didn’t feel transactional; it felt personal. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued, which is what makes Ritz-Carlton experiences so memorable.

I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking true luxury in South Florida. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

My wife and I stayed at this Ritz-Carlton for our first trip to Florida. To say it was outstanding is an understatement. The hotel, staff, room, service, and included/surrounding amenities are excellent. The ONLY small thing we wish would be changed for future guests and stayers would be to extend the outdoor pool hours a little longer (but they are open very early which was a bonus).

This property was beautiful from start to finish. A great location across the street from the Water. We really enjoyed the two Jacuzzi spas on the pool deck upstairs. And we had excellent service.

Excellent staff and very personalized care. We felt well looked after. The location is great and the hotel food itself is top tier. We had a great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a mother daughter Taylor Swift concert! Our room was impeccable and the view of the ocean heavenly. The staff that assisted us during our stay were friendly, warm, professional and incredibly helpful - individually and collectively. Monty went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and retrieving our ride to the airport. He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. From start to finish, our visit was most enjoyable! Can’t wait to come back.

Food is good as is the view. Sometimes there is a wait to get a good table overlooking the beach, but it's a popular place, so it's expected.

A easy choice for a hangout, tourist or local. $19 fish bowls big enough for 3 are a no brainier for days out and fun photos! Food not too expensive, with a great view and fair drink process. Fish tacos excellent as usual.

Mediocre but beautiful view. It just seems that they need to revamp their menu and fresh it up a little bit. Our server was Jessica and she was so nice and pleasant. I order a shrimp basket and fries which was okay but the sauce that comes with it taste old. My vegan friend order a basket of fries and they gave him so little as if was a kid fry. No alcohol in the fish bowl drink, taste like juice. With all that I would still go back because it’s a beautiful view and nice vibes.

Love the place. Very friendly and easygoing stuff. I don't care what would you order, but you must get baked muscles. I ate 4 lbs of them for dinner, and before I go back home on Sunday, I am going back for more.

Service was good, but food, not so much. I had the wings, they were so dry, sauce was nonexistent. I ordered the summer crab dip and the smell was disgusting, even the people around us were complaining. It really smelled like sewage. The drinks were okay, not potent. We had strawberry daiquiri and Miami vice. The waitress told me the rum runner was disgusting and to not order it. The live band was loud and we could barely hear ourselves talk. The atmosphere was fun and party like.

I had an awesome experience here. The waitress was super nice and the food was delish. I ordered the boneless wings by accident but they were juicy and were more meat than breading.
21.11.2017 Kimberly
Amazing location on the main strip right across from the beach. I loved the outdoor seating at this restaurant. You have the best views of the ocean waves, boats and jetskiis. The menu items and drinks are perfectly priced for a casual bite in this location. Our Hooters girl was also attentive and friendly.
16.11.2017 Andy
Best Hooters in South Florida and my favorite place to grab a beer. Awesome atmosphere and always a great place to watch the games. Five thumbs up!!
25.10.2017 Natasha
The drinks are pretty cheap. It will run about ($8). Again, I'm visiting from NY so I don't know if that's a normal thing out here.
I thoroughly enjoyed my wings and I loved the seating right by the open space with the gorgeous views of the beach and taking in the salty sea air. They seem like they have alot of specials for each day the week.
The pretzel with beer cheese was surprisingly good but I don't think it was worth 11$ to be honest. I will be back for the drinks & wings!
The service is a bit crappy. It started raining and it took them 15 minutes to lower the blinds. Our server was nice but it took her a long time to get back to us. It seemed like she was doing alot of running around so maybe they need to hire more staff or better management but the food is good.

The ice cream was good but the women that worked there clearly didn't like her job
08.02.2017 Erik
We waited 7 minutes for the lady to come out of the back and serve us. Once she did come out, she was unfriendly (didn't even so much as smile) and showed no emotion whatsoever. The ice cream itself was good. Prices range around $6-8 for a cone.
03.02.2017 Sarah
Nice little ice cream shop. Ate ice cream and watched live music.
18.10.2016 Luba
Less one star because they don't accept American Express.

It is honestly the best ice cream I've had.

It is the second time I have been to the cafe on two different trips to Miami. Both times the food and service have both been great. I have sat outside both time and admired the amazing views. Recommend!

Slow service. Ordered mango margarita got a lime. It was good and half the price. Had steamed lobster it was severely over cooked and un edible. Wife had chicken Marsala I thought it was fish cause it was so thin and over cooked. We brought the issues to the servers attention. He said everybody likes it took the plates and left. Came back 20 mins later with a bill for full price and circled the tip options. We had to go eat else where after our experience.
Save your money go somewhere good!
28.11.2017 Jo
Very nice food and atmosphere. Server was attentive. Enjoyed sitting outside
28.11.2017 Justin
Best place on the beach around this area. Everywhere else is way to expensive and ridiculously loud at night. Someone selling earplugs would make a fortune down the street. You can go here for a nice meal breakfast lunch or dinner then go party somewhere else. Bartender here is also the best. I eat at the bar, instead of sitting outside, just to be served by her and drink yummy drinks.
15.11.2017 John
The plates are nice, the clothe napkins and furnishings nice but the breakfast was just average, I feel if they are going to charge higher for the food then the quality should match. My pancakes were standard/average with maple flavored corn syrup instead of real Maple syrup etc.. my wife's steak and eggs were the same... I paid about 1/3 less a block or 2 down with the same ocean view .
