The bar experience was flawless, the property was in perfect condition, perfect location, all staff members were extremely kind, competent, helpful and professional.

Food very bad( they reimbursed us for our breakfasts ,)room old and not in a good condition with many things not working ,bed uncomfortable ,our room was facing a huge air conditioning facility with lots of fan noise .The worst Ritz Carlton that I stayed in and believe me , I am a huge Ritz’s fan. Since Marriott and private investors took over…not the same. Too bad. Never again in Ft Lauderdale However the staff was fantastic!

The staff was awesome! I could hear a lot of noise in the room. Unsure if it was construction or other guests being noisy. The bathtub water also was green. But the overall experience was good.

Every thing was exceptional, the only hiccup was the wait to get into our room. There was a convention and it took some time to get the rooms ready.

Or they should diferent class of Ritz as this one is nowhere near the ones in Paris, NY or Montreal.

Hotel just felt poorly run from the second I entered where I opened the door and held it open for my spouse. The front desk was rude and abrupt. They said they would send up a fruit platter but never did. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. The balcony's are separated by a see-through fabric and I could see and hear the neighbors. The gym in this place is tiny. They nickel and dime with hidden charges like a $59 charge for the valet. I didn't feel like the ratings and cost of this place are justified and wouldn't recommend.

Older facility, A/C quit working, my room literally looked out at a wall, Staff was very polite and assured me I could be moved later in the day and no attempt was made to follow through with this, staff seemed to have zero authority to make any accommodations.

the bed and pillows were really comfortable. room service was impeccable. the wonderful staff are easily the best aspect of this hote. they are wonderfully polite, helpful and funny to interact with.

I had an awesome experience here. The waitress was super nice and the food was delish. I ordered the boneless wings by accident but they were juicy and were more meat than breading.

Amazing location on the main strip right across from the beach. I loved the outdoor seating at this restaurant. You have the best views of the ocean waves, boats and jetskiis. The menu items and drinks are perfectly priced for a casual bite in this location. Our Hooters girl was also attentive and friendly.

Best Hooters in South Florida and my favorite place to grab a beer. Awesome atmosphere and always a great place to watch the games. Five thumbs up!!

The drinks are pretty cheap. It will run about ($8). Again, I'm visiting from NY so I don't know if that's a normal thing out here.
I thoroughly enjoyed my wings and I loved the seating right by the open space with the gorgeous views of the beach and taking in the salty sea air. They seem like they have alot of specials for each day the week.
The pretzel with beer cheese was surprisingly good but I don't think it was worth 11$ to be honest. I will be back for the drinks & wings!
The service is a bit crappy. It started raining and it took them 15 minutes to lower the blinds. Our server was nice but it took her a long time to get back to us. It seemed like she was doing alot of running around so maybe they need to hire more staff or better management but the food is good.

$12.00 for a crepe that tasted like wet paper towels with about 3 strawberries no cream no nutella, menu lied, coffee was terrible I humbled myself and took the loss ruined my night waste of money

So, I have this rule. I shouldn't eat at a place with a nasty bathroom. I broke that rule when we went here for the 4th. It was crowded and the place was nicely situated right where the fireworks were going to happen. The waitress was ok, but the margaritas must have been sitting in ice before we even got there (watered down). The food runners kept bringing us other tables' food (no real system). My fajitas came and they were ok, but some reason they only brought me 3 small shell. I would think for $17 I would get enough shells to finish the dish. I asked for 2 more and it took almost 20mins (fajitas were cold). Then they actually charged extra for the extra shells. That's not cool.. This place sucks and needs to clean their bathroom

We sat down to have a margarita and some dinner After seeing how long it took to even be asked if we wanted anything to drink and after seeing how long it took us to get our drinks, we've decided to just leave after and go to spazio's for dinner. But then again, we are from NY so maybe this type of service is normal for FL.
