Overall the stay was fantastic. Upon arrival we had an issue with our room. We are offered a different room which we declined. The issue was resolved, our resort fees were waived, and a complimentary charcuterie board was sent to us.
Fantastic service including full lunch/drink service at the pool or the beach!
Only small issue I would mention is the pool hours.
I have traveled to Florida 15-18 times in my life and visited other warm climates. I have never experienced a pool closing at sunset, or during this time, 6pm. With temperatures still being in the 80’s it would have been nice to have a nighttime swim.

We enjoyed our stay, our ocean front room was amazing and cozy.. the restaurant stuff was very nice and attentive, but the 22% gratuity included in your check and you still have to see that blank tips line and every waiter had to mention they only get about half of that...let ME decide what tips i want to leave!! and the lazy river was closed the whole time...and the pool was closed on our last day, and we only stayed for 3 days.. so yeah.. we are not coming back, thank you..

Hotel was great. Rooms were spacious. Beach was fantastic and private for guests. Servers on the beach were extremely hard working- shout out to Jonathan who was amazing! Would not hesitate to return.

Room was good but even on the 5th floor the road noise was bad especially at night. Be aware they charge a 22% service fee on all food and bar items. Resturant next door does not! However this is becoming more common in South FL. Parking is $60 per day $70 for an SUV. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice place on the beach sadly they were doing some construction when we visited certainly something to ask about if you are booking a trip.

It’s my little piece of heaven! Maybe have more games for kids like UNO, monopoly, books . I think no lifeguard at beach but it is the most beautiful stunning view! Overall coming back every year

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is a stunning little hidden gem right on the beach. The room we had was a double king suite and it had so much room and amazing views of the ocean right out our door. We enjoyed playing on the beach and pool all day. The beach service was amazing. Jon took amazing care of us and our kids all day ensuring we had a great relaxing day. We loved every moment we had at the resort and we will definitely be coming back.

What a joke is this place.
I just don’t gonna leave 0 starts because is impossible.
The restaurant ambiente is ok. Not wonderful.
We order a unsweetened ice tea and take around 15/20 min to arrive on the table and just arrive because we ask a second time if they will bring or not the tea.
We order the appetizers take 30 min to arrive on the table. (YES I AM NOT KIDDING )
Jumbo shrimp 5$ the piece and the size is not jumbo here or in china very normal and small size you find on Walmart and is more cheap.
The others appetizers as ok not wonderful

The entrees took another’s 30 min to arrive on the table. (SERIOUS)
Was ok not great.
My salmon didn’t taste fresh taste frozen.
I will not recommend never for nobody.
Maybe they need a better manager because the service is so slow.

It is a beautiful setting, and the food is great. A bit understaffed for a busy Sunday. I did not give it five stars because the music was annoyingly loud, we kept asking to put down the volume.

Bar side offers more affordable menu and Happy Hour till 7pm. Items are typical bar selection. Wong's are good size. Burgers above average. Ask for a mudslide during happy hour (not on the menu) - you won't be disappointed.

What an amazing find. I was tasked to find a local restaurant on the ocean, that we never visited and we were definitely blessed with the most amazing dinner. Nate was a wonderful server and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend the Ocean 2000 restaurant. We will be back next week for brunch and dinner!!!!

We had an evening that the service was off, but the manager Laura immediately took care of it and made sure our stay at the hotel was great. We ate an amazing dinner there the other night. Our server Sylvia was fantastic. The restaurant will try and appeal to you so it is worth eating at and enjoying the management.

Tuesday fish taco special - delicious. Right on the beach, waitress from Brooklyn - the best. On our next visit we'll stay in their hotel.

Cute little spot on the beach.. got the BLT wrap, the French fries are perfectly crispy and the coleslaw has just the right amount of mayo ? and a Bellini ?

Okay so the atmosphere is decent and inviting. However the food is trash. Ordered the fish tacos after being recommended by a server, very oily and tasteless. Sent that back and asked for the coconut shrimp literally taste like coconut and cake batter. Disgusting!! We sent back the lobster rolls after being served with hot dog buns because "they are all out of sourdough rolls waiting for a shipment". After all that we decided to just not eat anything! One of the men from the hotel front desk approached us and instead of asking how the food was or what was wrong with the food says that they have been taking a lot of losses since the hurricane and can't afford to throw out any more food so basically told us not to come back because we should know what's on the menu. RUDEST AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I'm beyond embarrassed and offended. Will never ever eat here or recommend anyone to come here.
