But some things we're really shaky. I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs

I politely asked the desk clerk for an updated room (532) and was given an UPDATED ROOM BABY!!!! Hallways are long af so if you don’t like walking ask for a room closest to the elevator

Well they can clean floors..lil better...my TV was not working in one room they had to move me to another room over all give A pl6

Ask for towels at the front desk before going up to room! Save you a trip. Overall experience was pleasant , will stay here again

What stood out is thd fact that they had zero surprise fees. All the drawers work unlikd at la quinta. A 68 dollar room after taxes and fees was only 85 for a night

The thermostat was not working, we did not have enough towels, our phone was not working to call room service, our trash was never emptied, towels were only changed when we asked , the dirty ones were never removed and the beds were never made

Nice staff, comfortable room (especially the beds themselves), and the best location. Within walking distance to a Super Target and other stores and food places. The family was very pleased with this choice

They have hospitable and friendly staff, especially the lady at the reception. I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was very functional and included a kitchen and a sofa as extras

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there is a shopping mall, metro station, and market nearby. Although breakfast did not have many options but it was filling and delicious

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, my experience was good. Most of the guests were families, and they were all friendly and cheerful

I stayed at the Extended Stay on Dresden in Chamblee previous to coming here, and it was more expensive came with more roaches and rude management, worn out mattresses, inconvenient transportation and absolutely no restaurants, grocery stores or any other conveniences besides a QT

Once we made it to Studio 6 it was night and day difference having a larger room, full kitchenette, no roaches, train access within 10 min walk, lots of restaurants, Publix, nice management, and it was cheaper, and they still gotta QT across the street

I had the honor of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms and the improvements coming are a really good look. And as always the staff is top notch.

The manager was very nice and kind to me even though I messed up a reservation. She made it for the proper day while she was there training new employees

We previously stayed at the Extended Stay in Chamblee, and we were pleasantly surprised how much nicer this hotel was than ESA.

This hotel is the best low cost option in the area. Clean, comfortable, and cheap… plus no bugs.. can’t beat that combo

Everything we experienced was great, we chose not to swim because the pool just looked stagnant and not so inviting, but the pool area was nice looking

Maybe if there were jets going in the pool so it was moving the water around it would've appeared better to us. It wasn't a big deal to us though to not swim. Great hotel and clean, very comfy beds, shower felt great

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was okay, carpet smelled weird and it could have been a little cleaner but we're not picky. Kiddos made the best of the pool but it was freezing

Check in was fast and wonderful, breakfast was always hot and fresh with variety the pool was clean but cold but we didn't mind! We will most definitely stay again as we come to Atlanta alot!!!

Staff was helpful and extremely pleasant. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable especially after knee surgery. They helped with my packages and even gave me a new key card when mine was acting strange.

Went to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon

The area is family oriented but this place is not unless its warm outside they do have a nice pool other than that until they get it back to how it used to be I would rate it economical

The guy who checked us in was amazing at first we was skeptical about staying but the warm welcome we received quickly changed it all man way to go!!! To the new owner and management it shows through your employee I was informed about the renovation you can count my family in!!!!!!!!

the knee didn't arise to do laundry but I did see handy there in the corner I think on first floor on washer and dryer and I admire that I know I will in future visits make use of that

of course they were shops very nearby very convenient restaurants Shell station Texaco station McDonald's easy quick access to interstate 75 so the location is ideal

Comfortable, spacious, great showers. New management seem to know what they are doing. Very affordable, will stay here every time I'm in Atlanta.

Although I know that staff can only provide what is given to them from corporate I'm assuming – so it's not their fault. The only "complaint" I have is that the doors need to be upgraded to work with current technology

Housekeeping routinely vacuums the floors and appears that maintenance keep things in working condition inside and outside of the premises. Staff continues to be friendly, helpful and always available when needed

After being in this ES America location for well over a month, I have to admit that I continue to be VERY impressed. I haven't seen a roach since being here therefore the halls are clean and smells pleasant

This could be a potential safety issue because a couple times this happened I was locked out the building entirely late in the evening waiting several minutes for night staff to arrive

All appliances & HVAC system are in good condition and never had problems. Lastly, it is relatively quite both in and outside of the premises. The breakfast is subpar to say the least

I have no issues nor complaints about anything here , the staff made me feeling like family. My experience staying here is the reason i have extended my stay here and haven't left

All staff weee do friendly couldn’t fault this place from the fresh hit breakfast to the free evening reception! Splitting hairs but the only 2 slight criticisms are the music on pool deck is too loud & public atrium too cold!! Apart from that everything was wonderful - def the best choice in downtown Atlanta

Always love embassy suites. Still do the happy hour at night and free made to order omelets and breakfast. Having a door between the bedroom and living room is always great for when traveling with friends.

Fantastic location in the heart of Atlanta. Valet parking was pleasant. Good desk crew. Nice rooms. Great view of the park. Breakfast included. Nice gift shop. Well maintained. Quiet.

Great stay and we had a blast also the breakfast was amazing. Close to everything in the area centennial park and the Georgia aquarium was beat

Great location! It is central to Coca Cola museum and college football museum.
