The floor to ceiling glass windows were my favorite giving you the perfect city views! The beds were super comfy which made me never want to get out of bed:) Room service/whatever, whenever service were awesome! The lobby was beautiful! It had a very hip, unique vibe! Not your boring hotel attire for sure, I loved it!! I recommend coming to the W Atlanta and I hope to be back again myself!!! :)

Hotel was under construction during our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bartenders were very friendly and attentive. We will be back once the construction has been completed.

My first visiting Atlanta and the W Atlanta made it one to remember! When first arriving the vallet service was very welcoming! He was a big help with getting all our luggage set up in our room

The room was absolutely perfect! It featured floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with stunning natural light, a luxurious bathtub that added a romantic touch, and a beautiful bathroom that made every photo feel elegant and upscale

I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go

oh my goodness was delicious!!! Those were NOT powdered eggs! That open faces scrambled egg with prosciutto was just mouth watering and delicious!! The whole cake and the icing was the staff

I randomly chose this hotel after originally booking with The Whitley because i knew i wanted an indoor pool for my daughter and her friends, but also wanted outing options in walking distance, and AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead exceeded my expectations completely! Love that so many restaurants and shopping were literally walking distance from the hotel. When you walked in the hotel the decor was beautiful and it smelled nice

I did have a leak under my bathroom sink, which they did fix very promptly! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay

Room was great just the service. I’m a Marriot Bonboy member and booked because the price was lower. Arrived the first night and called down to the front desk due to no towels being in the room

Honestly, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the only thing I think that would be better is if the SkyTrain had inside walkways to each hotel so you're not out in the weather! If you're in the area and need an ideal place to stay with super nice rooms and extra nice customer service front desk agents, stay here

very refreshing in this day and age! The room was very nice and clean! The hotel is super convenient to the airport, you just have to take the SkyTrain (which is free) to the GICC stop and walk a short distance to the hotel

I had a great stay at Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious - perfect for relaxing after a long travel day

The hotel is right next to the airport that connects it with a tram. The hotel is steps away from the convention center. There is a restaurant in the main floor, Starbucks, and a great bar

So convenient when returning a car and flying out in the morning. Great restaurant, and better lobby bar. The rooms are clean and spacious. So easy to get to the terminal in the morning

They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch

I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here

Every team member I encountered during my stay was smiling and happy creating an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming, but most important I am not sure who is responsible for assigning rooms but whoever you are thank you thank you and thank you again for 830 you are the bomb in the room was amazing In many ways it felt like 24 hours in paradise

Greeted by Mimi and served by Jia was absolutely amazing gracious attentive, and genuinely kind. She recommended the chicken and waffles omg it was soooo good! At the spa

His warm and professional demeanor immediately set the tone for my stay it made me feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight

The saltwater pool was just the right temperature. It's long enough for swimming laps and shallow enough on both ends for small children

Valet and front desk staff were nothing short of amazing. We didn't use valet service but they were still very welcoming and helpful. Room 1001 looks out over the top of the parking garage and city view

Too quiet for us so I resorted to a sound machine app. Not a downside as people usually really love a quiet room. The pillows were really flat and we all struggled with them

If you like fluffy pillows or soft cozy blankets, take them with you. The blankets are starchy sheets with a thin blanket. Not a huge inconvenience, just a preference

We didn't use the restaurant or bar so I can't speak to any of those services. Good seating areas for during our downtimes. A desk, a few tables, a long couch, plus a footrest. If you self park you will park on deck 9

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The staff service was outstanding from start to finish

We loved the custom touches, like scheduling our house keeping service, ice delivery on demand, and even getting us a digital scale so we could keep an eye on our holiday calories! The staff - across the board, were all so friendly and helpful - Bravo to the Waldorf team!

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff was attentive throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenient location and access to great dining options.

Our room had a crib, diaper pail and baby bath toiletries, which I thought were lovely touches! We will definitely stay here again. My only note would be the restaurant and room service don’t open/begin until 7 AM

I travel a great deal for work and I must say the staff at this hotel were the friendliest most accommodating people I have ever encountered! Everyone from the shuttle driver to housekeeper was just amazing! It made a long exhausting day end on a high note! Thanks for your superb service and all the love!

Nice hotel, room was a good size. Rather noisy at night, you could hear the constant sound of areoplanes. Better glazing would help.

From our phenomenal, shuttle driver, Quintin, whose heart is as big as his smile, two the desk staff, and all the employees we ran into, I have nothing but the best things to say about their folks

Absolutely first class folks at this location mean that minor things like paint get overlooked in favor of exemplary service

There is pool table and several other games around downstairs bar, rooftop bar next to pool. Only down side was ac was out in indoor bar/game area. They were working on it, apologized, and gave everyone a free drink

The lobby was lively and unique at night, it was also always clean and quiet during the day which gave it a very unique and fun vibe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

The room service for replacing towels, room setup, and amenities were very good. From check in to check out it was worth a visit especially if your stay is longer where you'll get to utilize the amenities even more

Clean rooms, efficient staff. Walkable area, near whole foods, coffee ships, & dining. Minutes from museums & stadium.

Drink options could have been better. The rooftop DJ had to shutdown early became residents complained.....

Sonesta, Atlanta Cumberland had been recommended to my husband and me as a conveniently located place to stay as my husband was having an up-coming surgery procedure near by

Stafff was friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I just wished breakfast was cooked to order. Instead they cooked stuff and just left it out for you to help yourself

This property checked all of our boxes - beautiful decor, cleanliness, extremely comfortable bedding, great service and proximity to 2-85 and the attractions we were in Atlanta to visit. We hope to visit again soon.

Awesome staff, awesome digs! Great part of town, very walkable, and lots of restaurants. We could not find a room after going to several hotels

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service at the Bistro was great! Our first at the hotel and we will definitely be back.

The only negative I have has nothing to really do with the staff-the valet is outsourced to another company and the valet guy disappeared for over 20 minutes one’s day and he checked our car out according to the valet app/site

Also unfortunately there was an overwhelming **** smell on our floor during the entire stay which wouldn’t bother us normally but we had our 12 year old with us but the staff can’t do much about that I would assume

Anyway 10/10 stars! We will definitely stay here again next year for the pride fest! Thank you Devon for helping us out so much and for just being awesome, it was so much appreciated!!!

Stayed in the 1BR studio and it had everything a person needs for a weekend stay. Room was clean, all the appliances worked, bathroom was clean, water was hot on demand. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Checking was easy, staff was welcoming and helpful, our room was clean and well suited for our stay!

We didn't know we had to get the parking ticket validated at front desk to not have to pay again for parking, wish front desk told us that at check in (although there is a sign I noticed later, but at check in basically they just gave me room keys and that was it)

Not far from the airport, the rooms are quite spacious, and there are fast-food restaurants nearby. It's a good option for a temporary stay during a layover.

Timely shuttle to and from airport. Decent breakfast buffet ( extra charge) very nice room. I was placed there as a guest of delta after a flight issue. I would definitely staying there if I was in Atlanta.

I loved the apartment feel but the amenities where not so good. The TV was on the fritz the entire stay the bathroom door knob was broken which once notified got fixed pretty fast

The bathroom bath gel and shampoo can't be squeezed out, and the bath gel was changed after reporting it twice. The room was cleaned only when you actively request it, and it can only be done the next day after you apply

The hotel is in a good location, next to the university, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. How many kilometers is the hotel from Atlanta Airport? The room is large and clean, but the equipment is too old

Pretty standard double room with good space and bathroom. Could do with just a touch more decoration and originality as it felt sort of like a grey corporate box, but was fine for a night's sleep.

The public area has a smell, which is not very good. The room is still quite clean. There is a bar on the first floor, and the rooms basically do not include meals.

I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation

So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)

My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In

We like this hotel with the airport shuttle bus service. The driver helped handle our luggage. The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff was polite.

I changed to a quieter room tonight, but I still can't sleep. I went back to the hotel and collapsed into bed. I woke up at midnight, and then found out my flight was delayed

I went to test and found that the hotel I booked included 2 breakfasts, but I still had to pay for breakfast separately. This time I swiped my card directly on site
