The hotel was clean, staff were professional as they checked in one person after another during a very busy time of day. I did not eat or drink at the bar, but both seemed reasonably priced

The location of the hotel was central to the interstate and was not hard to find

Upon arrival, the hotel aesthetics were beautiful, there was an outside pool, inside had charm and plenty of comfortable seating that felt like home

Lots of space in suite but could be utilized better. Friendly professional staff but stingy with towels for some reason. Some websites suggest there is a self-parking option but appeared to be entirely valet

The restaurant had amazing food! The bar had a lot of drink options. Now to talk about the room- WOW, just WOW! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous view, and had everything you would need

It was a 10/10 stay from the moment we pulled up to valet from the time we checked out. The lady at the front desk was so sweet when we checked in and the food at the restaurant there was AMAZING

Rooms were spacious, updated and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Property within walking distance to aquarium, park and Mercedes stadium. I would return!

We are all blown away at the whole experience of staying here!! Exceptionally clean and accommodating, all the way down to the pillows being embroidered to show soft,med and firm! Fallon made a wonderful breakfast every morning and was always wearing a smile

Clean room, breakfast is different every day, hotel staff is friendly. I always feel safe here when I stay by myself or with my husband or a friend. Rates are reasonable.

Nice clean hotel, with free breakfast and parking (when I booked parking was free) 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta. Had king size bed which was comfy.

The staff very friendly and professional Simple and elegant decor throughout like a boutique hotel. The rooms very comfortable. Recommend upgrading the bath tub to a walk in shower.

I'd also like to recognize other staff members, but I don't remember their names from the top of my head, especially the night staff who helped me with getting late night coffee from the 24 hour coffee service and other items

My room was clean and comfortable. While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, some things need improvement. For example, the elevator has some buttons that aren't brailled. The doors of the elevators need some help as well

Very disappointed to have 1 ply toilet paper in the washroom. Check in was probably one of the slowest we have encountered in our travels over the years (we arrived around 7 pm so not peak check in time)

The fitness center also needs improvement, including the treadmill that didn't work. All and all, this is a good hotel! I'll add it to my list of places that I'll be staying at when I'm back in Atlanta

The people are really nice and helpful. The rates are low, but I feel safe. In the morning I got towels brought to my room and coffee was made. I got the same service from the employee at night as well as in the morning

I was visiting someone in room 114. There was a employee cleaning up around the hotel (picking up trash mostly). Most of the rooms are accessible directly from the lot which is a preference for myself

Great place to stay! Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and amenities are cool. Pool looks great and it’s not even open yet. Not too far from the Buckhead MARTA station. Shuttle is available till 10pm

The young lady that works the front desk at night is very polite and professional. I also met Rosalind(Ros), the lady that works the laundry room at night. Both of them are wonderful and really care about the customers

I booked this room for my family. We were having a meeting nearby, and the transportation was convenient. The breakfast was decent, and for the price, it was quite good, especially considering it's a chain brand.

At 8am, was out of dark roast coffee. By the time I finshed, around 845, no apparent effort to replenish it. Otherwise, very clean property, lots of construction on Piedmont, which limited access

There is another Hampton Inn not far away, which is Suites. It should be better than this one. This level of hotel is like this. The breakfast has not changed for hundreds of years

We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta

Hot water was intermittent, our toilet made horrible sounds that lasted for 10 minutes after flushing, the entire hallway smelled so badly of cigarette smoke we didn't want to leave our room, the AC didn't function properly

We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it

Parking was readily available, the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was up to par with other Comfort Inns.

The accommodation was very good, and the breakfast was delicious and spacious. It might not be luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate.

First of all, you can not cancel the trip. Besides that it is perfect, got morning breakfast, porriage, diy waffle and a few others. Compare with other city or hotel i live b4, this one is not bad

The stay was good, I just suggest you be more aware of the amount that is withheld.

They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, biscuits and sausage gravy, toast, muffins, Danish, cereals and milk, yogurt, and of course the best part the make your own waffles. Overly, it is worth the stay!

They have an indoor pool for safety. The rooms can also be opened digitally with your Hilton app. Overall our experience was great and I would recommend this place to anyone

Let me start with the staff at this location was great. The hotel is right across from Olympia park and next to a Waffle House. The hotel itself seems dated and not kept up. The rooms and lobby had an odor

Can’t describe it but it just didn’t smell fresh. Valet guys were a little rude but I believe they are contracted. The area is sketchy with homeless people around but they really don’t bother you, they are just around

I don’t often review hotels (even though I travel 50-60% of the time and see many), but this one stuck out for many reasons. The front desk was beyond kind and accommodating, with a great sense of humor

INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY! Never had better actually! The kitchen management Sonja and Kim were exceptional as well as the front desk clerks and even down to Peter the maintenance man

Very satisfied, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also very good. It is very close to Georgia Institute of Technology and there is a Coca-Cola Museum and aquarium nearby, which is very convenient.

It operates in the morning and then again in the evening on weekdays then all day on the weekends. There is a small snack bar area that you can get items from and pay at the front desk or charge to your room

They have some rotating hot foods. The first day was omelets and potatoes, day two was scrambled eggs and bacon. They have cold cereal, oatmeal (with mix ins), pastries, breads, waffle makers, and fruit

Shuttle driver friendly, personable and gave us info on how/when to get the shuttle back to the airport. There were some marks on the wall, as if someone had kicked it. For a 4 hour nap (essentially) it met our needs

They also have a couple rooms with patios but i am not sure of the cost. There are also several restaurants in the area within walking distance, lots of places to go & things to do!

We received a voucher for a night, that hotel did not show up for the pickup, Ramada offered to accept the voucher so we went there

We checked in very late and found the customer service by Mike was outstanding checking in that late I didn't expect to have such great service the room was fantastic Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area we first were going to check in and Union City at Motel 6 butts on the place to be not at all up to par actually I think it should have been condemned

So after arriving at Days Inn you can only imagine how I must have felt and Mike just greeted us with great Hospitality I want to thank him again personally Mike you are the man

Clean Hotel I would recommend they also do the park and fly and free shuttle bus to airport

It was an overnight layover stay from the airport. Shuttle pickup was timely, back and forth to the airport. The hotel room and its bathroom was very clean and had a free continental breakfast, enough to keep one going

Pool could also use a deep clean after it's emptied, but not scary dirty, just well used. Check out was super fast and easy. I would stay again if I was in the area

Easy check in, desk staff was nice. Room was perfect and even had a small balcony, bfast had exactly what we needed. The linens were nice and tv was adequate

The room is spacious enough, the staff was wonderful. The shuttle service was fast and they pick you up from the airport! Breakfast is fair, but there lots of places close by to eat, if you chose to.

It’s $25 to park in their underground lot which is quite a bit. Despite the parking, their breakfast was great, their indoor pool was nice and their fitness room is definitely better than I expected

The staff felt I waited too long to be able to check in and offered me a complimentary drink at the bar for my troubles. Small gesture but I really appreciated it. I booked a King Bed room and it was impressive

After a long day of work, didn't feel like going back out. Figured I would try the on site restaurant. She knew the menu and was able to suggest items and was very friendly and efficient

The room was large and comfortable, but it was full of guests rushing to catch their flights; there were people walking around in the hallway all night.

It was by no means uncomfortable, just not quite as hot as I would've liked. 10 out of 10, would Holiday Inn again

Great rooms, we had a suite with a separate lounge. There was a lot of noise coming from some rooms on our corridor but once we went into our room there was no noise

Never had an empty drink cup and even offered a Togo drink. One of the best waitress I've ever had

Despite the 80 degree weather, the pool was lowkey chilly. The elevator sometimes wouldn’t work but i’m sure the hotel is doing everything they can to get it repaired soon. This hotel was overall enjoyable to stay in!!

If you are going to Truist Park, then you should stay here. The room are spacious and clean. The location very close to the pedestrian bridge that leads to Truist Stadium

Perfect Spot for Braves Fans ​We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Atlanta Northwest. The location is ideal, offering incredibly easy access to the Braves stadium, which made our trip so much smoother

​The hotel itself was clean and quiet, providing a relaxing environment after a busy day. Beyond the facilities, the staff are super nice people who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome

We parked our car for 3 days and didn't have to move it as we ate breakfast in the hotel and lunch and dinner at the Battery Park at the stadium

​Highly recommended if you are in town for a game or just looking for a well-run, friendly place to stay in the area!
